I was shortly placed with a local company as a temporary replacement, which finally gave me an opportunity to demonstrate job skills that I knew I had. Was working with them on a degreed position. I am a recent grad with my whole career in front of me. Went into the office, filled out their paperwork, and was told I would be contacted within a couple of days once they had an interview time worked out with their client (the employer). Waited 2 days, heard nothing. Called back my recruiter, no answer. Left a voicemail. Waited 2 more days, heard nothing. Called again, no answer, left another voicemail. Also, I sent my recruiter an email. I heard absolutely nothing back from them and wasted my time going into their office. Gave them all of my information and details for them to completely ignore me. I got ghosted by a staffing agency...Dont waste your time. If you are looking for a staffing agency that will work hard for you and only put you in a position to excel, this is the group to contact. I have had the opportunity to work with Garen and Jered on a personal level and with Christiana on a professional level. I could not be more satisfied. Family owned and operated, this company is great about connecting talent to corporate and they excel in finding top executive talent for a variety of industries including banking, finance, professional service organizations as well as large companies seeking key employees. Their employee turnover is almost zero which speaks to their culture of retaining good people. And--bonus--they have a number of women working for them!

This company is the absolute worse! Search for a more professional agency because this group is not. They are extremely demeaning to people who need support instead of condemnation and condescension! You are just an employee number to them and a notch on their payroll for their salaries/commission. Professionals dont waste your time. They will contact unemployment if you dont take whatever they offer you and you will lose it. They have very unorthodox spiteful practices. Move on for your own sake!!

I really cant say enough positive things about Gateway Group Personnel! They placed my mother with the wonderful company she has been with for 10+ years now, and they placed me in my current role in a company that I absolutely love. I was skeptical on using another staffing agency, only because I didnt have much luck with one other that I had used previously. The time between when I was initially approached by one of the incredible recruiters on LinkedIn and the time I was placed was less than one week. Now one year later, I am a full-time employee thanks to Ashley Barbee and Christiana Helvie.I still get to work with Christiana when requesting temps, and she is extremely professional and understands our exact needs. My boss once told me that Christiana was essentially one of us, and I 100% agree in that she understands our culture, what we look for, and she truly cares about our success with a candidate. I wouldnt recommend any other staffing agency other than Gateway Group Personnel, due to my perfect experience with them time and time again.

Dont let their recruiters know you are on unemployment. They will offer you the worse, lowest paying position and will contact the unemployment office (behind your back) and report you if you turn it down. All to get your unemployment cut off.DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.
