This has been the worst experience in shipping LTL i have had in awhile. The communication at this company is god awful. From the customer service support to sales rep and everything in between. You wait days just to get the simplest of answers and good luck if you get one. There is 0 sense of urgency at this company. DONOT BE LURE IN BY THERE LOW PRICES YOU WILL PAY WHAT YOU GET FOR TRUST ME.

Stay away from this branch theyre crook. Will put you on the load and when they found cheap carrier theyll canceled the load on you and wont pay TONU even if you drove at the shipper. Dishonest and disrespectful people work there.
