I booked an appointment that was confirmed with me through text message for a Thursday. I was called on Thursday and told my appointment was cancelled bc no one was available to do it. I rescheduled for the next Saturday, which was again confirmed by text. I received a call ON SATURDAY telling me they were cancelling my appointment again because no one was available. What is the point of making an appointment if they’re not guaranteed appointments? Don’t book me if you don’t have someone that you can schedule for that day???! Common sense. I could have gotten someone from a different company that would actually show up to come fix it already if I wasn’t wasting my time thinking I had appointments I don’t actually have. So unprofessional and inconvenient. I need my dryer. And I keep having to wait longer and longer because these appointments were canceled day of! Now no one can come til Monday for any other company. Thanks for literally nothing. Definitely don’t recommend. Find somewhere with guaranteed appointments. Not empty promises.
I was very pleased. The technician was able to come early. Also, he diagnosed the problem quickly and described my options. He performed the repair quickly. He was very courteous and professional.
So I have tried twice to get them to my house now. The first time, I waited till 30 min after the appointment window had ended before I called because I figured they were running late. Well then they couldnt get a hold of the tech. I work is a similar field so I totally get it, I wasnt mad at all. So I rescheduled, but I can only be home on Saturdays, so I have waited almost a week to get someone out. Then I get a message today that my appointment was cancelled for tomorrow. I called and get told that no one is in the area. Its frustrating because I cant just reschedule for the next business day because of my work. I also dont get how they couldnt tell me that when I rescheduled the first time because then I wouldnt have bothered to even schedule. No point in trying to even reschedule now because if I take time off work, theres a very big chance no one will show up and I cant afford that. And I really dont want that generic reply you copy and paste to every negative review, this is mainly for other consumers to know this company is unreliable when it comes to showing up for appointments.
Our service pro Angel kept us informed as to his projected arrival time for the job. He was attentive to our comments and concerns regarding the rug cleaning project. He worked steadily and efficiently, and the rugs came out looking great! He was very pleasant and professional in his demeanor. I would highly recommend him to anyone for rug/carpet/upholstery cleaning.
This company hires crooks! I am deeply disappointed and outright furious with this company for having handled my particular situation so poorly. I called the company a month ago to have a technician go to my house and service my dishwasher. The technician came and after quickly diagnosing the issue he said that it needed a part so he was going to order it. I decided to pay the diagnosis cash thinking that it was a legitimate company. Days and weeks later I kept calling the technician to ask for the status of the part and he would always tell me that he will reschedule another visit but never did. After a month of dealing with this I called AHS pro connect and told them my situation. Even though they found my original appointment in their system they said that the technician never reported the money of the diagnosis! he basically stole my money but what the manager dared to tell me was that it was my fault and I should have never paid in cash. How was I supposed to know that the technician they sent to my house was a crook and that he would steal my money!!! After all, this was (I thought foolishly) a legitimate company. What a mistake. The manager I spoke with didnt offer me the refund that I was duly owed and I still have a broken dishwasher after a month. What a horrible way to treat their potential customers. I will advise anyone to look at the reviews before calling this company because you could be the next victim. Absolutely a disgrace!
Sergio showed up on time. He diagnosed the problem quickly. Parts had to be ordered that were delivered the next day and he coordinated with me to finish the repairs late that day. We are so pleased with the service by this company.
Called a week ago to set up an appointment for my oven to be looked at. Scheduled for my day off between 8-10am. Got a call at 10:10 asking me if the service man was there or had contacted me. I responded no to both. Was told they would check into it and call me back. 10 minutes later I called back and was told the service mans truck had broken down and I would have to reschedule. Should I mention again I was never contacted. I rescheduled for today and got a call telling me basically the same thing again an hour before my scheduled time and was actually told to contact another company. So unprofessional, absolutely pathetic!!!!! This was in Libertyville IL.

I had a large sofa that desperately needed cleaning and a large area rug that was long over due. This guy was wonderful! Both were done well and quickly, and he even cleaned a fabric chair I had put on the porch (did it on his own and didnt charge for it).I will absolutely use them again!

