I simply love the way they cleaned my carpet. I have had to use them a few times and each time was GREAT ! I had a to get a wet vac because my sewage backed up into my unit. My carpet was cleaned and sanitized beyond my imagination. The name simply speaks for it self. Expect EXCEPTIONAL services every time.

Professional Carpet Systems did a great job cleaning all the areas of carpet inside our home. Carpet looked new again and quick drying time for our carpet was a plus. The staff is knowledgeable, when I am told that they can save the carpet--they can and do. When they tell me that paying them to clean will not salvage the carpet--their honesty benefits me. I know Im late but I had my carpet clean last week. When I moved in the apartment complex stated that my carpet had been clean but I knew better than that because it had a odor. However, PCS did an amazing job cleaning my carpet. Not only are they professional, theyre affordable, and they came out at the last minute. Houston was great, my carpet look brand new, and the odor was gone. Its been over a week and my house still smell like my carpet has been freshly clean. I think it was only fair that I called in to give my positive feedback on the great services Houston provided and Ive also recommended PCS to family and workers. Curtis is his staff are awesome!!! The job they did on our home was great. We rented our home out to a family who did not maintain the carpet and flooring. Curtis reviewed the carpet and gave me honest opinions and solid recommendations. He was not trying to make a quick buck! If he did not think he could get the job done he said. He delivered! I really had to get my carpets cleaned due to family coming. I had a small window to work with but they worked me in and did a great job.I called and a very happy helpful girl took my info and asked a few questions about what I needed to have cleaned then told me that she could give me a phone quote. I told her I had 3 bedrooms and a small hallway... she said that it sounded like it would be $100.00 to 135.00 and that when the tech got to my house he would walk the carpets with me and then give me a price.I set up an appointment and they arrived .. on time...The lead guy introduced himself and his team mate. We walked the carpets and Curtis pointed out a few things, gave me a price.. then he explained how they would clean my carpets with low moisture and then they got to work vacuuming and then scrubbing and cleaning.Took them about an hour or so and it was it was dry in about an hour.I will be telling all my friends about them.

I had Prof Carpet Systems out in May to help with a tear in my carpet .. new puppy kind of made a mess of the fire place. They came out and did a patch .. something like 4 ft by 2ft... it was big.. they even put carpet back in the closet..looks really good.The tech that came out was polite and did a great job. When he finished he walked me through a carpet cleaning estimate at no extra fee. I am looking forward to have the carpets cleaned before the holidays.Just had PCS back for my yearly cleaning.. Great job as always!! Thank you guys!

If you are not using PCS you are truly missing out. They have treated & cleaned carpet that seriously is in such bad condition..ANY normal person would throw OUT! and they make it so close to new its amazing! Curtis, tracey, robert and Tim aresome of the BEST humans I have ever met. Customer service matches their AMAZING, OUTSTANDING, and MIND BLOWING work. Highly Recommend!
