Never had the pleasure or displeasure of having met Natasha the owner. Her cleaners were young men. One cleaned ok and was very well mannered . However after the first visit doing my moms couple of loads of laundry became an issue . Every two weeks that’s all I was asking of the company. Cleaning her 1 bedroom apartment and doing a couple loads of laundry to be done right next door, at my place . Not put the laundry away even mind you! And I was willing to pay whatever that costed for the wash . I don’t have to beg someone to do their job properly and make their money. I will go pay someone else to do the job they are hired to do . Today when we have hired someone else to do the job. Natasha tells my mom we were going to do the laundry today?! Business doesn’t work like that. You don’t choose when your going to do your entire job and when your not . The job is the job. Period. I did my moms laundry each time they didn’t finish. That’s not customer service .

We had 3 people from Clean Sweep Top to Bottom do a one-time deep clean on Sept. 23rd. We were thrilled with the results! Our house has never been cleaner! The deep cleaning rate is very reasonable & includes all baseboards, blinds, window sills, & ceiling fans. It also includes a very thorough house cleaning. I highly recommend them & am holding on to their business card because we will definitely have them out again. Great job Jennifer, Angel & Jessie!! Thank you all very much 🤗!!!
