In May 2019, I purchased from Ramco kitchen cabinetry for an in-law wing in our home. A few of their employees came out, including Les Stone who I believe is the owner. Everyone was super nice and I had great expectations.After the install was finalized, by September of 2019, I honestly did not notice that the measurements were incorrect because we had not completed other areas of the kitchen and we were not using that kitchen so I rarely entered the space. It was much later that we actually put in the range and the microwave, and it was after this that my husband noticed that they were not aligned with the microwave being directly over the range.Upon noticing the error, I called Ramco and spoke with one of the employees there, I believe her name was Tracy. She asked me to take photos and to send them to her which I did. That was sometime earlier this year. So from early in 2021 until now, I have been periodically calling, texting, and emailing to try and get the problem rectified. I spoke with Les Stone, who called me, and again I took photos and I believe we might have had a video call where he was able to see the issue. As I recall, he even had an idea for a simple solution but it was not followed up on and it has not been fixed. Also, I have been unable to get anyone to even call to let me know anything, though Ive continued to contact them and ask that someone get back with me.Overall, I dont believe these are bad people, but I am disappointed in the poor service that we are receiving. This is a more than $12K job that should not have misaligned appliances. This is a workmanship issue.I am still hopeful that the Ramco executives will see this review and decide to do the right thing. I understand that we have been locked down during most of 2020, but a phone call and follow-up is how professionals do business, and it is always appreciated.

After dreaming about it for close to a year I finally got my patio enclosure the way I wanted it. The work done was great. From start to finish from Mr. Lee himself to the installers going down to the electrician who came for my ceiling fan I was very satisfied. The level of professionalism and curtesy from every one was Top notch. Thank you for the job well done.

I had all of my windows replaced and it was a very enjoyable experience. The price was in line line with all of the other window companies. All of the people I dealt with with very very knowledgeable and friendly. I love my new windows and would recommend RAMCO to anyone wanting to replace their windows.

We used Ramco to install new windows in our building. With the hurricanes, building supplies became an issue and it looked like the window install would delay the whole project. However, Les Stone stepped in and was able to resolve the issue and the windows were installed timely and looked great. That part was clearly the best part of the experience and I cant say enough good things about it. The salesperson gave the hard sale approach and completely missed his timeline for promised installation which we did not appreciate, but we got past it and it did not detract from the overall experience. The value for the money seems to be good so far.

My home has taken on a whole new look with the windows installed by RAMCO Home Improvements! Friends and neighbors give the windows a thumbs up! The crew was exceptionally polite and professional. Eric and his crew rock. It took a little while longer but I only had 20 windows installed!!! All over the house you can feel the difference in the temperature. We ordered new Sunrise Windows Restoration branded back in early November. Being told then that the windows would come in 6-8 weeks. Well, that was not taking into account the effect Covid would have. Soon February, turned into March but just before it was being shipped, we were told that 2 windows did not pass quality inspection and there would be a further delay. No problem. We were just so excited to get new windows, we were ok with waiting for a few more weeks for perfect ones. And perfect they were. The installation was scheduled and I received a call when the crew was enroute. That day, we had a crew of 3 take out 7 old windows and replace them new ones. The crew was one of the best that have ever been to my house. They put down cloths to catch any debris and when they were done, they even vacuumed up anything that was left. They were very professional and courteous. I was asked twice if their music bothered me. Of course it didnt, but I was surprised that Id even be consulted. Erik, his son and Larry were a pleasure to have working on my house. If this is the standard that RAMCO has, Ill make sure that all of my home modifications will use them. Well Done, Les Stone

We contracted with RAMCO based on quality of their products, pricing and quality of work. We replaced 12 windows in my aunts house, 8 windows in my Dads house, and added a patio cover to Dads house. Office was great to work. They scheduled all appointments, kept us informed of status, and followed up with us after each project completion. Installers were competent, polite, and it was obvious that took pride in their work. We had Nathan for window installations at both houses. He installed 12 windows at my aunts house with no help. He had help from Larry installing the eight windows at Dads house. Tony and his brother did the patio cover installation at Dads house. We were thoroughly pleased with all of the work on all three projects and the quality of the products. We highly recommend RAMCO if you are looking for windows or patio covers.

Ramco installed a patio cover with a ceiling fan, giving my home the perfect backyard for entertaining. The builders were professional and very knowledgeable about their craft. Installation only took 1 day, as well as electrical work needed. I would highly recommend Ramco to others.

Ramco installed siding and gutters on my home. Once the work was done the gutters and siding look very nice. The crew that came out cleaned up all the trash at the end of each the day. The office and management team was very professional.

Everyone I dealt with was professional and willing to do whatever was needed to make sure everything was right. There were some delays receiving materials due to Covid, but once received there was no delay in scheduling installation. I would definitely use Ramco again.

