Worst company ever. They bangs on people’s door and windows with an object. NOT THEIR HANDS BUT WITH SOME OBJECT. The way they knock you would think it’s the FBI or something at your door. They also parks by your car and leaves harassing messages all over your car. Not all people are bad and trying to run off with the products but people that has life crisis and fall short at a point or another. No one deserves to be treated like a criminal because they miss a payment. And before this moment I have never been late on a payment. Then the will refuse your payment when you are trying to pay what you owe. CALLING CORP FIRST THING IN THE MORNING.

They brought my washer and dryer. Then whomever suppose to hook the washer didnt properly hook everything. The water was all ova my floor. I called serval times and no one showed up to reconnect my washer. This is just rediculouus. They need better services if they wanna get paid. If they cant come fix it whats the since of them getting my hard working money. Im done

My experience with Bestway is when I met Ms. Amanda at the Frayser Store. She was great then and now I had to account transfered to the other store she been real great with me still. I love her and the entire staff. Thumbs Up.....

So I went in on Friday to get a bedroom set. Shanese promised me she would have the bedroom set delivered the next day. On Saturday she called and ask was 3:00pm-4:00pm would be okay for delivery I said okay great. At 5:00 pm still NO DELIVERY! Christmas is 2 days away and I have NOTHING in my apartment but a HARD FLOOR! I am in tears because why would someone take my money right before the holidays and dont follow up with business like they should.....my holiday is RUINED!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Shanese is probably the most imcompetant salesperson I have seen. They run an inethical business here they will cheat you or try to trick you. Stay away!!

I wanted to return a product back, because i wanted to just go buy it flat out.i told the manager it would be Monday morning.instead the manager and his rude assistant shows up at my home on a Saturday morning banging on my door as if I was trying to steal the item. I had this item literally one week, and when I told him I didnt want it and that I would be returning it, he got pissed off..really? I was planming to rent it for 100 a month, then saw the exact item at walmart for 300 dollars..neither the less, they came banging on my door ..waking up my next door neighbors..and cursing at me in front of my children..I was livid! I called the police ON THEM.if I was so wrong, why didnt the police take the item???The worst company Ive dealt with in a while. No more renting for me..Ill just buy

First of all, if there Was a such thing as 0 ☆ thats what I would give. This company is very disrespectful when coming to ur house. If no one answers the door that mean, they r not home and literally keep knocking at ur doors for a hr. That is very disturbing and that is a form of harassment. The furniture isnt good anyway and they r so slow to deliver the stuff but they want to harass u when they pick it up. These ppl r something serious. STOP HARASSING FOLKS👎👎👎these ppl need training classes on how to deal with customers.
