You know I will say this ..even though I havent started work yet I have a felony 6 to 7 years back and Mr Eugene helped me get the ball rolling and God blessed me because I passed my background check and thats an accomplishment of its own now hopefully soon I can start work. I went looking for clerical work and was able to get a job at an apartment’s leasing office. Decent pay, higher than other staffing agencies. If you are looking for work quickly then this is a great place although more warehouse jobs are available but that’s because Memphis is a warehouse city!

Eugene is by far the most unprofessional recruiter I have ever worked with. My friend recommended me to this agency and the only reason I even dealt with him is because he claimed he had a job that was in line with my education. The job he claimed he was submitting me for was a joke and so was he. He loves to string people along and while you remain hopeful, something in the back of your mind lets you know that its all a waste of time.

This guy is so drunk he can work more than a few hours per day. He will tell you to show up for work, and make you sit in his office all day while he blathers incoherently and (runs errands) only to decide not to send you to the job, but invite you to come back and wait for all of the next day knowing he has nothing for you.

First off I am willing to bet that most of the good reviews are fake and written by someone the owner paid to give a good review. This so-called business is the WORSE! I have never seen such an unprofessional staffing agency in my ENTIRE life of dealing with em. Everything the other reviews were saying about Eugene is TRUE. I experience the same thing. He claims there are all these good positions coming up but it never surfaces. I asked for the job description and his answer was sooooo vague so I asked him to be more specific and he just rambled. Not just him but Peggy also. Where in the world did these folk come from?!! My 5th graders could take their jobs and do 100 times better. When asked where a particular job was located ( as in the general area/side of town) I was told they couldnt disclose that! Thats absurd! So you want me to agree for you to send my resume to a company for hire based on WHAT?.. How do I know if Im interested if you cant even give a detailed description AND not knowing what side of town its located. These people are slow. Seriously. ( Ex. Someone may be willing to take a position paying only $10.00/hr if its 15 minutes driving time as oppose to having to drive an hour cuz its waay across town. ) So they dont seem to think its necessary to answer those basic questions. NEVER seen that before. With other agencies its a no-brainer--n always have been over the decades. Oh! Another thing: I had an appointment with Peggy one morning at 8am to discuss a potential position. I arrived at 7 :50 sat there for about 30 minutes then the receptionist finally told me Peggy isnt coming in. So she had me meet with someone else who knew NOTHING about the position. ( Probably because IT DIDNT EXIST! ! ) Also, while sitting there I engaged this young lady by me n asked her had she been with them long. She said her 1st day of work was suppose to have been yesterday BUT when she arrived at the company they knew nothing about her. Didnt have a clue! Said they were not expecting anyone. PITIFUL!! I could go on and on but suffice it to say THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE n PATHETIC! I wouldnt send my worse enemy there!! PATHETIC! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I had a rough time looking for a job. Eugene helped me with a job. But I didnt have gas to get to the job and Eugene let borrow a couple dollars for gas until I received my first paycheck.

This is the most unprofessional staffing company, lies about the jobs, an the pay and Eugene has the nerve to preach about being professional, this company is so cheap instead of mailing us our W2 we have to go to the company an pick them up I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to work for this company!