Had serviceman come out, charged $84.00 for call ., said my ice maker was bad. I told him to order a new one. he said a week to 10 days, he called back 10 days later and said could not get part. Said he would order from another co. he said it will take another 10 days. I called him after 10 more days, he said he could not get the part. He said if I had him fix the icemaker the service charge would be absorbed into the cost of the repair. Since they could not fix or replace my icemaker over a month, they should refund my money for the service call.

This was my first time using AHS services and I didnt run into any trouble settings up an appointment for an HVAC tune-up. It was easy-to-use on putting in a service request. AHS representative does a fellow up to see if everything is going well and they conducted themselves in a professional manner when I was on the phone with the representative. Thanks AHS.
The last few times Ive had to report issues, AHS have been responsive. Further, any challenges I faced with the service request, AHS was there to listen and address my challenges and concerns. Overall, excellent to work with. I just need to be patient using their process and systems.
I used AHSs seasonal HVAC tuneup and I would say it was an okay experience overall. The company they had do the service did not call in advance to schedule a time for them to come out and showed up at the door while I was on my way out. Not bad customer service by any means, and not sure that is something AHS has control over.The technician who came out asked me what needed fixing, so he wasnt aware of the check/tuneup. I told him it was a seasonal HVAC check/tuneup and I showed him the list of items they were expected to complete.The technician was at my house for a little over an hour. He didnt go through the checklist to say everything was completed, just that everything looked good and was ready to go.I will continue to make use of the service since it is free.
I made one of their next day appointments and nobody showed up and nobody called. I called the customer service line and was told the technician was running behind but could be there in an hour, an hour after my scheduled 2 hour window. I gave them the extra hour and still no technician. I called again and they got the technician on the line and he stated that he told them he wouldnt be able to make it at all. So we rescheduled for the next day and still no show and no call. I called customer service again and they informed me the technician had COVID but did not inform me he wasnt showing. They wanted to reschedule again. Sorry no. I would give no stats if I could.

Was able to come to look at the refrigerator the next morning after calling. They reset the computer which was a 50/50 chance it may fix the issue. It did not fix it but even the unit being 9 years they were able to get the main part under warranty. Would definitely use them again.
Really bad experience. I would advice anyone to avoid using this company if possible. I saw an add from them same day or next day service and contacted them for carpet cleaning. They booked me for the following day and 1 hour before the appointment, they called me saying they cant find anyone to do the job. I was really disappointed since I have been holding back moving all my furniture in and now I have to wait longer. They rescheduled me for 2 days later. And same thing happened again, and again. At the third time they canceled me (more than one week after I reached out initially, and I have been holding back moving my furniture in for over one week to accommodate their schedule), they said they were not able to do the job because they dont have any local contractors to do the job. So obviously they are just an outsourcing company doing scheduling job with local providers, and they are earning money by extract what you pay to the local providers. And they were lying to me in the beginning - why not just tell me they dont have local contractors in the area to begin with so I dont have to be hold back and wait for over a week for them to keep canceling and rescheduling on me? My advice - avoid using them, just find local provider for the service you try to complete - go to your neighbor, community, realtor for a list of recommended local provider. Dont waste your time and money on American Home Shield Proconnect.
Washer stopped working. Got a next day appointment. Tech was on time, knowledgeable and gave us some much needed advice. Well definitely use this service again.
Great service! The repairman was excellent - knowledgeable, prompt, all necessary parts were with him, completed job in less than an hour, including removing the unit from above the stove, repairing, and reinstalling. Awesome! Highly recommend
I had a great experience using American Home Shield to find someone to service my oven. They communicated with me before and after the appointment to ensure the technician had arrived and to ensure our satisfaction. Given that we dont have a personal relationship with any business in our neighborhood to fix our appliances, this as a great way to ensure we felt comfortable and safe with having our appliance serviced.

