I hired Re-bath to remodel my bathroom and they did a fantastic job. Rick is very knowledgeable of his product. I would highly recommend this company.

Designer, Mr. K. Casstevens, made a comment of frustration and displeasure when asked to wear a mask inside my home. While viewing the shower area, he didn’t wear his mask properly, wiped his nose with his hand and touched my tile wall. Two times, he made a phone call and walked down my hallway without being polite and professional, and asking if he could step into the other room. When he returned to the room where we were sitting, I had to ask him to pull his mask up into proper position. The second time, I gestured for him to pull it up, he spoke hostile to me, and told me, “Honey,” “I’m trying to make a phone call!” He behaved like I was at his home, not like he was at mine! I feel that he was disrespectful and unprofessional. Finally, he spoke to me in a sarcastic manner when I told him that I wanted to keep the time that I have in my shower. I will give my business to another contractor who is respectful and professional.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Their version of a 5 day project took 2 months! ReBath told me the job would be completed the last week of May 2021. ReBath said the job would take 5 days. I paid 1/2 deposit in February. The job started June 14 and finished August 16. Poor communication about the start date, they did not follow up on the orders they placed for my remodel which resulted in things having to be re-ordered, they did not return phone calls. Ive gotten surveys from ReBath Corporate asking if Id like to be contacted. Of course I said yes. They fail at responding to their own survey as well!

After reading the other reviews I am so glad they never got back to me. Had someone come out to gather information for a quote on 3/27. Seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. After not hearing back from them I called the office on 4/5 and again on 4/6. Each time they said they would get right back with me. Called again on 4/13 and explained what has happened to-date and they said they would speak to a manager and they would contact me the next day. A week later and still nothing. If this is the way they do business I want nothing to do with them. Just glad I found out now rather than later!4/27 update: I called and left a message last week per your response below and included all of the requested contact information. One week later and still no response from anyone at Re-Bath. This only reinforces my original assessment of your customer service.

I hate writing reviews like this. I normally will not write bad review. I try to find a positive spin. There isn’t a way to spin it. Re-bath was referred to me by a friend who is an executive with Lowe’s. I have not called him yet, but I will. I had someone from Re-bath come out just before thanksgiving to give a quote. I was out of town for a funeral and my wife told me the guy giving the estimate was rude and unprofessional. He told her we would have a quote as soon as they returned from the holiday. Three weeks later still no quote. So, I called the office. The woman that answered said she will have a quote to me in 24 hours. Two weeks later still no quote. DO NOT USE RE-BATH!In response to your response: he told my wife that was a ballpark figure and he would email a final quote. He asked, if she wanted him to email it her her she replied, “no, send it to Brian”.

First Id like to start by saying the install and installer of my shower PANEL was amazing. It was professionally done and I wish the same guy wouldve been responsible for installing my doors. The shower doors were installed terribly!! First off, the guy who installed the doors had to come out twice because the first resulted in a leak from the bottom of the door. Once he came out again to fix it, he admitted to putting on a piece backwards. But theres still a gap in the bottom to which he said shouldnt cause any problems. So along with the gap in the bottom, theres the uneven cut at the top, plastic trimming sticking out from behind metal, and tacky applied caulk. The door sticks when trying to open it. I have to pull it hard to open and close it. When I do open the door it causes the entire glass to shake. For $7k this is unacceptable. I had no problem with the paneling but I wouldnt recommend this company because of the glass install.

Re-Bath originally installed our shower a dozen or so years ago, so when we decided to modernize, we knew who to call. They did a fantastic job as always. I was going to add a pic, but a pic wont do it justice

Think long and hard before you hire this company. Get another quote. They would not return my calls. Very bad communication. I would not recommend them to anyone. I wish I would have gotten someone else.
