The entire staff is helpful, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. Mrs. Dodd always has a smile and, makes sure everything is done in a timely manner. The whole atmosphere happy and you just feel welcomed. If you are looking to move, make sure the Property is Reedy and Company, you will be very happy with your choice :)

Do not rent from them Ive been contacting them since dec 2017 to fix numerous of problems in my house the ceiling has mold and when it rains he rain leak straight through and I just had a baby May 9th I contacted them every week up until my delivery date bc I wanted to bring my baby home to a mold free house and some hot water. My hot water has been leaking from my tub since April making my water bill 89.00 to 100.00 dollars making me struggle to keep my lights on and Ive been calling and calling and no one returns my call My air went out shortly after I called they sent someone to fix the air but not the hot water and other problems so I know they are getting all my work orders and only fixing what they want. I had a C-section and cant even wash off in the shower bc theres no hot water. Its terrible renting from them I cant wait until my lease is up so I can move also praying that inspection can get them out here to fix things for the remainder of my stay here so that I can pay my bills and bathe me and my children with hot water. I have a week old baby home with Mold and no hot water. Its just sad and terrible. I pray for everyone who is renting from them it is just sad. Do not rent from them ever make them a last choice in desperate need. God bless us all
