I needed to get new tires and an oil change. There were issues in the tires getting transported to the shop. However, everytime I called the owner was very apologetic and flexible with when to get it done and accommodated me as a result of the issue. All around kind people and helpful. Good work on car

I really cant say anything thing about this place, opening hours M-Sat. 8:00 am.-6:00pm. Make appointment at 9:00 am. At the Covington Pike address. I even heard it was a Great place to bring your car, and I saw ad for a Groupon too. I Could not find anyone to speak with. The phone just went to a recording, and I came and waited in the parking lot for over an hour and a half Monday morning before 8:00 am and waited till 9:30 No one ever showed up!!!??? 🤔😣🧐🤬😠🤮😖😐👎✌️

These people lack professionalism. They now only have one location yet thats not reflected in Groupon and they dont tell you that when you call to schedule an appointment to change oil. The other location number I guess gets transferred to their current location.So I went to the wrong location first then I realized that I have to drive 25 minutes to go to the new location and after I did that, they told me that they have a car working on and they cant change the oil for me. They didnt even bother to call me to tell me that before I went. Very rude and has poor customer service. I drove 2 minutes to a midas next to them and had the oil changed right away. Midas too has a groupon for oil change.

I came here a couple of year ago, and had a great experience. They didnt over charge me or try to sell me things I didnt need.However, just bought a groupon, which listed this location as an option, only to drive out there, and find out (via google reviews bc no one answered the phone) that this location is closed.Frustrated that I wasted time and gas to get here because no one cared to update the listing or even the voicemail.

I purchased a Groupon coupon for a oil change for $12 and got these people to change it. Just make sure to make an appointment to have services done to your vehicle. I think Wright Tire and Battery is awesome. I would recommend anyone to this business.

Stole my Bluetooth speaker when we took my girlfriends car to get her brakes looked at. I put it in the glove compartment literally as we were pulling up and when we got the car back it was gone. When we asked about it they acted like they had no idea what we were talking about, but theres nothing else that could have happened. Never, ever give them your business.Update: Just looked again and things in the car are in a completely different place than they had been, meaning they went through the car thoroughly. When we left gas was on empty even though we showed up with plenty in the tank, so Im thinking they siphoned it.These people are crooks who will deceive and steal from you.

I purchased a Living Social, and checked back in with it later, and somehow it was marked as redeemed... I thought it may have been my fault, and I was crazy busy during that part of the summer, so I waited and purchased it again a month later. Mysteriously, the voucher was redeemed a week later. I NEVER GOT AN OIL CHANGE HERE. I had the second voucher unredeemed by the company and called to see if I needed an appointment. I was told yes I did need to schedule and I should call back next week to make the appointment. I asked if there was a reason I couldnt make the appointment now, as I work all day every day the next week, and was told *quite rudely* that because thats what I just told you to do. I got a refund for both vouchers immediately and will never do business with this company.Other Facebook reviews accuse them of even worse customer service and some of fraudulent repairs.

Bought a Groupon and went to covington pike store. Its closed out of business. Called the phone number disconnected. The neighboring business said they moved the business to southaven. Called southaven store multiple times straight to voicemail.

3 weeks ago i told everyone these guys were great and today Im ripping them on Google. But yes David Im sure youre right its all my fault certainly not yours. Brought my car in last week. Told me the a/c needs an expansion valve. Called yesterday morning David said he could do it today. Just got up after 2 hours of sleep for David to tell me they cant then he was a dick to me after ruining my day. Thanks David way to an ass. Actually my colorful language is in response to being called an ass by your employee. David. Maybe you accept being called an ass but I tend to treat people the way they treat me. Horrible place. I too did the oil change for Groupon. I too had long delays on an appointment only to not get one and now the phone was placed off the hook on Monday the only day to call and setup an appointment. Bad for business. I advise you guys to stay away from this shop. Its a cheap price for a oil change but they will not honor it.

