Surge Staffing is by far the absolute WORST place to be employed. I worked inside of the office after literally being begged to start with the company as a recruiter. I left my old job after putting in my two weeks notice thinking I had a promising career. After a week of being there I was promoted by the VP Roger Alonso. Once I was promoted the other workers began treating me different I’m assuming because they had been employed longer than I had with the company, but I had more experience. I never received any disciplinary action against me or never had anyone from management to say I did something wrong. Nevertheless, 3 weeks into my employment I was released by he same two ladies that were there before me who was jealous of my promotion. My manager Roger Alonso didn’t have the nerve to contact me and blocked my number from having to speak with me. I contacted the corporate office and HR didn’t have any knowledge of the termination and they stated I didn’t have any disciplinary actions against me so they didn’t provide me with any explanation. I turned in my key the day I was terminated and the cell phone was mailed to the corporate office. Here it is two weeks that I’ve been terminated and I haven’t received my last two pay checks or my mileage reimbursement. I’ve contacted the corporate office, only to get the run around. I did let them know I’d be contacting the Tennessee Department of Labor and an attorney if need be. SURGE STAFFING IS BY FAR THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED FOR AND THEY ARE A COMPLETE JOKE! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work for this company!!!

Ms.Mallory is very nice and good at welcoming costumers along with greeting everyone that comes in and shes well respected.

Ms mallory and ms tameka both have great service and will help u with everything u need and place u asap, i feel so welcomed, please come by they are good people and so polite ☺

While the young lady Lauren at Apple Tree was very nice, the Manager who is Karen and located in Olive Branch was very rude and gave an impression i was bothering her when calling to inquire about a job posting with their company.I would not recommend anyone to work for staffing that allows such a nasty and negative attitude from Management.

Both young ladies make you feel very comfortable make you feel like youre at home very polite and very professional

Do not work here they dont pay right and the places they send you to the people are mean rude and start a whole lot of bullshit
