Should be a zero star because i still have not received my luggage and neither United nor myself has been able to contact J and W. We checked into our flight from newark to memphis 3 hours early and somehow our bags did not make the flight (this was 01/04/20). We were told that the bags would be delivered to our house the following afternoon (01/05/20) at 12:30pm). That day we Received a notification that the luggage will now be delivered before 9:00pm. The luggage never came. The next morning (01/06/20) i requested a reschedule for the earliest time for delivery to be between 1pm-5pm. The luggage never came. I called united customer service and they said my luggage was with this company and they could not get a hold of them. It is now 01/07/20 with no luggage and and i just got off the phone with United customer service and they still can not get a hold of the delivery company. This is insane. Google only has a fax number to contact them. Not really sure how i will get my luggage at this point. Ive only been offered a 125$ credit to use at an airline that i plan on never using. I paid 60$ to check my bags only to never receive them.

My experience mirrors everyone elses. AA website said bags were delivered at 0530. (Not So) Airport said 1000. (No so) AA staff called J&W Delivery but got no answer and the voicemail was full. She suggested I call from a local number and I did. Guess what? No answer and the voicemail was full.It is now 1516 and no bags. I have filed a lengthy complaint with American Airlines via telephone and their website and I suggest you do the same. I reminded them that their obligation does not stop at the airport door. This third parties actions still reflects poorly on American Airlines and it is shameful that they continue to use the J&W Delivery company despite multiple complaints of a similar nature over a lengthy period of time. I will wait to see what comes of this before writing more....

Arrives to Memphis Friday afternoon only to hear from AA that my baggage got delayed. They gave me the choice of either waiting about 2 more hours at the airport or free delivery. Telling me the delivery people would pick up around 3:30pm and once they had it set for delivery the delivery guy would call me within 30 minutes of arrival. So I decided instead of wasting waiting at the airport to leave, get my rental, and check into the hotel. 4:30pm I get an email telling me my luggage had been picked up by the delivery company. 10:30pm comes along and no new update and no luggage. I called AA they gave me a website for tracking no updates at all. Saturday comes along and still no new updates and no luggage. I look up the delivery company J & W Delivery Memphis in an attempt to call them, but the number listed was a fax line. Finally 10:49pm I get an update that my luggage was out for delivery stayed up till 2am waiting for them and no show still. Finally Sunday around noon I get a knock on my door with them finally delivering it, no call before either. My vacation completely ruined as I couldnt go out and enjoy myself worried that they would show up. Wearing the same clothes 2 days straight, and having to make a quick run to the store to buy new toiletries. Worst company to ever deal with. If this happens again Im just going to wait for my luggage and recommend anyone else to do the same.

Horrible! My luggage somehow didnt make the plane in my connection flight in Miami through AA (this occurred on 3/11/2017) after several hours of tracking it down, it was found and suppose to be delivered by J and W on (3/12/2017). I called several times trying to locate my luggage as I had valuables and work related materials and have yet to be able to get in touch with anyone. I dont understand how this business can operate with no contact information, no customer service reps, no hours of operations, no valid phone number, no email address, etc. just horrible! As on 3/13/2017, Ive yet to hear from the delivery company! While AA is responsible for my lost luggage-I find it very hard to understand how a company would have no means for customers to make contact with them! Theres no tracking number-no clear understanding of the process! There should be some point of system in place! This has been the most frustrating and irritating thing ever! To just sit around waiting on your luggage to be delivered when you could of been more productive with your day! AA should being working with a company that focuses on not just getting the job done but focusing on the customers!

Supposedly picked up baggage for special handling and immediate delivery.Did not arrive until 10:30 a.m. When airline insisted they call, J stated bag wasnt marked with Hotel name.1) total BS. Says hotel name right on delivery BDO form.2) if thats the case, didnt know hotel, as a special delivery, why did it still take until 10:30 the next morning.

Terrible service, arrived at the airport at 10:50 pm, on May 23, they were to deliver it on Thursday 24, today is May 25 and it is 3:50 and the suitcase has not been delivered. It should be noted that all this time they have changed the delivery time several times and they even made us go to the office to collect the suitcase waiting for an hour and there was no one, it was closed.🤬🤬🤬
