Very courteous, professional, friendly, fast, CLEAN, CLEAN, and 1 more time CLEAN. Ive seen the young lady take the time to clean the restroom and wipe down things used after each person. Been here more than once and no matter who is at the front desk I have been taken care of in a professional manner. Even the young man that was there before school started back had more professionalism than some adults I have dealt with at other places. It may seem like a simple process but Ive dealt with some pretty unprofessional and careless places. Thankfully First Class is not like those other places. I really really appreciate everything about First Class!! Never a bad experience and always ready to take care of you even as a walk in. I have been a walk in each time btw lol. Just wanted to share my horrible experience. I took my initial sample and the lady pulled her mask down and SMELLED my urine. I’m guessing her nose is scientifically calibrated for this... told me she will need a 2nd sample and then threatened my job saying if I didn’t provide a 2nd sample it would be a refusal too test/screen. So if I wanted to continue with job process I needed to go again. I left the establishment without providing the 2nd sample and they sent it too the lab like they should in the first place. I guess trying to call my bluff or whatever. I just wanted too let you know I did get that job and maybe your urine collectors shouldn’t be smelling urine and threatening people’s jobs... there are plenty of drug screening places I advise you take your business to another location for your pre employment screening.

Ms. Crutcher (Ms . Tess) is a joy to work with! As a small business owner, I was nervous to go through the hassle to find a partner that would help us with drug screenings for pre-employment.