After calling the company I was informed that there was no technician in my area, and that was the reason for the cancellation. Booked an appointment which was fulfilled in under 7 hours, great... unfortunately the repair on my fridge failed after 2 days. This could have been from a faulty part or lack of adequate assessment. The repair is still under warranty it took 10 days, 8 phone calls, 3 booked and cancelled appointments to finally get a technician back. They said they had to run a new estimate and that the company would contact me soon. Its been 3 days.Unfortunately this company has a massive deficit of technicians in the DMV area. Follow up of service is deficient, if it wasnt for me calling, I wouldnt be contacted.Edited for company response: The account is under Jose Pastran. Service standards were not met due to operational deficiencies from the company. The techs who came to my house were kind, good service, but lacked follow up and accountability. I made my appointment on a Sunday evening, they came the very next day when they said they would, they fixed the problem quickly and efficiently, and they charged a very reasonable price. Absolutely abysmal customer service. I was reached out to this week for details on the repair. The lady mumbled and then put me on hold for almost fifteen minutes. I had to call back and talk to someone else. He was also useless! He got my details and never put them on my file! I got reached out to AGAIN today saying they still dont have the details of my repair. So I try and laugh it off and give my details FOR THE THIRD TIME. Only to be told an hour later my appointment had to be canceled because theres no one available to do this type of work this saturday. WHAT A JOKE! If they had taken down my notes LIKE THEY SHOULD HAVE, WHEN THEY SHOULD HAVE, they would have had a technician properly scheduled before it filled up. I had this appointment set up for TWO WEEKS! Theyre so disorganized, I cant have any faith in the work they do (WHEN THEY WOULD GET AROUND TO IT). I would rather pay more than deal with these clowns EVER AGAIN!
Roman, their tech arrived right on time. He diagnosed the problem and offered a price to repair or replace. I chose the replacement as my unit was 12 years old. I thought the work was fine but the labor cost was on the high side.He went right away and got the replacement unit and promptly installed it. Fine job! He thoroughly cleaned up and removed all debris. Very efficient!
The tech was honest and forthright. He could have suggested that I replace the part, but instead he very honestly advised me to get a new oven (thereby losing out on his labor fees). I will certainly call him again.
I had a PM on my A/C Unit Scheduled with Family Air. First-time user. I received a call from Asa Powers out of the Ocean Springs location just a little after 8 am, with notification he would be here about 30 min. He arrived on time. He looked over my inside unit and it checked fine. He gave some advice about filters and cleaning to prolong the unit. When finished he headed to the outside unit. Disconnected power, checked the capacitor, and inspected electrical. Put everything back together after he washed down the coils. Everything checked OK. I was very pleased with the service that Asa provided. Very Professional. Very polite. Informative. He continued to proceed at his work although we were chatting about the experiences over the past that I have had with my HVAC Units and seemed to multi-task very well. I must say that this was a very pleasant service provider and I would DEFINITELY ask for Family Air, and Asa Powers, Again. Thank You, Asa! Thank You Family Air!
The service that you receive with this company is luck of the draw. If you get a good technician, then the company is great, but unfortunately there is no minimum standard for quality and their ProConnect Guarantee is meaningless. I had a technician come to my home, who was here for less than 10 min and gave a false diagnosis for my dryer. The technician never tried to turn on the appliance, or even put it back together to test it. Customer support heard my complaint, and agreed to send another technician while waving the diagnostic fee. That technician never arrived for the appointment and, following that occasion, customer support would not refund my diagnostic fee. I have since had to hire another company.

No offer to reschedule the appointment any time. The online “requesting” system seems very ineffective.When we called them to see why, it was hard to get through. We decided to contact Sears for the same price and much better service.

Needed a 240 V electrical socket installed for an electric car charger. Found American Home Shield on line and was able to book an appointment the next day with almost no effort. Received an immediate text confirmation as well. The electrician showed up early, and provided a quote right on the spot which was reasonable. He proceeded to complete the job and did an excellent job . Overall the process was amazingly smooth and the work quality was great. Will definitely use again!

