DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE!!!!I went in to pick up a pair of pants and they claimed they didnt have them. Then they claimed I hadnt been there since August (I was there in October)..They claimed their policy is to sell any items that are unclaimed after 30 days; truthfully, my pants WERE there for more 30 days, but previously the store called me before taking any action..I asked the manager to look me in the eye and ADMIT the pants were sold or given away, then she, in a very nasty manner, asked me to leave, which I graciously did...I encourage EVERYONE to avoid this store...

I took a Quinceanera dress to this place, I told the owner to be very delicate, it was handmade. She understood.. They were able to get the bottom of it cleaned however they left holes and runs on the top layer. She said I spent a lot of time on this and it was to be expected.. I told her nowhere on her policy sign states may cause rips. She offered to patch it, no maam. She couldnt clean it without causing damage to it. First experience is the last with this location

They really dont deserve the rating of one. I took a pair of green pants for Heavy starch... never mind the fact that the pants goes with a set....the pants came back grayish blackish green...if thats a color. The unblessed representative got an attitude with me while trying to discuss a solution....now see... I dont want to be on the five oclock news.....but ohhhhhh.
