The shipping Receiving doors in the middle. They have a phone inside you have to call the people with. Half the time they don’t answer and they got mad I came in there 15 mins prior to my appointment time. Unload times were ok though. Memphis roads and traffic is what it is if you know what I mean. Ordered a part for my truck through the TAG Truck Center, Memphis, TN, yesterday. Memphis PDC doesn’t allow direct pick-up through the Freightliner Dealer Part Order System. Part was promised by 0700 hrs the next morning, at the Dealership. PDC didn’t ship the dealers daily parts order that night and didn’t send a truck to the Dealer, once their problem was resolved. Daimler’s Customer Focus needs to be significantly improved. These 2 facilities are just a couple of miles apart. Complete dissatisfaction! Trucking can’t wait for Daimler’s internal issues to be resolved and make NO EFFORT to satisfy their incredibly restrictive part supply system.

In at 12:45 pm and out at 2:20 pm. Once you bump the dock it takes about an hour to unload. Thank you and we appreciate it.

I 240 east to route 385 southeast, 1st exit ridgeway rd south it becomes hickory hill rd, then turn right on challenge dr. Building is on the left.check in at door by dock 17.when empty theyll leave Bills in back of trailer.

I im employed here, will say if you like making money & get paid each week ; with great benefits then its the place to be.
