Very unprofessional office staff. Was planning company getaway, which was referred to me by cousin whom visited the BR Mountains last year. Called last Thursday- was throttled by horrible customer service. I was passed along from phone operator-to-operator. Then a young girl answered who proceeded to keep me on ‘hold’ for ~30 minutes, of in which I could hear amateur unrelated office chit-chat (strewn with gratuitous vulgar profanity) shockingly enough, that was another facet completely unrelated to my needs. After the office sabbatical had ended and conversation died down, I immediately requested to speak to a supervisor, fittingly his/her information was never provided. “They are out of office, I will have them call you in the morning.” 2 weeks later, still waiting on response. As most brother/sister companies (had) planned to take these trips on a bi-annual basis, I will make sure to advise they look elsewhere. Our previous agents are no longer in commission- service like this may very well be the reason why. I feel insulted. Again, very unprofessional and a waste of my time.
