Rude & very unprofessional. Stopped on my hair the whole time I was there. Then had the nerve to telll me wen she finished she’s charging extra because my hair was thick. The devil is a lie if I give u extra hell gonna freeze with a ice storm. I will never go back there. Nasty ahh place

They told me to come at 930...and I got started on time. The lady who braided my hair was sweet & nice even tho she kept telling me to hold my head up(i was sleepy) but she was professional with it. She also suggested that i change my style i want from tribal. To box braids due to my hair was shedding real bad. But overall I will be back....especially bc they was very fast. Small box braids in less than 4hours that is great. But they didnt give me the color i wanted,was my only neg.

I arrived at this place on time and they were not! Before arriving, a few days before, I sent pictures of my hair to make sure they could grip it and she told me that they could. While getting my hair braided the back and side of my hair were not done. After asking why they were left out, she said it was too short! I was upset because I was told different before coming! She assured me that it would take 4-5 hrs for box braids, it took 7-8 hours!! I reside in Arkansas and it takes a hour to get home, I have children also! I wasn’t aware that they didn’t accept cards because it was my first time there. So after finishing, I asked if it was fine if I went to the atm to get money off my card. They became very disrespectful so I told them that they could ride with me if they thought I was going to ride off without paying. The lady did & when I gave her the 200$ she was mad saying that it costed more! Remind you my whole head wasn’t done!!! It was the worst experience ever! On top of that at least 10 braids has slipped out of my head since I got them and it’ll be a week tomorrow! I would never ever come back to this place!!

I must say, I love how these women braided my hair. It was quick, neat and looked great! I got senagelese twist and not one braid fell out weeks after. When it comes to their attitude, they werent rude but they are sassy. There is a difference. I would go back!

The whole time I was getting my hair done she stopped for every 30 minutes I was there 4 hours and got poor service since she started. The whole shop was nasty and unpleasant and I will never go there again.

My experience was very unprofessional. I was told to be there at 4. I came early waited patiently. Around 5:30 I asked the braider Dale if she was going to be able to see me. Dale advised that she wouldn’t because be able to get my hair because of the time that her last customer arrived. My frustration came into play with the lack of communication. She could have told me before I sat waiting for over a hour. I expressed that to her and she walked off with no accountability, acknowledgement or apologies.

These people dont have even a clue as to how to do feed in braids but they tell you thats what youre getting. Then turn your back to the mirror and dont do it. Tear all your hair out without feeding in any extra hair

Let me start by saying I do believe they do good work(pictures on Instagram), but I cant guarantee it & my story will say why. I had an appointment this past Saturday for 9:30 am. Although Mina was 5 minutes late, I didnt mind & understand traffic can sometimes delay things. She then tells me to get in her chair. As she ask to see the style I desired again (I had already sent her a pic through text a day before), due to my post partum edges, she said that the style wouldnt work and only break my hair off more. Now I have the UP MOST RESPECT FOR HER NOT WANTING TO BREAK MY HAIR OR JUST TO DO MY HAIR FOR THE MONEY. She then suggested that I get box braids & mentioned that it will help my hair grow. So I asked how much would that be & she said $180. Now I was going to allow her to install them, but honestly, to myself, I knew I truly didnt want box braids. After I told her No Thank you, Its okay (remind you I already did a $20 deposit that I didnt get back) her attitude basically changed & she basically was throwing me out, stating I bought the wrong length hair anyway, when she never stated the length, only what brand EZ Braid! Very Unprofessional! So Yes, I left there very disappointed, not in the fact that she couldnt deliver on the style I wanted, but at her attitude! Needless to say, thank God I could exchange my hair & I was able to install my own crochet, to accommodate my edges, as I do know how to braid & do hair, its just that sometimes I like to treat myself. All in All, I would still say Give them a try, but as in any beauty/braiding salon be mindful & cautious.

I loved my hair I got senglese twist and they were beautiful!!! I will be going back. Only negative thing I can say is that I was there to long it took 9 hrs with 2 ppl in my head but they kept stopping if they could get that under control I would had given them 5 stars. They really do a good job braids were very neat and lasted. They looked really good when I took them out could of kept them in another month. I have a appt next week for a bob Im just prepared to sit longer!

They’re braiding style is very hurting to the scalp and also they do not know how loosing up when they grip hair. I have constant headaches in the middle of the night due to my hairstyle.

I had to give a review after this horrible experience. Firstly when I called to make an apt they advised me to come Saturday morning at opening which is 9:30 am. When I arrived at, it was only one person which she was cleaning. I sat there for at least 45 mins before my hair was started on. The person I made the apt with advised me it would take 4-5 hrs. I didnt leave until 7pm. The lady that started on my hair kept stopping to text message, make phone calls and even step outside the hold a conversation. When she finally stated back 15 mins into her braiding she told me she was leaving and the woman across the way would finish. Keep in mind the woman was already braiding a young ladys hair. So I asked would I be done by 3 because I had somewhere to be and by that time I would have been here more than 5 hrs. The woman said yes because she was almost done with the one she was doing. It was 1:30pm at this time. She didnt start on my head until 2:36 pm. Long story short I didnt leave until 7pm, I asked if any discount would be given due to the inconvenience. The lady said no. I asked to speak to the owner which wasnt there. So when I talk to her on the phone and explain the process I had endured she told me I would have been out in 4-5 hrs only of 2 ppl were working on my head. I explain that wasnt explained and of that was the case they should have said that because i specifically told the braider who took over I had to be somewhere at 3. There braider that took over after the 1st left lied and said she didnt. She also got in my face being irate like she wanted to fight while I was calm and trying to talk civilized. Nevertheless they didnt give me a discount. I paid and left and they told me to never come back which I never will and will not recommend anyone to go to this establishment. The lady cursed me out and there were children there running around playing and fighting. The seats the sat in where dirty and tore up. The place was dirty even tho they claimed to clean up whole I sat there for 45 mins. Take my advice go someone else to get your hair braided.

If I could give this business negative stars I would. Firstly, it was full of employees children playing and fighting with each other. Both women who braided my hair had terrible attitudes and manhandled my head. They seemed to be highly bothered when you even asked them a question. Instead of asking you to do something everything was an abrasive command ie. sit here, lean back. I was not told about the cash only policy when I called on the phone or at any point during my services. Once they were done, I went out to my car to go to my bank to get money. The lady who had braided my hair was standing outside (I guess waiting for me). The owner walked out, told me I could not leave, opened my car door, and stood inside the door. I offered to leave a personal item ($250 ipod worth more than cost of services). The owner said no to this and asked could one of them ride with me to get the money. With hesitation I finally agreed to let the one with seemingly the most sense ride with me. When I got back to the shop I went inside and told the owner that she should notify customers of her cash only policy and post something in the store. I told her where I come from to touch someones property you could get beat down. She preceded to come towards me and try to fight me. At this point I left the shop. I understand that people have walked out without paying, but to stand in my car and touch my personal property is in no way appropriate or professional. I would not send my dog to this company to get his tail braided....

This was the only shop that I go to but in January when I went the workers had NASTY ATTITUDES and they took my edges out after taking my hair down and this have never happened and I have been going to them since 2007 I think it was the lady who was braiding my hair she had a ATTITUDE Bc I told her I didn’t like my hair I wanted them closer but I really hate to go to another shop Bc the owner is really sweet

Not open when they say they were opening. Customer waiting outside for almost 30 minutes with the possibility of more rain.
