Just came from there, I dont have any issues with them at all. All my repairs and work is done by them. Its hard to find a good repair shop these days.....

This people try to rob me and break into my car, they charge me 10 dollars for disposing the tires and 20 dollar to balance my tires after the price of the tires. Please don’t go here if you are trying to get robbed

This shop was awesome! I live in Houston and got a nail in my tire, so woke up with a flat the day I was driving back home. 2 Walmart locations had 2-3 hour waits. Cowboy jumped right on fixing my tire so we could get on the road. He and his worker were extremely friendly. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you have a tire issue in the Memphis area!

Bruh said he could fix we needed and then left the front desk area to go off and tend to another person.. dude was not focused he lacked the part out of how he should be engaged with his customers issues they come in for him to fix.!! If u not paying attention to the issue fully then how can u know what u need to do to fix it and also make sure u do it right?! We pulled off after he wasnt there when we came with the tire.

He broke few my lug nuts and never tightened any of them on all 4 tires. We had stop and tighten ourselves. Had alot of other issues also never will go back.

I love these guys.Ever since the Firestone dealer on Jackson at Evergreen closed, Vollintine-Evergreen hasnt had a good neighborhood tire service (that I know of). But Junior Tire on Jackson, just over I-240 from midtown, is close, safe, courteous and HONEST. Dont be put off by the hand-painted signage [it could be in a folk art museum a hundred years from now] or the aging facility. But dont bring your American Express card....or any plastic. They take CASH ONLY. I didnt know that, but after plugging a leak in my tire, the owner immediately said no problem and directed me to the nearest ATM a half mile down Jackson Avenue (letting me drive my pickup away to get the money). Would a corporate franchise let you do that if your credit card wasnt approved? Doubt it.
