They were very easy to work with, called when they were on their way, were on time, and did an excellent job refinishing our tub. Looks brand new, and even filled and repaired a big chip in the tub. Will recommend them to anyone needing this repair done.

This is a great way to update existing tubs, tile, showers, or counters to look like real stone at an affordable price and without any major construction. For 1/4 of what it would have cost us through other quotes we are able to redo two showers, a tub, and kitchen counters (plus an island)! They covered everything around the projects, they had fans with tubes diverting the dust & fumes outside, their prep work was very meticulous. Miracle Method of Memphis did a wonderful job on resurfacing the tile in my bathroom! I had the classic 1960s bathroom with ugly colored tile covering 3/4 of the room. I didn’t want to spend $20k+ on remodeling the entire bathroom because I wanted to keep some of the old character of the house. I just hated the color of the tiles. I was so glad to find this company. Paris (manager) came by quickly after my call to give me a quote and show us all the color options available. A few weeks later, Courtney and Thomas came to do the resurfacing. The guys were prompt each day of the process and even called each morning to alert me that they were on their way. Each work day was about 6 hours. It was a quick process, not too smelly and they were done in 3 days with my bathroom. I highly recommend this company and service!

We had two bathtubs cut and had a step installed in each for my 85 year old parents. Climbing in and out of a tub to shower would have been extremely dangerous. The whole process takes about an hour and there is basically no inconvenience to the homeowner.We would have had to spend thousands of dollars and would have been without a shower for possibly weeks waiting on contractors if this was not available.It is affordable, quick and safe for the elderly.The company went above and beyond for my parents and I am very grateful.

Paris and Courtney just finished work on two tubs in our home. For one they repaired a chip. For the other they repaired a deep scratch and re-glazed the tub. They were a pleasure to deal with, showed up when they said they would and were always polite and professional. I probably would not have used them except for the fact that bathroom remodels and tub replacements are a lengthy process and most contactors are scheduled months out. WOW, am I glad that I did. The result they achieved far surpassed my expectations. I could not imagine a brand new tub looking any better than the one they re-glazed. For reference, I am the former CEO of one of North Americas largest residential services companies, so it takes a lot to impress me this much. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or family.Over the holidays, the tub they had re-glazed incurred two or three scratches from something being dropped in it. I contacted Paris and the next day he had someone out to address the issue. In five minutes, they were able to totally eliminate the scratches as if they had never occurred. The tub and drainboard sink I had refinished looks great. The technician Calvin was friendly and easy to schedule with. His work was neat and he took time to explain the process and answer my questions. Time will tell if the finish lasts, but they offer a 5 year warranty.

95% new bathtub without the dust & cost of a new tub installation ! our bathtub was full of scratches, with burn marks and chips. Paris & team refinished the tub in a very efficient manner. they tightly sealed everything in the bathroom and they left everything behind very clean. the result was a perfectly beautiful, shining, smooth tub. if you need a new looking tub in a short time but without the high cost, give this establishment a call! Miracle Method resurfaced the counter top in my kitchen and the bathtub in my house built in 1957, and the end result was beautiful! I called them several months later to resurface the floor of my shower stall in the master bathroom of the condo I moved into recently, and the result was beautiful, as well! I am so pleased that this Ohio based company has come to Memphis!

I’m usually to lazy to write reviews unless there is really bad service or really good service. Well it is safe to say that I’m 100% glad I went with Miracle Method. I highly recommend them. From start to finish they have been nothing but 100% professional. Paris is definitely the best of the bunch but he trains well. They need to keep him for as long as they can. I also recommend the grey side with a white tub. You will not be disappointed.

Calvin from Miracle Method did and awesome job on repairing my chipped tub that I previously had done by someone else. Which was done less than a year ago. Calvin was very professionally and he made sure I understood each process. I also want to point out that Calvin showed up on time both days. He also gave me some valuable tips on how to take care of my tub in the future. They also gave me a 5 years warranty on the work. I recommend calling Miracle Method first before calling anyone else. Had the work done it was very nice. However, the owner Paris, broke a valuable object in my house. He reluctantly paid for it, but when I called him to make an appointment to do another bathroom he refused to call me back. After calling him a second time, he screamed at me over the phone accusing me of harassing him about an appointment and he can refuse my services. Again, he broke my merchandise, but he’s angry with me......go figure. A great customer treated very badly. Paris has poor customer service. Look elsewhere.

Great job repairing and refinishing my 2 bathrooms!

I found the Miracle Method company when I was searching Google for bathtub refinishers. To be honest, I was a little wary at first, because our bathtub is almost 70 years old. The tile is still ok, but the tub was so stained and impossible to clean that I was embarrassed when guests visited. I had looked at replacing it, but the cost was prohibitive. Then I found Miracle Method. From the start, my conversations with every employee were wonderful. Each person was knowledgeable, polite, and helpful, without being pushy or trying to upsell us unnecessary services. The two men (Paris and Ladarius) who came out to refinish our tub were stellar. They were both very patient to answer questions, constantly kept us in the loop, made sure they understood what we wanted, cleaned up after they finished, and did a fantastic job. I could not BELIEVE how great the tub looked when they were finished! Absolutely brand new. I could kick myself for forgetting to take a before picture, but Ill try to post an after picture.
