This was my very first experience dealing with a family member going to jail and I didnt know what to do or what was the process. Well, after reviewing several other Bond Companies and reading reviews I came upon M&M and even though the family member is not out yet M&M was able to walk me through the process step by step and tell me what to expect. They were so professional and they really eased my mind. I was thankful to hear a pleasant voice at 3:30 in the morning. I would highly recommend them. Hopefully I wont have to use a bail bond again, but if I was ever in this situation again or someone needed a recommendation, it will most certainly be M&M.