My refrigerator had not been working for several days. American home shield pro-connect was the only business that could provide early next day service so I booked it for 8. The dispatcher said he could have someone out at 8 the next morning. Apparently it was a window of 8-10 and when the repair person didn’t show up by 9:45 I called. They assured me the repair person was going to show but would be 40 mins late. When Ruben arrived he was wearing a mask and was professional. Identified the problem as a broken fan and told me he’d have to wait for the part and maybe have it fixed Monday. I expressed my disappointment as it’s been difficult to adhere to my strict diet without a refrigerator. Ruben said he’d call his buddies and see if anyone had one. He left and I heard from him shortly after that he did locate a fan and would be back to put it in Same day. I was elated! This did cost me 45$ extra for Ruben’s time and gas but it was worth it. Thanks Ruben!!!

Also it appeared that company was concerned that customer would some how not be available. Company sent text & needed to be agreed to for appointment time.The afternoon before appointment additional text sent to confirm the appointment (less than 24 hrs).Approximately, 9:45 pm (appointment for 8 am next morning) canceled by company via email & voicemail/text.Called the company back spoke with Luis who said no one was available for the whole day of original appointment.In my opinion these are middlemen & you should avoid them & make you own appointment directly with a repair company. apparently the ProConnect pros are unavailable.

On the day, they called - they had to reschedule the appointment 2days later.On the day, when everything was set, arrangements were made to ensure somebody will accommodate them... an hour before the appointment, they SENT AN EMAIL CANCELING the appointment. Did NOT even bother to give their Customer a call. Just sent an email. Not what youll expect from a known company.
I received superior service in my annual air conditioning checkup from Family Heating & Air, Asa Powers. He did a thorough job and explained everything he did in a professional manner and his offer to wear booties when entering our home has endeared him to my wife. They came to repair my fridge and said they needed to order a part. Two weeks later, still no repair. I called four times, and they kept telling me they couldn’t get in touch with the repairman. I asked to speak to a supervisor twice, and was denied. I asked for a refund twice. I have yet to be issued one. Seriously, pick someone else for your repair.
I did not go with the repair, I decide to buy new appliance. American Home Shield ProConnect run well organized business. It keeps me inform well on how things going and keep me up to date. But the H&H Appliances Repair-the service contractor does not really understand how to run business, I was ask to pay for the part and the service contractor ask me to pay from my credit card, but the contractor does not run the transaction to the American ProConnect Platform. I was left with credit card transaction receipt that does not have anything that tied back to the American ProConnect invoice tracking system. H&H Appliances Repair man call and ask what I am going to do with the Refrigerator, I told him, it will be trashed, and he ask if he can pick up and halt away so I give me my refrigerator. I keeps asking how I will get refund, I was told dont worry, the refund will be credit back in 24-48 hours. I dont think thats going to happen, the day repair man come to get my old refrigerator. There is no credit transaction processed to refund my purchase of the compressor. I end up file dispute with the credit card company, thats easy way for me to get my refund of the return part. The H&H Appliances Repair contractor knows how to run credit transaction to get paid, but has no idea how to reprocess transaction for the refund. I use American Home Shied ProConnect to find the repair service contractor, but I did not use the service repair contractor that was sent to diagnose my appliance.
Horrible customer service. Too difficult to book, they needed extra hand holding just to determine what the job was (when I clearly stated in writing what I needed) AND they cancelled last minute with no options for follow up. Claimed over-booking made things difficult. I recommend just going to HomeAdvisor or somewhere else and communicating with the trades-person directly. Proconnect wants you to only pay through the company so they are essentially taking money from workers for providing horrible customer service. NEVER use this service!
Called on to diagnose W/D issue. Showed up randomly with no truck or car or uniform. His “diagnostic” was looking up the same YouTube tutorials I looked up over the weekend trying to solve the problem. Extremely sketchy at payment time. Have 2 different names for payment. I rarely post a review online, but this one felt like I needed to warn others to watch out, be careful, and avoid.I will say tho that they responded quickly but said repairs would take weeks would cost a lot so we decided to say no
Ghosted by their ProConnect services twice in a row. Apparently they schedule these services without knowledge of their vendor availability it seems, which was a shock to us. We booked their somewhat too-good-to-be-true carpet cleaning price special, which was 2 rooms for $69.They told us to move all of the furniture out of the room in prep for it. And then 10 mins before they call us to tell us the vendor is overbooked and they need to reschedule. We literally just turned over the house in prep for them and they treat their appointment commitments like it’s an optional aspect of providing the service - how frustrating! Customer service was unfortunately no help in rectifying this.While I’m still somewhat satisfied with my overall home warranty from them (it’s been more reliable), there’s no way I’m going to use their ProConnect service again after getting burned twice. Back to Yelp or other pro marketplaces that actually have to care about maintaining a good reputation. I’d recommend avoiding the bait and switch on pricing and go with a more reliable service.
Seasonal start-up of HVAC system was performed in a very professional manner. All components of the system were checked and readings taken of operational parameters (voltage, current, etc). Operational check of thermostat control was performed. A thorough job. Very pleased with the tradesmans work.
I had a bathroom exhaust fan that needed to be replaced. The technician was polite and did a good job. My only qualm was that his shoes were very muddy and I had to clean my carpet afterwards.
American Home Shield is very quick in sending technicians and get the utilities repaired. If not able to repair, they make arrangements to send someone else who can repairs or send a replacement (in case of my washer). I highly recommend their service. To top it, you can select amongst many pre-plans or custom plans, and they are very inexpensive. In the last 11 months, The amount I paid them so far has paid for itself.
Ive had AHS since I purchased my home. They provide educational articles via email and have discounted services that are offered. I recently used it for A/C maintenance services. The contracted company was awesome. I highly recommend.

