We experienced terrible service when trying to install a two-line phone system at my business. We were told months ago the process would begin with one department and finish with a separate department taking over the completion of the install. Over one month later- Not only was the service not started after the lines were installed, but we sat on hold for nearly two hours being blind transferred to several departments with no resolution. We are highly upset with the service provided to us and will not be referring anyone to use Windstream. I will say that this is not how Windstream started out. They were always helpful and accommodating in years past, which is why we chose to use them. We had heard that the service had started to deteriorate over the past three years and we are experiencing this in full effect now.
I am confused on how they can provide such horrible internet.
