I received services from this company on 7/21/21 and forgot to leave a review, but I could not pass up the opportunity to share the greatness of this company with everyone that has flooring needs. From the first call til the last call, Kyle was wonderful. He informed me of my options without being impatient and gave me the best price out of the list of estimates that I received. Then the two installers that came out to complete the job was even more awesome than he was. The were kind, polite, helpful, and very hospitable. They worked diligently and despite the mixup in time, they did not put a rush on the services, nor made me feel like I was holding them up. They did a great job and it looks great also. I chose them over a family members business and because they were so awesome, i will do it again. I highly recommend this business for all your flooring needs :-) You all continue to be blessed at Americas Best!!!!!!

The crew we had to lay vinyl laminate was amazing! Douglas is a perfectionist—he takes such pride in his work! There was minimal waste which was incredible! Caleb nailed the square footage! Did a good job at a fair price!

The hardwood floors are poor quality. They only have tongue and groove on two sides of each board so they stick up on the ends. The installation has multiple partial pieces next to each other running through the middle of the floor. The carpet was improperly cut AND doesnt have carpet strips in the correct locations so I can just pick up the carpet in corners and on stairs. They took MONTHS to get an estimate done. Caleb will bail on you to go hunting. Horrible value.

I highly recommend America’s Best! They were flexible for scheduling, they came out the same day I called to give me a quote, the cost was less than I expected and after I accepted the quote they were out quickly to get it replaced! They also quick with the removal and install and cleaned up behind themselves! I appreciate the professionalism and quickness! Replacing carpet was much less stressful than I anticipated it to be!

Great company and great owner. I have been using Jeff to do carpets in all of our rental homes, high end retail flips and my personal home. You will not find a better, more trustworthy guy then Jeff. I leave my door open at my personal house for him to come in as he pleases when we are not there.

These guys are as good as it gets. We custom ordered materials and the day after they came in, America’s Best Carpet & Tile were at our house beginning the project. 2 days later, it was done and perfect. We cant wait for our next project with them (because its my master bath).

After two years of living on concrete. I decided to get vinyl hardwood And absolutely love it!! I had the pleasure of working with Glenn. He and the staff were very helpful in all my needs and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them!

I recently moved into a new condo in East Memphis and Americas Best did an exceptional job of cleaning and stretching the carpet from the previous owner. The carpet was an absolute disaster after having its condition had been neglected for several years in between tenants of the residence and looked as good as new by move in day. Thankful for the quality of work provided and will call for maintenance!

I have two young children, yogurt all over my couch, and a lot of family coming to my house the next week. Jeff and his guys were timely and communicative. They were thorough in the job and even followed up to make sure I was happy with the job they had done. I will most definitely recommend and call them again.

Terrible for Tile Installation - Americas Best Carpet and Tile performed very poorly for installation of tile in my master bath. At the threshold with a carpeted room, the installer used a nail gun on the carpet. They falsely claimed ability to remove and reinstall the toilet, but the tile installer had no idea what he was doing, was not licensed and left the toilet leaking water. Even worse, when the installer returned with a more experienced installer to help, they suggested I should hire someone else or fix it myself. Unbelievable attitude, no respect for the customer, and no work ethic for the pay. Never use Americas Best Carpet and Tile again.

They did an awesome job in a quick amount of time. They were very friendly and had a lot of equipment to perform a top job. The price was clarified beforehand and they were able to help me choose the right option. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing! I called in a panic after my dog got sick on my white carpet. Jeff came right over within 1 hour and cleaned up my mess along with other rooms. He charged me only $85 and got my carpets looking great with no sign of my dog accident. I will always call his company and highly recommend him. He was very polite and professional, never tried to sell me anything like others I have used in the past.