The service tech showed up promptly at the scheduled time. He throughly explained why the dishwasher was leaking and the required fix. He was able to repair the dishwasher that day and also offered advise on mold mitigation. Very courteous and professional.

We took advantage of a $69 carpet cleaning special through AHS ProConnect. We were not told who our contractor would be, but to our surprise and delight, they sent Tony from Natural Way Dry Organic Carpet Cleaning. He was wonderful! He cleaned the carpets with a human and pet-friendly cleaner, gave us excellent advice on maintenance and gave us a reasonable price when we asked to include our stairs as well. We will definitely call on him again.This is the second or third time we have used ProConnect for maintenance services. We have had very good work from the air and heating contractors we used for our spring and fall tune ups. I will definitely consider using them in the future.
This company has now missed four deadlines and misled me multiple times about the date and time of service. I have had to call the company each time for an explanation when no one arrived, because no one has ever reached out to me when circumstances have changed or an appointment has been rescheduled.The technician visited to repair my stove and said he would need to order parts. I heard nothing for more than a week after paying a sizable down payment, so I called American Home Shield ProConnect, who told me that he would be there the following Monday, nearly two weeks after the first visit. No one had called to communicate that a return appointment was on the books.The tech canceled my appointment the day of service saying the parts hadnt yet come in, and pushed it out another week.After another week, AHS called during the window to say the tech would be pushing from a 10-12 window to a 3 pm to 5 pm window. When no one had arrived by 4:45 pm, I was told the tech would be there no later than 5:30.At 5:45 pm I called the company to see if anyone was coming to my house to fix my stove while I was trying to put my children to sleep. AHS failed to get the tech on the phone again, then called back an hour later saying the Tech never received the parts, after stringing us along all day. They lied to us about someone coming out, because the person had never received the parts he needed.Zero communication throughout the whole process. The onus has been on me to call AHS, who calls the Tech, who doesnt answer. If this repair isnt completed in 24 hours, Im pulling my business and getting my money back.

I scheduled an appointment for today with the company for between 12 pm and 4 pm for a broken AC. No one showed or called. When I checked my appointment online it said it had been canceled. I received no notice to this and I have no working AC in Texas in the summer. Not happy I wasnt notified.
The person that came to clean my friends couch did a great job. I was afraid the stains would not come out of a white couch but he had a great machine and took his time to clean it all very well.
My husband & I took advantage of the servicing of our HVAC system that our home warranty company was offering. The 2 guys that came were very informative & gave us some great advice about our system. We got a clean bill of health on our system which was great. They were very professional & all around nice guys.

