We wanted to modernize a 1958 tiled guest bathroom into something with todays colors and finishes. Homeway Construction LLC did a beautiful job from start to finish. This project was a full gut job; every trade that walked through our house was professional and knowledgeable. Rowdy Legg has competent employees that go the extra mile to get the job done. After going through this project, we know we will be calling on Homeway Construction for our next project, the master bathroom suite.

Homeway did a wonderful job with our home remodel! Rowdy is such a pleasure to work with, and his crews are top-notch (and fast) They did 3 bathrooms and 2 closets for us and even helped us with a flooding mis-hap halfway through the renovation. I would definitely recommend!

Everyone at Homeway is amazing! Rodger showed up first thing with all the materials and organized it for the crew that was coming right after. The crew showed up on time and got straight to work. Wow where to start. Homeway construction are one of the best companies every. I had them to come and redo my floor due to water damage. They gave me advice on which floors would look better and they pick them up and laid them down with no problems.They are very professional, they did the job in a timely matter and they also kept we update as far as the process and what will be done. Beware! Homeway was referred to me by Dryfast to seal a leaking window. They were to return once the wall dried out to replace cutout drywall and paint. I sent 2 text messages, left 2 voicemails and spoke with a gentleman (Brodie) to get on the schedule. I was informed that Rowdy sets up the schedule and he would be in touch. No contact. When I requested another companys contact information from Dryfast, I immediately got a call from Rowdy who said they would be here Monday, March 15th at 9am. It is now 5:30pm and they have yet to show up or call. I am beyond frustrated with Homeway and Rowdy.

Homeway replaced our wood floors after a leak, and they are beautiful! They also replaced our drywall, fixed the ceiling from the leak, and painted. They did a wonderful job. Everything was expertly completed! The owner, Rowdy, was very quick to respond to all questions, and he was very easy to contact. Definitely a well-organized company!

Incomplete work tried to contact Rawdy on numerous occasions for the past 5 months to finish incomplete work NO ANSWER started off great finished efforts TOTALING UNSATISFACTORY!!!!!!

Homeway installed a door, did a fireplace update, and created a closet in a bonus room that was above our garage. Communication was great and timely. We never waited long for a response. The work crews were friendly and professional. They cleaned up at the end of each workday, which we appreciated. The finished jobs were exactly that: Finished. There was nothing left for us to do or paint or caulk. This team has an excellent work ethic that you cant find easily now-a-days. Will we use Homeway for any home improvements projects that we decide to accomplish in the future.

If you need your house painted, you should call Homeway Construction. They pressure washed my house, took down all the gutters, replaced all the fascia boards and rotten wood, sealed and painted the all the new wood and painted and replaced all gutters. The house looks like new again! Joseph Legg has a hard-working crew that got the job done for a fair price!! I’m very happy with their work and will definitely use their services again.

The floor in my home was hit with water damage from a busted pipe. Rowdy and his crew came in and replaced my entire floor within a few days. They moved all my furniture around while, and put everything back in place. They even clean your entire floor when everythings set back to normal. I would highly recommend their services!!

My mother contracted with Homeway following an insurance claim due to water damage on her home. Michael Benard was assigned as Project Manager. Nearly the entire entry level floor of the house needed refinishing to match the wood replaced in damaged area. Michael stays on top of his projects, keeping crews on schedule and clients informed of the timeline. He is responsive and interactive to clients, but we also appreciated that he did not step into the middle of a situation between the buyer and us. He clearly knew he was working with us and went above and beyond to get the work done in time for walk-thru and for us to successfully sell the home. Michael and Homeway are committed to success.

Homeway was hired to handle water remediation due to a leaky appliance, as well as to reconstruct the flooring, drywall, and trim, then paint the damaged areas.
