Eddy and Victor were great. They made my house the cleanest it has ever been in the last 30 years. They were extremely thorough and did everything as advertised.I would recommend ServePro and their employees to everyone. David D, did a fantastic job last week. He called beforehand to let me know he was headed our way. He came in ready to work and showed me what they were needing to do while in my home. The team was amazing! Richard worked as lead (I guess?) and he and the guys that came out initially were wonderful! Dewayne came out the next two days with Richard to inspect the amount of water left, and then to remove the machines. Both of them were respectful, courteous, calming, and they worked as fast as possible to help us begin fixing the flood. They also were clean, removed what needed to be removed, and made sure to inform us of all possibilities. Thank you!

Chuck was initially asked by landlord to give a quote on smoke damage and the landlord foolishly chose not to use him. I then had to call him back to come remedy the “cleaning job” with his charcoal filter air scrubber. Chuck was very kind, helpful, and professional during an incredibly stressful time.

A worker name Bobby came out to inspect and service my air conditioning and heating system.He did a good job.He was friendly and professional. I gave five stars because he gave excellent customer service.I believe his last name was Bryant.His first name was Bobby.I am sure of that. He did a good job.

I had water damage from an ice/snow dam on my roof that impacted my garage and several rooms in my house. SERVPRO did a great job with the water mitigation. Richard Patterson and his team responded quickly when I called.They came to my house daily until everything was dry and all the equipment was removed. I hope I do not have water damage again, but if I do, I would definitely use SERVPRO and I would request Richard Patterson be my technician.

They gave my 84 year old grandmother an appointment to fix a flood she had in her upstairs that started to go through the floor. They brought their equipment and then didnt show up for the appointment, did not even call. So my dad called to reschedule for another day, they didnt show up or call. Set up ANOTHER TIME, DID NOT COME FOR A 4th TIME NOR CALL. Was told by reception that they took another job instead. My dad asked them to cancel and come get their equipment. The general manager came and was so completely rude to my father and my grandmother and told my father it wouldnt matter if a bad review was left about this situation because They are a 60 million dollar company and one bad review doesnt matter. How completely nasty and unprofessional. Will never recommend them and word on the street is this is common practice for them. BEWARE!

Both the mitigation team and the construction team we dealt with at Servpro were fast, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and did excellent work.I especially appreciated the way in which both Donnie Mayfield, the construction supervisor, and the mitigation supervisor whose name I cannot recall took the time to explain to me in detail how the process would work and what the timetable for the job(s) would be. Both supervisors were friendly, knew their work and were easy to deal with.Finally, about Covid-19, everyone from Servpro who was at our house was properly masked at all times without any prompting from me. The company appears committed to Covid safety.I would recommend Servpro Bartlett/Cordova to anyone needing water damage mitigation and reconstruction.

The guys did a great job and got carpet pulled up and fans and dehumidifiers going to dry floors and walls. I had an air conditioner to start leaking in the attic. ServPro came out ASAP. Dustin, his team and the weekend guys were all gracious and thorough. They left fans and a dehumidifier for 3 days and thankfully after we get the minor repairs fixed, it’s just a memory. It could not have gone smoother!!

We had a water leak due to our condensate drain. Water leaked down into and under the wood laminate floors in one room of our house. We called our insurance and they sent Servpro to access the damage and clean up. We got a call from Servpro to set up the appointment, and they came on time. They ended up having to take out all the flooring and waterproof barrier in that room due to the extensive water damage. (Which they also hauled off for us.) After checking the surrounding rooms, walls and floors, there was no mold, or hidden water in the walls. They put in fans and a dehumidifier to dry out the concrete in that one room where the leak was. Servpro kept me informed the whole time of what they were doing, and what they were going to do. Jeff was courteous and professional throughout the entire process. Servpro was fast to respond to our need of cleanup and I would highly recommend them for water damage.

I suffered a Fire on Jan 15, 2018 and 4 days later a Flood- needless to say- a total loss. As one could imagine the days ahead would be long and dreadful, but the ServePro Angel (Maria) and her Team arrived on the scene and made the days ahead so much more palatable. Maria and her team discovered photos that I thought that I had lost and just had an overall amazing approach to tragedy. They were always timely and eager to assist me. They came to the rescue. Things were explained, questions were answered, and they were PATIENT, kind, and reassuring.Arriving around 6a.m. on a Saturday, they jumped in and worked quickly, yet thoroughly. This flooding was more than we could handle alone. Because of ServPros professionals, furniture was saved from damage, and the house was dried out. Rooms that had to be emptied in order to be ABLE to get the flooring, etc., replaced were packed up, carefully, yet (again) quickly. (They stored these items.) They tested - read moisture levels, etc. - to see what was needed, then brought in huge dehumidifiers and necessary equipment. They later came back out and returned our things, ...[Nothing was done without our permission, and things were done our way when we had requests that they could accommodate. They did explain what they could do, how, and why. This is not something we were used to dealing with. They know their stuff. They were good with our dogs, too. :)]They were angels.Thank you, Cristina, Calvin, and all!

We had a microwave catch fire. Fire itself was not extreme but the smoke was so it caused damage to our central heat and air and walls.ServPro was in the process of cleaning it and realized it was damaged beyond repair and needed to be replaced instead of cleaning it calling it a days work Severn callee the contractor and insurance adjuster to start the ball rolling. Maria has kept in constant contact with us explaining the process and what is going to take place when our contractors didn’t at that time we felt discouraged at some times with the unknown but she encouraged us each day that it will all get done and our house will look again great. A+ for customer service and A+ for all her workers that also treated us like we were people and not just another job to them are house isn’t finished but it has a great start it smells great in here and what they were able to get to come clean did it isn’t there faults that the walls and duct system need to be replaced and painted. So anyone needing help don’t do what I did and try to take it on yourself and still need to call for help. So great job guys

Our dryout was completed in less time that originally anticipated, and Hunter and his coworker were polite, professional, and got the job done right. Although we hope no one has to go through a flood and dryout process, wed recommend ServPro if it does happen!

The men did what they said and when they said. They were professional and explained what and why when asked.

These guys are very unproffessional. I had water damage to my house. They ripped out sheetrock, left nailx sticking out of boards, let rafters and ceiling joists mildew.....which they were supposed to prevent. Used my tools...i.e. sledgehammer. Half way cleaned up, but ruined my hard wood floor with metal shovels. Now I am left to hire a new crew to fix what they damaged. DO NOT USE THESE RUDE, ILL TRAINED, UNPROFFESIONAL PEOPLE.

Horrible, horrible, horrible service. They didnt take the necessary actions to fully mitigate our flooding issue and their service afterwards was just horrendous. Do not use the people for anything.
