This is a very good company the staff was very helpful as well as resourceful thank you
My experience with millennium..was very rewarding, I meet a young man name Aaron who was very helpful and genuinely concerned with me gaining employment.... THANKS Aaron... your greatly appreciated...
They accept walk ins and they seem to be organized, I havent been placed yet though so any further information is unknown.
I called the main office & spoke to a lady named Miriam? She was so rude & nasty. If y’all don’t know how to talk to people give the right ppl jobs.
I was in contact with a Lady by the name of Kim. She seemed very sweet and helpful in the beginning. As time went on I noticed I wasn’t getting the hours I was promised with the company they connected me to. My hours got shorter and shorter every week. I called Kim to get advice on how to handle something like that. She basically would tell me to stay because it could turn into a potential full-time job. The issue was never dealt with and eventually my finances started to suffer for it. The less money I made the more my bills were falling behind. I was eventually let go and told that the client didn’t want nothing to do with me. Kim called me and began to belittle me as well as be sarcastic in her approach. She was very cunning at her approach and definitely tried to over talk me that day. I never received my mileage check that the company was suppose to send me. I asked Kim how I would retrieve it and she said that she didn’t know anything about it. I was extremely disappointed in Kim and the Accounting Firm (client) I was hired for.
I had a really good experience working with Millennium search. My recruiter was Kerry. She was very professional and accessible. Definitely, the best staffing in town.
They didnt tell me about 2 week payroll, are horrible at communication. And they kept my check
Only giving 1 star because zero isnt an option. I just had the same experience Danielle N wrote about!! This Kim lady is a joke! She talks over you and is quite condescending in her phone etiquette. Practically ruled me out for one of the [at the very least] basic positions. I turned the tables on her; cut HER off...overtalked HER...and ended the call. Complete waste of time your time. Im so glad I followed my gut to call prior to completing an online profile. If professionalism isnt important to you, then be my guest!
Kim called and left a voicemail stating that she ran across my resume and wanted to touch bases with me and help find me a position. I called back and the receptionist answered the phone. Once I told her my first and last name and stated that I was returning Kim’s call, she instantly just placed me on hold and transferred me without saying anything else. Kim answered and after speaking with her for 10 minutes she stated that the position she was calling me about was filled( keep in mind she called me about the job around 11 and I called back at 11:45am) wow that was fast (if it actually existed). The short conversation was horrible and Kim would ask me a question and then cut me off once I start to answer her question and then would ask me to repeat myself or ask me a question l just answered or attempted to. I ended up hanging up because the conversation wasn’t going anywhere.
Staff is nice, though I was told I’d receive a call back that night cause they were looking to hire for the next day and I even filled out the W-2’s, they said I’d get a text message with address and time that I’ll start. I texted the recruiter who was working with me, and she completely ignored my text. So I guess that answers my question of hire-meant. Just wish she would have honestly messaged me back cause they seemed qenuine about me already getting the position. I kinda wonder if it might have been a scam to get my info.
Beautiful building and wonderful staff
I was contacted Monday morning and placed with a job on Tuesday. The staff was super friendly and inviting
A friend worked here and put me in contact with someone who handled my field. I was sent out to a distressed client of theirs- CMC. I immediately went to work doing what the site manager asked of me. The actual CMC employees took advantage of me. I was told changes were coming with these burned out employees and I simply needed to be patient. During the second week I contacted my Millennium recruiter and my friend several times telling them this wasnt working out. I wanted a new assignment. All I got was hang in there messages. When I complained to the CMC manager how his guys were being rude to customers I was told to stop being petty. I said goodbye. I warned Millennium and got no relief. Now no one over there will return my call or text including my friend. I was way overqualified for the job at CMC. On my friends suggestion I wrote an email with my resume attached to the Millennium founder but he failed to acknowledge me and this was before I went out to CMC. No communication skills over there. I give them two stars for finding me a job. Thats about all they did.
Best company ever
I question how is this company considered a professional establishment.
Very friendly staff
