Very rude on the phone. Not helpful at all when asking questions, cut me off, talked over me, and very unprofessional. Was hoping for better when I saw the reviews but based on the phone call I will take my business elsewhere.

He gave me a good deal. I just moved and he understood so I was able to get a discounted price. The furniture was deep cleaned and it is something I truly needed. There is no way I could have done that type of work. Originally I was going to do it myself but after seeing his machinery, there is no way my cleaning would have done the job.

You also asked me to make the check out to you personally not to Castle One and you charged me state sales tax on a check I made out to you. We both know your scheme and you should know better.
