They lack professionalism and they have a very poor response rate. I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for the past 3 weeks leaving numerous voice mails and no response from any one. I understand when company’s have a large work load and they can’t take another job. But a simple returned call stating that would be sufficient.

As an HR manager who is in charge of our company training to meet O.S.H.A. requirements, I have used State Systems for several years to conduct our annual fire extinguisher training. They are very professional and the equipment is state of the art. It can also be done indoors, so weather is never a factor.