I purchased a Groupon for an oil change. The service was completed in about 30 minutes. However, I discovered that the oil filter was not put on correctly and had leaked about 1-2 quarts out. I stopped and had some oil added so that I could go back to Wrights Tire and Service to have the problem fixed. It took another 30 minutes to fix. Later I smelled oil burning, so by the time I checked the oil, I needed 2 quarts. This time the reason for the leak was they had forgotten to put the oil cap back on. There was oil all over my engine! I contacted them and they did offer me a free oil change. Not going to happen!

My husband just went there and used a groupon that wed purchased for full synthetic oil change. He said theres no sign on the shop/it doesnt say Wright Tire. His sticker says 3k miles and we called and the man was very rude and said it was an accident on the sticker, that it was full synthetic because thats what he wrote on a the work order, but he literally sounded like he repeats that all day, and it didnt sound honest AT ALL. Also Id heard someone else was told they dont carry full synthetic and have to special order it down the street/pick it up. I think its a reuse and hell say whatever he needs to say. It wasnt worth arguing. We had heard some bad things and wanted to check it out because I need new brake pads. Definitely wont be back.

If your a lady.. Go here. Totally fair pricing.. And if it dont need fixing. They let you know.

I have been going to this shop since 2016 getting my oil changed. Today ended that for me. I have been trying for over a month to make an appointment to get my oil changed. Everytime I call, I get call monday at 9am to get an appointment. So finally I got an appointment. Showed up today after taking off work, only to be met with we dont have any oil and a nasty attitude. I am the one that should have the attitude. I took off work. So, I told the angry man behind the counter, sir I took off work and before I could say anything else he was like and talk to my oil delivery. I was going to ask could I go purchase some oil and have them change it, but after his attitude im done. The right thing to do would be to call the people that made appointments and tell them, instead of having a nasty attitude with me. Im not the person that was supposed to deliver oil. Hopefully he has a better day another day, but I wont be back.

Second time here no problems used Groupon price is super fair (same amount you would pay to do it yourself) other big name places charge close to $60 for full synthetic with a coupon. Will be returning again.

Called in to see how long the wait would be for an oil change. They said itd take forty minutes to take the oil from down the street (they dont carry full synthetic oil). I told them exactly what kind I needed and what car I drove in hopes that they would get the oil before I got there. I was told that I had to come in and then they would order it. I arrive, they take my key and never mention another word. I sit there for a little over an hour and am then told that my car is ready and am given my keys. I was never told what was put in my car or given a receipt. I have emailed the company asking for a receipt and an explanation as to what was done to my car. I havent heard back. Despite the great price and relatively fast service, the overall experience was absolutely not worth it. I dont like not being informed about what was done to my car. Bad customer experience for sure. Still waiting for an explanation, so I can at least rest knowing that my car was given the correct oil.Update since theyve responded: I dont know much about cars, but I do know that there are multiple kinds of full synthetic oil. I still want to know what kind of full synthetic oil was put into my car. I emailed them the day before I posted this review and asked for a receipt (I wouldve asked in person, but I didnt want to hold up the line and the service was already a drag). The invoice being 34 minutes means nothing to me as the guy at the front desk just took my groupon, didnt scan it or anything, and just plopped it under the counter (plus I said the service was fast in my original post). Still waiting on my receipt... Oh, and my rating would likely change if they stopped trying to make my post seem irrational, and instead, just emailed me my receipt so I can rest knowing the right stuff is in my car. Thats literally all I want.

Asked to setup a time for a groupon oil chage,He cant schedule a morning schedule for next week, because he has no schedule at all for next week with the bad nasty attitude.Im returning groupon.

They took care of me and did a great job on my brakes and they also rotated my tires. I highly recommend Wright Tire.

After repeatedly calling just after nine on Monday for scheduling an oil change, just to be told they are already booked and I have to call the following Monday, I’ve come to realize that they don’t honor their group and prices and they’ve essentially stolen from me.

BEWARE!!!!The owner is highly unprofessional and deceptive. Very poor attitude about taking responsibility for his workers. He has men that work for him that are very dishonest and say they also do work on the side, using the shop during slow times, take cash money for parts that they do not purchase or replace and sabotage parts on your car to get more money. They charge for work that they did not do.They give excuses for extra time that turns into days. Do not trust them coming to your house!!!!