The company installed siding, shudders and gutters. The crews that did the work were great, on time and cleaned up after the work each day. Love it and you can tell a difference in the temperature inside. The AC is not working as hard and the heater does not have work hard to heat up..

With the patio roof installation, we are able to utilize the patio for family gatherings whether rain or shine. We are very satisfied with the finished product.

I recently got the sunrise windows and they were nothing less than exceptional. They have made a difference in the way my house feel, look, and even the noise outside of my house. The customer service was professional and very nice. Also, I enjoyed the guys that did the installation because they worked hard, cleaned up and was respectful about my wishes. Sales rep was very informative and professional. He came one day after we requested a quote. We felt we made the right decision to go with this company and the Sunrise windows after seeing other options from companies that didnt offer lifetime warranty or a great quality window at an affordable price. Our windows came a little before schedule and were installed promptly. The installers were fast, efficient, and cleaned up well. It took about 3 hours to install 11 windows with 3 guys. I would definitely recommend RAMCO for window replacement as they offer a quality product, professional service, and many different financing options.

Ramco was one of three companies I had come to our home to give us a quote and show us what they had to offer in vinyl siding and gutters. Upon inspection of the siding offered by the company’s and comparing apples to apples we felt that the product offered by Ramco was far superior to that being offered by the other’s. And to my surprise Ramco came in at a lower price then a big box retailer.It took a while for the siding to arrive from the manufacture do to COVID slowing everything down in this world today.When the material arrived a crew arrived two days later to install.The installation crew was led by a man named Jay. Jay and his crew did a meticulous job on the install. It took them several days to complete but it looks wonderful.The company and the crew keep to their word and replaced all bad wood as needed.Jay made sure my yard was picked up before leaving for the day and made sure we were satisfied before they left.You don’t get a review like this from me unless you really and I mean really earn it. As you can see from my other Google reviews I don’t just hand these out.Thank you Ramco, Jay and crew for an exceptional job.

This is an excellent company to work with, very nice, honest, and professional. I have used Ramco Home Improvement twice to replace windows. I had half done several years ago and the other half done this month. Had the same installer both times. This company is easy to work with. Everyone I have talked to was so polite.When the first set was installed, my utility bill went down 45%. It was amazing. This has to be on the top five worst experiences of my life and I was a Navy Chief. This company is the equivalent of a used car lot outside of a base, trying to rip off young sailors.RAMCO sent a crew to our house to install siding and the work was very tacky and shoddy. They returned to fix it and did not remove our gutters as promised.It will now cost us thousands out of pocket to have our siding removed and reinstalled. The rain water is now settling on our wood and causing water damage. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!Retired Navy Chief

Had siding, patio roof with fan installed several years ago. The roof was not at the height that we agreed on, but the contractors never came back to fix it, so, I didnt have to pay the final $583. Recently, the siding was coming up where it meets the J-channel. I called to get an estimate of what they would charge to fix it. Called twice and sent pictures; never got a call back. So, I got someone else to fix it, which was a good thing. Found out that the nails used at the bottom of the siding were small inside nails that had rusted and gone thru the siding, causing the J-channel to come loose. The nails should have been galvanized nails that have a larger head and do not rust and hold the siding down. Im thankful that they did not call me back because the company that I got was awesome and very reasonable. If you get siding make sure you put in your contract that they will use galvanized nails; get 3 estimates and check reviews.

Ramco came out and measured for our storm windows. They asked for a 50% deposit and I did so. They said they would call when windows ready to install. They never called me. So after several weeks I called to inquire. They said they would “find out” and call me back. They never did.I made another follow-up phone call and they scheduled me for today, Dec 29 at 9:00 a.m. It is 1:00 pm and I am still waiting. I called them to see what was up and they said they would call me back after they talk to the installer. They didn’t call me. I called again to see if they are coming today... they said they don’t know yet until they “ find” the installer and the scheduler is at lunch. I am waiting for a call back still. Bad customer service and lack of organizational skills makes it not worth it. They have wasted my whole day off now and I am still waiting. They get one star because I like the windows .

Ramco really ramed it to me. He charged me $17,000.00 for new windows. They put no insulation around any of them. I was nieve enough to believe ever they told me. Air was coming in around them when it got cold. My utility bill didnt drop one dime. I could have got the same windows put in for almost half the price that he charged. Dont be an idiot like I was and think youre getting the best get somebody that will tell you the truth and not just selling you a bill of goods. I am about to have Windows put in a house I just bought but I can assure you they wont do it

Called this company and set an appointment time. Was called the evening before to confirm the appointment. Was called again 15 min prior to appointment and told it needed to be rescheduled due to rain. The rain had been predicted for over a week. Seems my time has no value.

Had a appointment at 2 today. 11/3/2018.They never showed are even called. Will not be using them. Very unprofessional.
