I’ve been a customer for a little over a year now, and they’ve done a great job keeping my small yard looking great. I kept putting off trimming the backyard hedges, but thankfully they did an amazing job trimming down the 2 year+ overgrown backyard vegetation. The communication was great about the job, Justin made sure he understood what kind of look I was going for and I basically just said I just need to trimmed and prettied up as much as possible and he got the job done!! I will definitely continue being a customer long term (even once we move), they make the services easy to “set it and forget it” which is always nice for a busy life! Thanks again!

The staff at Grazz Masters are very professional and have an eye for detail. Over the years, I have used many other yard companies and the staff is always someone new and only does part of the job. There is always a familiar face that comes out to my property and pays close attention throughout the job as to not miss one ill growing weed. I highly recommend them.

UPDATEAfter attempts for contact, Walter was able to reach me, and come to a resolution regarding the situation. I feel management and the front office were professional, and upfront. I was offered, but declined, a free service. Not here to take away from a company, and I appreciate that Walter not only heard the situation, but is foong whats best for the company. Not just me, but his employees too. I understand the skepticism with approaching a call like this, and the need to protect your business, your clientele both current and potential, and also make sure someones not yanking your chain. So I can attest that the front office and Walter specifically, have done quite a quality job with the follow up.Grazz Masters services my neighbors yard. Today, I noticed one of the workers blow a smaller amount of leaves onto my driveway. Not a problem, I assumed, but they started to load their trucks. So I ran outside, asked if they could blow off the end of my driveway of the leaves they put there, and was told ok. Sadly, I cannot post the video on here directly it seems, but the worker I asked to clean up the mess they made, decided to blow the leaves into my yard, and instead left the leaves splayed out into my grass.

One of my BIGGEST REGRETS in a looooong time! Grazz Masters sprayed some chemical THAT I DIDNT ASK FOR in my yard that killed all the grass in the spots sprayed. They were only supposed to mow and trim and now my yard looks like an toddlers drawing with scribbles all over the lawn. I am so hurt, upset and seeking legal counsel as it has been weeks since broken promises from Walter (the owner) to fix it has not been fulfilled and now no contact or returned calls.

Grazz Masters did an Amazing job with leaf cleanup at my home! This has been the best lawn service we have ever used, by far, I have not had a single complaint. They are professional, courteous, and quick! Not worth the hassle. Ive tried to get an estimate since the beginning of April and was scheduled but no one showed up. Called to see what was going on only to be told they did not have me scheduled. Reset another appt. Same thing. This is ridiculous. Also there is an answering service who has to relay messages back and forth but its always the same girl who answers and says she is not in the office or Memphis for that matter!

I hired Grazz Masters to remove all of the leaves and pine needles from my front yard. It only took the guys about 90 minutes and the only reason I know they were actually there is because there isnt a single leaf on my lawn! My yard looks amazing and its great not having to see bags of leaves on the curb for weeks! Incredible experience and it certainly wont be my last!

I’ve been using Grazz masters for 3 years now for general lawn maintenance, i.e. grass cutting,hedge trimming, leaf removal,etc.... Today, however, they sent a crew out to put in 4 tons of river rock in areas that had washed away over the years. They were on time and efficient as always. Did a great job. They are truly a complete lawn service provider. Highly recommend.

The Grazz Masters crew came to do a leaf removal in my front and back yard. Not only did they do an excellent job removing all of the leaves, they also pulled the weeds out of my flower beds and pulled the dead flowers out of my flower pots that Ive been meaning to get since the fall. UPDATE 5/7/19: Attempted to contact Grazz Masters as requested for nearly a week since their response. Same run around. I guess they only responded being that others have stated the same thing about their recently terrible service and racist behavior. Trying to save face. I will update my review if this is truly settled.So disappointed in my recent services! I dont know what they have changed in the last month or so but the service has been terrible! I have been charged for services that have not been rendered. The girl that answers the phone always says shes an answering service and will take a message for the owner to call me back but I never get a call back. I used to deal with the office manager who was amazing and attentive but it seems she is not available and they have an answering service now. My husband and I also overheard the owner Walter speaking to our neighbor so badly about his Hispanic workers. He says that they are only good for labor and that he hires only their kind because they will work hard for cheap being that most are illegal and took whatever they can get! We were coming out of our garage when we heard him saying this with his back turned to us so he kept going on and on about his disdain for Hispanics, talking loudly and reckless like he had no care in the world nor cared if the workers overheard him, as if he thought they didnt understand him because their English is poor. He did not stop until he seen my neighbor look over his shoulder which prompted him to turn around to see us standing there. My husband asked why would he be so proud of such a thing and he attempted to play it off as a joke saying well you know what I mean. From that day we decided that after our last agreed service that we would no longer keep them on as our lawn care service. Besides the racist comments the owner Walter made, they kept rescheduling us saying they are overbooked and a few times did not show up at all. When they did finally come service us, the job was poorly done as there were only 2 men instead of the usual 4 man crew. The poor crew leader apologized immensely saying that Walter had fired most of the crew and that because of this they were given instructions to only do certain things to stay on schedule. He said that I would have to speak to the owner about our services because he would be in bad trouble if he said something. At the time I wondered what he meant about being in bad trouble but now I know...because Walter is racist and the crew leader speaking up may lead to being reprimanded. Moving on, no one ever came to do our last leaf removal (Im sure this has something to do with him getting caught and confronted by my husband about being racist.) but we were charged anyhow! Now I cant figure out how to get my money back! I guess small claims court will be the final solution. Oh, and most of our street dropped this company for the poor service as of lately as well and some dropped them after hearing how he spoke to the workers not wanting to endorse this kind of behavior.

