My trash has been sitting in front of my house and my neighbors houses since Wednesday, December 25th. My regular pickup day is Thursday. I was told my trash would be picked up Friday December 27th which no one came. Then I was told it would be gone on Monday; December 30th. Still no one came. Now they say it will be Tuesday; December 31st. When I called the company the dispatchers told me that the drivers are reporting that the trash was picked up last week. How can you miss several streets on your route and not know it. This is not the first or second time that this has happen. But it will be the last time. My contract with them runs out next month. Check out my pictures. This is what I have been seeing in my front yard since Christmas Day.

Dont use them! Wont answer the phone, wont pick up garbage on time, dumped recycling into regular garbage stream despite our having the recycling service! Incompetent, poor service. WASTE OF MONEY!!!.

My usual pickup date is Tuesday and once again it is Wednesday with no pickup. They said it would be picked within 24 hours. I will be changing companies today

When a companys sole responsibility is the collection of trash I am absolutely dumbfounded as to how one can be so bad. Seriously its almost comical. In an age of dwindling expectations this company takes the prize as having the worst customer service Ive ever encountered. Trust the reviews and look elsewhere for your trash collection.

Im in the Navy, Ive been all over the country, and this is the single worst company Ive ever had to deal with. On multiple occasions my recycling went weeks, sometimes over a month, without getting picked up despite repeated calls and even speaking with different managers. Garbage regularly doesnt get picked up. Ive never experienced a company where Ive spoken with a manager after a job wasnt done, have them guarantee itll be done that day or the next, only for another week to go by with no results. And thats if you can get them on the phone, which often takes multiple tries. And forget about writing them online, Ive never gotten a response. Never, I mean absolutely never will I recommend anyone ever use this company. I have to say it again: the worst company Ive ever dealt with. Period.

This company would not pick up my trash on time . Especially after the holidays. The Best thing Ive ever done was to cancel my service They deserve worst than a one star rating.

Probably one of the worst companies in regards to customer service!!! Its people and organizations like this that give Memphis a bad name. If I was you I would find a different organization for your waste disposal. Super rude and they can care less about you.

Waste Connections will only pick up so many bundles of trash and debris. If you have a small tree fall down, they will pick up a portion of the limbs and drive off, leaving you with limbs until they come back next week. It might take 3 weeks for them to pick up cut up limbs from a 20 ft tree. If you call and complain, they pretty much tell you oh well, see you next week. They dont pick up fence boards and a bunch of other stuff that someone might put to the street once a year. Do yourself a favor and go with a different company.

Horrible customer service! I was told when signing up that I could have my trash receptacle and then 5 additional trash bags beside the can. Now apparently they have changed their policy and wont pick up my trash. They also missed a complete week of trash pick up and refused to prorate my bill.

They do not hold up there end of bargain.Equipment breaking down not an excuse for not getting trash picked up at commercial buildings period the company too large for that too happen and not get trashed picked up inexcusable bottom line they need to read there cores and values customer BS they.

Terrible service!When they pick-up; if they drop anything; it is left in the street.If you want attitude first thing in the morning call and talk Joyce. When shes done giving you attitude, shell hang up on you.
