This was my first time using Home Depot /RR for a home improvement project. The entire experience was great! My new carpet looks amazing and I could not be happier with the service and professionalism of everyone involved in my purchase and installation.

Multiple reschedules and then a no show. We moved the entire contents of our upper level to the lower and waited, and waited. Then get a call letting us know it wouldnt be happening. They were apparently only planning to send one installer for 4.5 rooms (an entire upper level) and he couldnt make it. This after being on their schedule for 6 weeks. They were who Home Depot set up for us. Would not recommend. As of this post we still dont have the carpet installed and are still out all the money.

They do not return calls. Very poor communication.

Not happy at all .I had moved the furniture out myself as a courtesy . And the carpet and padding all they had to do was put the furniture back.They sent one man to lay the carpet.I called and they said because I had moved the furniture before the insulation they could not put it back.I had to pay someone again to move it back

EDIT: They cancelled my install scheduled for today without telling me and for no reason. Now were another 2 weeks out on the 26th! UNREAL. Worst company Ive ever dealt with.Absolutely insane - we had the bad luck of having Home Depot schedule these amateurs for installing our carpet. When we bought it, we were told that they can come within 5 days, but the earliest available appointment was actually 25 days later, on Jan. 7th. They show up, look upstairs and leave without saying anything.The reason - they had nowhere dry to cut the carpet. We have a 360 sq-ft workshop through a covered breezeway with 0 exposure to the rain they could have used! Reason 2: there is furniture upstairs. Home Depot repeatedly said that as long as theres nothing on the furniture, it will be moved. Theres almost nothing up there to begin since weve been waiting on the carpet this whole time and its in their job description to move basic furniture.Unreal - no one cared to ask about a place to cut the carpet, they just fed off without saying anything and got to enjoy a nice several-hour break while they wait for the next window to open up. Meanwhile, we have to wait another week or longer if it decides to rain again since Ill be shocked if they even show up if its a little wet out there.Would not recommend at this rate. If this is how they run away from a basic carpet install, then I would be very concerned about putting any faith in them to do just about anything else to be honest.

They installed carpet for me through Home Depot flooring services. They were on time, professional, and communicative. No complaints!

I totally love the professionalism of the crew, they worked all day with no break just to get my carpets installed and get us back together. Very friendly and knowledgeable crew.

DO NOT USE THEM. It took us three appointments for them to show up. Very poor communication. I will never use them again.

If I could give no stars for this company, I would. Horrible service...actually, no service. Made an appointment for carpet installation and they never showed up, no call, nothing. Called the office twice and was assured they were on the way. Never showed up. Called at 5:01 p.m. Got voicemail. Dont use these installers for your Home Depot carpet. You will be disappointed.