Terrible service. Im now having to get repaired extra stuff the repairman broke after I told him to be careful with the stuff. He broke a gas line going to the burner instead of unscrewing it at either end of the alum tube.So, Ive still got a burner that doesnt work on the stovetop and am now having to find someone else who can fix the damage already done. Time wasted, money wasted, all together a terrible experience. I shouldnt be stressed out getting a stovetop repair. This has cost me money and time.DO NOT USE AMERICAN HOME SHIELD. FIND SOMEONE ELSE.

Requested service to repair our wall unit microwave. The first technician promptly responded, but made a wrong diagnostic and ordered wrong part. He tried to fix the microwave using trial-and-error process. The new parts didn’t resolve the problem, so I requested that proconnect send someone else. The new technician got the correct diagnosis. It was the control board. After ordering the parts and installing it, the microwave worked just for 2 minutes. The second technician found that the first mechanic broke the door latch, which is no longer available. He tried to patch it up to get it to work. But the unit worked for only few hours. We spent $170, but to no avail. The unit is no longer functional. I should get a full refund for service not done.
I live in Miami Beach and I scheduled a service yesterday from 5-7pm, the service pro was a no-show and no-call. Customer service also tried reaching them and they would not respond. Today, I had a time of 4-6pm, I had customer service reach out to make sure the pro was coming today, they sent them to vm the first call, ignored the 2nd call and sent them to vm on the the 3rd call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
Scheduled Pro and got same day service. AHS kept in contact with me during the day to confirm ETA. Pro explained the problem with the oven and that it would need to be replaced because the stove is too old (30+ yrs). All in all, to get service the same day as my request was great. Pro was efficient and professional.
We scheduled a carpet cleaning through AHS ProConnect for Tuesday from 4-6PM. My wife took off work that afternoon for this service, but received a phone call from the third party vendor stating that he would be unable to make it due to a scheduling conflict. He could either cancel the other customers appointment and charge us $500 for a rush appointment or he could come out tomorrow and charge the normal rate. I made a call to AHS to see if there was any remedy to this situation, but the technician on the phone didnt seem to have many options available. He could attempt to get someone out today, but my understanding was that would mean canceling the current vendor with no guarantee of getting another one out in time. We were on a tight timeline so we continued on as planned. Ultimately if you need to get the job done on time I would recommend against AHS since they seem to have an issue with their job scheduling.Edit: After posting this review, I received a $15 credit for the service to make up for the scheduling issue. Due to this I am adding back 1 star to the review.
I searched for a company that would repair my LG microwave, but NOBODY said they could do the work, until I found theses guys. The technician came when he said that he would, he diagnosed the problem correctly and ordered the necessary parts from LG, and he came to make the repair as soon as he received the parts. I am completely pleased.

I tried to use their service . They scheduled an appointment for Wednesday 7/21. Received a call that morning and was told they needed to reschedule due to staffing issue. They scheduled another appointment for Friday afternoon 7/23.. Received a call again on Friday morning, stating they have to reschedule AGAIN. What a joke!! Theyre not reliable! I told them to forget about it, Ill call someone else.

I had to make 2 appointments through this company due to no shows. After the 2nd no show I went with some one else. If a company gives you a window of time, then they either need to show up or contact you to let you know they are going to be late.Edit: Since I cant respond to your response, I went ahead and got ahold of someone else that did show up and was even early. I told the woman on the phone to have a manager call me to discuss this and I never heard anything back. So I am thinking the unresponsiveness is a trait of your company and I will never recommend it.

