I called this company on a Friday morning, last minute, for a repair. Miguel was so helpful and so professional. He showed up promptly, understanding that we needed this repair completed to leave on Saturday. He explained what had to be done, gave a verbal estimate on and provided me with quick online payment options once the work was completed. The service was excellent!!!!

This is by far the best Mobil mechanic service by far. The two gentlemen are extremely professional but most importantly, they’re knowledgeable. They know what they’re doing and that’s why they’re best at what they do. Mobil Mechanic did my wife’s Nissan which was in terrible condition and turned it into something that we now use daily. Highly recommended!

We were en route from Colorado to Florida and got stuck in Memphis on 4th of July eve. Called Mike from our hotel and he came the next morning - both a holiday and a Sunday - and fixed our issues. Super friendly, professional, and trustworthy - did an amazing job for a fair cost, especially considering the day. In short, if it weren’t for Mike being there, we’d still be stuck in Tennessee! Highly recommend!

Mike came to my job in Bartlett and put a starter on my 99 Accord for a reasonable price. He even showed me that I had a bad ground placement for the starter, the car wouldnt start after he put the starter in. He didnt just leave yes he fixed that as well. My positive battery clamp was loose, he fixed that too, and let me know where I can better ones from. On top of all of this hes a good person and a family man. I will be using this his services again. He is not a shade tree mechanic by any means. I highly recommend this service. I will be calling again for future service. Thanks again Mike.

I called them to get someone to come out and fix my car and I over heard a guy in the back talking mess saying he was not coming to fix my car because he just left that way .

I have a Ford Transit 350, needed breaks, and rotors all around. Gave me a great price! It was scrubing, pads were paper thin, with some rust, and heat welding. Also needed to pull the axle shaft. The Transit 350 is one of the most difficult Vans to work on with the breaks and rotor assembly. He was able to do in my drive way, what the dealership needed two techs, and a five ton lift to do. Had all the right tools, and was done in a few hours. Van rides like new. This will be my mechanic from now on...

Called to get alternater put on my car, needed the work done for months kept getting the run around found them online and instantly called and told them i needed the car fixed asap so my daughter could get back to school and he came right on!! Said it was a 3 hour job but got it done in 1.5 hr stayed another 30 to make sure battery and everything was gonna be straight really reliable work and definitely gonna recommend for anyone needing qucik but quality work done.... And dont let me forget the most important thing of all everyone else told me that thwy had to di ectra work t get this alternator off and he didnt have to do all that and he came from millington, tn to southaven Ms to do the work so that was an A+!!! Gone holla at ya boy!!!!!

We gave our van to miguel on April 15th,  along with $2000 to fix multiple problems. The problems we discussed were the carburetor (needed to be completely replaced), the gas tank (replaced), the muffler (replaced), fix or replace ignition, full tune up, locks fixed and changed, back doors unjammed, windows re sealed, front bumper, front windows fixed,, and brakes.We tried to get it back on June 9th, july 1st, August 15th, and September 18.Each time he said it wasnt ready. We told him we needed it done by November 1st (on September 18th) he said okay. We show up on the 3rd because he had personal issues. When we arrive, and he hasnt fixed a lot of major issues and our van caught on fire in front of us because of this. He had only done the carburetor, ignition, and brakes.We said he had until (Saturday Nov 7th) at noon to fix the gas tank and muffler And he tried to tell us he needed more time. We were planning on moving this week. At this point he hasnt fixed enough (or most of what he promised) to be worth $2000. However, the things we asked him to fix arent written down. We feel we have been scammed and need help.As of NOV 7th, he fixed two things but broke the starter. He made us go buy oil and transmission fluid even though that shouldve been included in the price of the tune up. We discovered he hadnt replaced the carburetor like he said, he bought a used one (it was rusty) and switched some parts but the choke was still broken. He tried to make us take it when it was now making a horrible noise when it started. At this point, we were fed up and tried to take it. It stalled and turned off. He refuses to give us a list of items he bought and how much they were and got paid way more than was fair for the little work that was done.11/8/2020He was supposed to bring us our van today but is now refusing our calls and text messages. We have called and messaged multiple times, a few time he declined the call before it finished ringing11/9/2020We called one last time, he said he was too busy to bring it to us. We have no other vehicle available to us now. We have paid over $100 in lyft fees just to get to and from where we need to be. He also informed us he left it at a gas station. And took one of our keys.

My husband gave him money for a transmission he has taken 9 days to come do a job that takes on day and on today he supposed to came he didn’t call or come my husband called him to see why he didn’t show his excuse is that he had a flat tire meanwhile we still are using one car and is out of 800$ with no transmission I want ever book his services again

This is for Mrs Brittany Dickerson the transmission was ordered on the 12th and it came in on the 17th. We tried to schedule for Sunday the 21st but the Service Vehicle was down. We explained that we can reschedule for the 24th and you denied the Repairs. So we offered a refund for the troubles. Then was very Unhappy but we kept in contact and came to no resolution so the refund is in affect. Sorry for any inconvenience this may caused Be Blessed
