Im that person that come in with a small welding job that I needed done. I might need something wielded about once or twice every two years.The job I needed done was an aluminum ladder. When I look business up on line I read the reviews they can be a lot of help, except this time. I needed the aluminum ladder wielded and the reviews for ACE said they do great work with aluminum. Great just what I was looking for.Well the guy I handed my ladder off to took over an hour and a half. Call me into the shop and said I dont know what metal this is but I cant get it to wield. Another guy in the shop came over to see what the problem was. First thing he did was turn a selector switch down on the wielder to 70? He had the guy that has been wielding on it for over an hour hold the ladder in less then ten minutes he had the ladder wielded in ten minutes. Not a great job because the guy who started welding on it burnt away about an inch of the aluminum.Part Two:Now the ladder is done the first welder walks me to the office to let the lady at the pay office what to bill for he told her not to bill for his time just bill for the other wielders time he said about 20 minutes. That came out to be about thirty dollars and change. I then asked about the damage done to my ladder? She asked me if I wanted to talk to Jack the owner? I said sure. While waiting on the owner I gave the lady a fifty dollar bill for payment because I know he would not let me get away without paying something. So the owner I tried to explain to him how bad of a welding job the first wielder had done and he looks down and sees the lady holding the fifty dollar bill and says that will cover it. I said no way she only charging me thirty and change. The owner started to get more bass in his voice and said the wielder worked on it longer than that. Apparently the owner never listen to me when I told him about the first wielder. He than asks how much much is she billing you for. I told him and he comes back at and says what more do you want tring to start a pissing contest with me. Im not the one he should be jumping on.

We are not from the area. We are actually on our honeymoon and the camper we have in tow caused the hitch to bend. One of the welders, Joe, helped us get our hitch fixed and got us on our way lickity split. Such a great company and great guy!!!

Mediocre service..... Came in for three small jobs got over charged all three times.last time I came in for one foot of small pipe and was charged $15.I could have bought 10 for that price.bad business OVER PRICED.they just lost another customer