I called for the free ac tune up. Set me up with a company that canceled twice, took them a month to the day to get there. AHW told me that since I have two units outside I would have to pay for one($25) extra. When the tech looked over my stuff he said I needed Freon, website says unlimited Freon but not according to the tech. AHW pays the 1st 10 dollars I paid the other 100 per pound, I needed two pounds. I called them and they said since I didn’t call for another work order to add Freon they would not pay. I paid the company that already took a month to come out to just get it done. One and done with this company. I have the platinum package….
The Technician from A & R Air Conditioning was very polite and professional. He went immediately to work on checking my A.C. unit before the hot weather hits. He also replaced a furnace filter for us.He was efficient and seemed to know what he was doing.
I had an appointment booked today. The tech was a no show but on the message I received it says he was here. I was sitting by my front door at the appointed time and there was no knock, no door bell ring, no text or phone call. I am giving them a chance to come by tomorrow between 3pm - 7pm. We will see if they show up this time!
I scheduled an appointment for installing a used bosch dishwasher. I had to reschedule a couple of times. It was nice that there was no pressure to reschedule.They arrived on time, did a great job on the installation and was out in about an hour. U would highly recommend using AHS!
The technician was knowledgeable and clearly explained each step he took to test and clean our house air conditioner. Having AHS is well worth it as it provides peace of mind in home ownership.
AHS sent someone out to do an HVAC check up for us. Were new homeowners and wanted to make sure everything was in smooth running order without paying an arm/leg for a tech to come out. AHS offered this service at a really great cost.Their serviceman sent a text saying when theyd be out, which was precisely when he showed. He was a nice guy, incredibly professional, and showed me and explained to me what he was doing the entire time he was there, which was very helpful.He said our system was in great shape, which was a comfort, and well probably keep using the service as the years go by to catch any problems early.Highly recommend.
This company has no respect for my time and needs.I set up an appointment to have a technician repair my cooktop, which is leaking gas. As you can imagine, this is a high priority issue for me, because Ive had to shut the gas valve off to avoid major damage at home. The appointment was originally scheduled for Friday 4/2. That same day, I received a call from them just about 1 hour before the appointment, letting me know that it would have to be rescheduled for Monday, because there were no technicians available. On Monday, once again, just 1 hour before my appointment, I received a phone call letting me know that it would have to be rescheduled to Wednesday for the exact same reason.I dont know how they schedule technicians, but this is terrible. Im not waiting for someone to come in and fix a broken chair. Im out of my main cooking appliance and Im having to work around that, while they keep rescheduling me like I dont matter. On top of that, they have no respect for my time, as Ive already had to move my day around the appointments that theyve given me, only for them to reschedule twice.I do NOT recommend this company and will NOT be doing business with them in the future.
American Home Shield sent Anthem Air Conditioning to tune up my A/C system. Very professional and thorough service, repair person was knowledgeable and polite. I have hired them to install an a/c split in my casita and will review that after complete. Overall happy with the service provided.
Made a next day appointment for repair to a Bosch dishwasher. Confirmation made by text message to me after I accepted terms.Day of appointment I received a call saying they would have to re-schedule as they couldnt find a repairman. I was told all appointments are tentative. I did not re-schedule as this company will waste your time. Why commit to a time if you dont know if you will be able to honor your part of the bargain? Should the customer schedule more than one repairman because the customer didnt know which company would honor its commitment?Lesson learned: do NOT use on-line services that are just brokers. this business is a conduit to other repair companies. This company is totally undependable.
Henry came to clean my carpet and did an amazing job! There were stains that had been in the carpet since before I moved in and he was able to get them all out. Highly recommend!

The technician was very professional as he checked he dishwasher from top to bottom - ran many cycle tests; only solution as to why the dishwasher was not completely drying the dishes was the plastic walls. He proceeded to give many helpful tips as far as using the dishwasher to get the sufficient results; which the salesman did not explain anything about the dishwasher.

After a prompt visit to complete a diagnostic for repair of an ice maker, they charged the $79 and there has been zero follow up by them.After calling 3 times now in a month, they have either said, We dont work on Liebherrs even after he said they do while writing down name of part, We dont have the part, or We need to order the part.Still nothing. Basically, they came to do the diagnostic, charged the $79, and seems like they never planned on completing the job while giving the runaround. I highly recommend not using this company to locate a contractor.
I booked 3 times and the 3 times they call last minute to cancel my service (cleaning carpet). Dont even try to get something from them because if they are like that just with a simple appointment I dont want to know about their service. Totally disappointed 👎👎👎👎
