Bail Bondsman, Ms. Kim, is absolutely amazing! I have interacted with her on approximately 5 bonds this year alone, and she has stood by her word each time. She has never stalled on getting the bonds posted, and she follows the clients case until the are released. Some people get the money for the bond then stall, BUT NOT MS. KIM! I was the cosigner on my son bond back last year. I had no idea that my son wasnt paying on his bond, I didnt think to check on him because to my knowledge I thought that they would after him to collect the balance. Well this bond was turn over to LC Management ( Mr. Von) who called me on Monday, January 13, 2020 stating that he had my 2 check stubs and that he was going to start a garnishment on my check that day if I didnt set up a payment arrangement of 409.00 or 2000.00 by January 31,2020 he would be taking me to court. Long story short I went down to the All in 1 on Tuesday 1-14-20 and talked to a nice young lady Tamera Williams and she stated that I could start paying 100.00 on Jan. 31, 2020. I called Mr. Von to let him know that I made arrangements with Tamera 1-15-20 (Wed) and he want to call her manager and get her reprimanded or fired because she had to business talking to me. So I spoke to Kim, and she told me that she couldnt accept my money. I really believe in my heart that she sold my account to LC Management. I went down on Friday with $500.00 and spoke to Eric a nice person that was going to accept my payment. It coded I the computer not to accept my payment because my account is with LC Management. He called Kim once again and she told him that I could pay, my account is with the Management . Professional managers work for the good of the company not selling your check stub and you to another company to make money on the side. I owe you all 1485.61 and this Mr. Von is trying to make from 500.00 to 1000.00 it al depends on what payment arrangement I take monthly or the lump sum. I also asked Eric for a copy of the letter that was supposed to be mailed to me in June or July of 2019, there is not one on file. Eric did tell me that Kim could override, but I told him she would not because she is working with Mr. Von (LC Management). I would have paid this company hadnt I known my son wasnt paying, I wasnt given a fair chance. I want the owner to see this blog just to see how I was treated.