They had an opening earlier than my scheduled time and moved me forward without me even having to ask. They dont leave a job half done.

Grazz Masters does my yard year round and I couldnt ask for better service. From trimming many bushes, ivy covering door ways, lawn care, mulching, leaf removal and most recently the complete trimming of limbs over the roof and all fence lines. I always say you get what you pay for and their service is WELL worth what I pay for. I would recommend them to anyone :) I have used them now for 3 seasons at my home now and will continue to.

Grazz Masters taking care of my yard for 4+ years. They do an excellent job, come on the day we agreed to (barring weather) and never miss a week. I have also had them do hardscape for me and several other projects that have come out beautifully. They have been responsive to my questions and have bent over backwards to accommodate special requests or schedule changes. I couldnt be more pleased!

Service is not as good as it used to be. I have had odd jobs done by them in the past and the work was impeccable. Now that I decided to have them service my landscape regularly the service has declined tremendously. Poor job. Number of workers cut down. I am also very uncomfortable with how he speaks to and about the workers. I think he feels it is okay to make fun of them being them being illegal around me because I am also a white male. I was so embarrassed because in the middle of him calling himself a modern day slave owner my Hispanic mother-in-law came out with water bottles for him and the crew. I just hoped like hell she didnt hear him. Long story short I will not be using Grazz Masters again.

I own and rent out 8 homes in the Memphis, Germantown and Collierville area. Was told that they could service all but the home in the 38115 zip code because people in that area dont pay as they should. Was told that they have never serviced this area so how could they assume people dont pay if they never serviced the area to begin with? Could it be because 38115 is a predominately African-American/Hispanic area? Makes me think they are stereotyping. However, I will not allow them to service only a few of my homes if they can not service them all over some stupid assumption.

Have been using Grazz Masters for over four years and find them to be very good for all our landscape needs. I would certainly recommend them.

Grazz Masters was extremely professional and reliable. We have a gate leading into the yard and on many occassions I forgot to leave it open. They would notify me so I could run home to open the gate and the crew would come back and take care of the yard. They are flexible and communicate very well!! They did great work and whenever I was outside the guys always waved at me. Their office manager is extremely pleasant and she is also accomodating. I would recommend them to family and friends!

I had a rep by the name of Walter come out and view my lawn as of April 12,2018. I was advised a quote would be received by Monday of the following week for minor work, tree timing, yard evening, and laying mulch. I have yet to receive a quote. I expressed to Walter that, I am on a deadline due to having a wedding and vendors would like to view the yard. I wanted the work to at least be started before then. I all I got was I apologize and if you need future work let me know. Why would I use your company when you can even provide we with a quote timely? I will not use them for my services.

I have a very big tree in my backyard that covers my entire back/front yard in leaves and sticks. SO. MANY. STICKS... I had Walter come take a look at it for me after I had let it build up a whole winter without maintaining it. He gave me a great quote! I wish I had taken a before and after photo because it is truly remarkable the job that he and his crew performed. When I got home from work I had chills and spent an hour just looking at how beautiful I forgot my yard was. I highly recommend GrazzMasters and will 10/10 use them again. I can tell that Walter and his crew truly care about their work and take pride in a finished product. I will be using Grazz Masters again!

Grazzmasters is awesome! Prior to working with Walter Wills and his crews, we paid a lot of money for bad advice, poor service and even no service on our yard. We admired other Grazzmaster yards in our neighborhood and finally asked who provided their service. Walter Wills and Grazzmasters did the impossible during excessive heat and drought. Our yard is thick with grass we dont have a sprinkler system yet.
