I had a really great experience here. The staff was very helpful to me. Both ladies were very kind and patient. Unfortunately, I was told I would receive a call and also. I would be placed at a job as well. Of course you are told you have to wait for a break ground check. This was Friday, I call today which is Tuesday. The background check came back. But no job was sent to the agency. This call occured in the morning 8:35am or something. I was told to call back at 1pm this is the same day. Still no job is available. Next, I was asked what jobs I have worked at previously. I get frustrated and I hang while the lady is talking.I am upset at this point. The questions she starts to ask me. This was made available when I uploaded my resume. My thing is this if nothing is available. Why didnt both the ladies working there just tell me that. Instead of me walking there and I was late. But, this was a waste of time.

Where do I even begin??? The lady in the front is rude!!! I was getting transferred from Atlanta to Memphis and it took a whole week, finally I decided to call ATL myself to see what was taking so long... turns out the lady in the front in Memphis never sent them an email or even tried to call them to transfer my things after she said she had tried to 3 different times. (we came back to her office 3 different times and got the same response about a screenshot???) She is so unprofessional sitting at her desk on FaceTime talking about a dress she wanted, how she was going to get her nails, and what boots she was going to where Thursday night at some dinner while the lobby is full of people needing her. She was so rude, especially after I called Atlanta’s labor staffing and got my stuff transferred in less than a minute when it took her a whole week???? Seems to me she has no clue what she is doing or she just doesn’t care!

Staff was friendly and down to earth. there wasnt a long wait or process. they got me on an assignment the same day.

Wow what a waste of time! My boyfriend and I have been sent back 3 times just because his stuff had not been transferred from atlanta to memphis, we were told to come back this morning as we did just to hear the same bs story from the lady in the front. We ended up calling atlanta labor staffing to see what was going on, turns out the lady never even emailed atlantas LS office.... Wow.... Then when my boyfriend handed her his phone to talk to the Lady from Atlanta she was so rude to her and when she hung up she just dropped his phome on her desk, got up, went to the back and proceeded to talk about him to someone saying Idk why he had to go call her I had it handled. WHAT??? YOUVE HAD IT HANDLED FOR A WEEK NOW UGHHHH there was so much wrong with the visit the woman wasnt even worried about the full lobby she talked on facetime with someone else about a dress and some boots she was oredering off line... So professional 😂 NOT!! I do not reccoment!!! Such a waste of time! (Ms. Terry was her name I beleive)
