UPDATE TO OWNERS RESPONSE: I was quoted $88.49 with tax for my rug. Your person who was rude wrote out a bill for nearly $200. So let’s just say it was a 100% price increase for argument’s sake... still not really a good business practice. And, I won’t bother with pettiness of what time I called you. Your person was not on time . Early is not always a positive. The fact that your driver left instead of waiting until the time scheduled is lack of punctuality.Got an online estimate to clean area rug. Scheduled pick up for 8:30am. They showed up 15 minutes early and left at 8:20 because I didn’t know they had arrived. When I called the location at 8:34am the man was very rude and short with me. He told me they would come back after a delivery. They did. But the man picking up the rug had a terrible attitude and was short with me as well, they must be related! Then he gave me a bill that was 120% higher than the quote I was given online. Not a great way to conduct business. Needless to say, I am not paying $200 for a 7x7 rug to be cleaned. I can buy a new one for that!

I purchased a rug at an estate sale and had it taking up the majority of my car. They told me to come over right away to drop it off. They did a full evaluation of the rug. In a week the rug was cleaned, deodorized, and scotch guarded. They delivered it to my house, and placed it exactly where I asked. The price was very reasonable for the impeccable work that was done. Everyone I spoke with was so nice, I will not take my rugs anywhere else in the future.

They picked up 2 oriental rugs to have cleaned, I read my copy and saw that they said that the stains may not come out. They were not anywhere near bad stains. I called them to stop the process and the guy said that they already started cleaning them and didn’t check to see if so. Was I the only one that had rugs in that week to be cleaned? How did he know that it was mine? Suspicious to me! But delivered my rugs back to me and doesn’t look like no kind water/cleaners came anywhere near my rugs. Looked exactly the same the way they left my home. And wanted to charge me $644.48 and holding my rugs hostage for ransom now.This is not a scam because this was not claimed on my insurance. This was out of pocket....you can surely check with my insurance company....or were you saying that you are a scam?If you need your rugs cleaned or need to buy one, go to Fara Rugs on Houston Levee. The guy that runs that place will take care of you. I’ve purchased 6 rugs from him.

They did an incredible job on my handmade woven rug we bought in Turkey. It had basically been used as a litter box by my 65lb dog. They even fixed a hole our dog had chewed out of the rug. They matched the colors so well I couldnt tell where the damage had been. And no smells on the rug! And they picked up and dropped off and finished 2 weeks early. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was highly disappointed with the customer service. Man at the front desk who also answers the phone and spoke with my husband and me on different occasions was quite unfriendly. He was short and honestly rude. Yes, we were using their coupons, but he seemed to be immediately talking down to us after learning we had discounts.Also, had a completely new rug scotchguarded. Nothing else. My new rug now has strange bumps and lumps and doesnt lay flat. This should happen with a simple scotch guard.All of these things along with their high prices means I will be taking my business elsewhere regardless of their reputation and longstanding history in Memphis.

A thorough deep clean. A more involved process, of course, than if someone just comes with the machine to your house. They really clean the rug all the way through.

I spent approximately 1600.00 here cleaning several rugs -and I have more to go - they were nice enough when I Placed my order, picked up on time, it took them forever to give me info as to when they would be done -I had to keep calling -i ended up having to hire someone else to come pick them upThey were not good -I chose them cause the online reviews were so good -I had several more rugs to be cleaned and went to Kish -the service was much better
