Jason Thomas at the 4562 Poplar Ave., Memphis Tennessee store was the most patient employee I have run across in a couple of years. We started out canceling my deceased father’s account And I could never of done this without his help. After waiting 40 minutes for Verizon to answer our phone calls so I could cancel my father’s account he patiently help me for another hour and 1/2 to transfer the data of my old iPhone onto my father’s new iPhone. I could not of done this without his help he couldn’t have been more patient and you should be proud of your employee.

My first experience EVER in a 3rd party - VERIZON store! This one is tucked away but if you know where the former LA Fitness is on Poplar...its on the corner directly across the internal parking lot of this retail center....enough said about geography!!THE REAL REASON for this review is Abbi!!!!What a refreshing experience. My phone died...yes, it was old but served me well. I dont need ALL the bells and whistles but still need a SMART phone to get my business and some relaxation accomplished.From the time I walked in the door, I was not only greeting with a smile and individualized service...no waiting, no signing in at a kiosk...right down to business (politely) - it was Saturday...with lots of other stops for my morning. So, back to Abbi, who knows the products, differentiators, listened to what and why I need the phone (daily utilization) and was on target with my budget. I wasnt sold the cheapest phone but not the top of the line either...just right! I literally sat on the sofa while Abbi waited on me, explained the phones, took my old dead phone, set up my new phone, activated it, talked about accessories, of which I purchased earbuds...and out the door I went a long standing ....even happier VERIZON customer. IF YOU .... are in need of a new phone and VERIZON is your jam...PLEASE stop by and see Abbi and the team at this location!I am certain that YOU will not be disappointed!...and Abbi...publically ...thank you for such great customer service and a job well done. Whoever owns this location (if it is not you) should know what a stellar employee you are :)S

I was able to get all of my questions answered about my account. They are always super knowledgeable and ready to help. I dont feel rushed and felt like they actually wanted to help.

If you are (or want to be) a Verizon customer, come here! Shay was wonderful and very thorough. She was able to assist me with my account and upgrading better than any of the 6 corporate agents I spoke with. I will come here for all of my Verizon account assistance going forward. Thank you, Shay!

Had a difficult time at this location. I went to purchase a Note20 Unltra and was given a phone that was used to show inquiring customers which actually made this a used phone that I paid a new phone price over $1300. I asked could they give me another phone I was told that they didnt have any more(really). I left and realized there wasnt any instructions to this particular phone and turned around and went back. I was gone maybe 15 minutes. I was charged a $50 restocking Fee. I could have handled the situation better but I really didnt appreciate this type of service and being lied to. Im not trying to prevent anyone from going to this location but want to inform you on what could happen.

The young lady helped me in a pleasant way today. I threw her a difficult task and she handled my request as a seasoned professional should. Along with being perfect in business, she was kind and honest. I am grateful for her help. Thank you.
