We had our 30 year old wood floors redone and they are lovely! I couldn’t be more pleased . It is a hassle moving out and we kept putting it of . Finally did it and I was amazed ! The staff was prompt and friendly - great communication when I had a question and concern . Almost embarrassed to show how bad our floors had gotten - they look amazing now . Thanks for going such a wonderful job! Would highly recommend !

Updating my review to say after several complaints, the owner has personally reached out and taken an interest in our job to help fix some messy stain work.It shows integrity and care when an owner comes personally to right a wrong, and promises to follow through with his employees.

I cannot say enough good things about Tom and Old World Floors. Twice now, there have been complications that were no fault of the company or Tom and twice they went above and beyond to accommodate us and correct mistakes that were the manufacturers problems. There is no one else I would work with when it comes to floors and there is no one else I recommend to anyone who asks.

Wonderful experience! This is actually the 2nd time Old World Floors. Several years ago they redid my hardwood floors. They were very professional and made a semi painful process not painful! Recently I had them replace carpet in 3 bedrooms, playroom and an exercise room. The installers were thorough and good. Prices are very competitive as well. Will use again for sure!

I made contact with this company 3 weeks ago. I’ve had to call them 6 times to get an accurate quote. They deal with several Sub-Contractors who don’t communicate well with their customers. Needless to say, after 5 inaccurate quotes and poor follow up and follow through, I finally went with another competitor and had the floors completed in a week with beautiful results. I actually paid that company more money than Old World. Service is Key. I’m not sure whose allowing this business to be run this way, but it must be a tremendous amount of nepotism. Everyone that I’ve dealt with would be fired if it were my business. If Zero stars would have been an option, that’s what I would have given them.

I had a good experience with initial estimate and old floor tear out. Unfortunately the company was not very professional when it came to the install. They were 4 hours late to the appointment and I was the one having to continually initiate contact to get updates on the estimated time of arrival. Then the crew arrived unprepared without some parts and had to come back to fix an error in the install.
