I haven’t received my first pay check and now I have to wait after holidays to get paid this far by one of the worst cleaning company u will only get paid twice a month so basically 17 days then wait another 14 days and if a holiday is coming up u will get paid after holidays and they start off paying 8-10.50 an hour it’s pathetic they need to take contracts away from this company cause as I clearly see someone is taking our hard earned money and we only get paid to do some of our work CLOSE THIS BUSINESS DOWN TAKE AWAY THEIR CONTRACTS IMMEDIATELY ‼️

They tell you they will call you next week with an update on your application but they never contact you, and its hard to contact someone about your application status. I wanted to give it 1 star however the jobs they send people to are nice. Although I havent worked there and havent received an update since I put the application in 3 weeks ago.

If youre looking for a professional experience within your work environment look elsewhere. SKB hired a lady by the name of SHUNDA GIVENS, who is an Area Manager, she has very little knowledge about managing a staff. She has to be one the most rude, illiterate persons Ive ever came in contact with. This lady has two left knees with a shape of a Junkyard dog. She wears ole lady church wigs that rise up in the back when she sneezes. SKB could a do better job at choosing people to manage their staff.

Did my interview and orientation and didnt receive a post.

Mostly unorganized with paperwork. Sometimes loses filled out applications and other paperwork. When it comes to payroll. Both paper checks and direct deposit can be unsatisfying like having to wait until after the holidays for both D.D. & P.C. Employees are hardly treated like employees. If an employee have to use the restroom. Employees cant walk through the building. They have to go out outside and walk around to the back. Gets behind on many things within the operation. The front desk operator Donna is loved by everyone! Currently we have to wait until the day after Labor Day which is September 2nd for D.D.s and P.C.s. They telling people with D.D. that it depends on our bank when they fund our account. Yet the bank dont have our D.D. funds until the S.K.B. payroll department release or D.D.s to the bank. If its released on a day that a bank is closed. Then the bank will fund your account on the bank next business day. So basically they lying on the bank so employees wont be mad at them.

Ive worked for different cleaning companies but this company is by fare one of the most unorganized companies Ive worked for.Please pay close attention to your checks. If need be request documentation of your hourly pay rate at orientation to avoid any problems concerning your money that you worked for. Its one those thier word against yours situations i would recommend calling the Better Business Bureau if any problems did arise.

The Lady at the front desk was very Polite and very professional

SKB is the personification of professionalism. It is business first in this establishment. When you want commercial cleaning done think of no one except SKB.

Very unprofessional staff who never returns calls and they always seems to have attitudes during office visits and always has an excuse to why something cant be handled that day in a timely fashion...very unorganized, never had ample amount of cleaning supplies or products. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone especially if you plan on working for them. Very displeased.
