Amazing tire shop and service center to come to! Place is clean, neat and all around great. Jason helped me get back on the road, and was a very polite & informative young man! Will definitely recommend to my family & friends to come see him, he’s a sweetheart! He in fact did go the distance for me!

I came in with an emergency situation where my car wouldnt be drivable if not fixed right then. Even though it was rush hour and even though they were short on mechanics at that time the team fit me in and handled my issue professionally, quickly and for a fair price. Caesar was amazing and the service was great! We needed special tires for our wheelchair van and Caesar researched what we needed, found a creative solution to our issue, tested it out to make sure we were safe, and was so kind and respectful to my husband when he and the caregiver brought our van in. Not first Gateway I have been to. Don’t know what is going on with management but apparently they aren’t showing up to work. Sales people have been helpful but when you need anything else, NO managers.

Horrible service, I dropped my car off at 8:30 a.m. and they guy told me 4 hours. I call about 1:30 to check about the status of the car. Still hasnt been looked at, and he said over the phone I was up next. I get up there at 4 and my car hadnt been seen. The man at front desk was very nonchalant about it. And asked me to come back tomorrow. I would never spend money with these people!

This used to be a very comfortable affordable professional friendly place to get auto service. I wont go back.

I had a warranty that they wouldnt honor.I call 2xs.The first mgr said if u drive it up to the store it must have a certain amount of air.The second person said to bring tire and they would take of it.When I came with the tire I went in and he looked up info told me to bring to the dock.I did and watch him look at it he told i would be next call when ready and start talking about a wheel alignment. He didnt say anything until after I went home and said i rode on it on flat.The store was close Sunday so ocourse the air had went down.I told him I didnt want to pay for a tow so my brother brought me and the tire.They wanted to sell a 60000mi tire for $100...why get warranty protection when they dont honor .Companies always trying to get over on women when it comes to auto work.I left and found a tire for a reasonable price.

The gentleman assisting me with my spare and flat tire issue was very kind and professional. He did not try to overcharge me for the services I required.

I had a problem far away from home. They solve my problem quickly and in expensively to me.

I literally almost had a blowout. Memphis heat and these streets will do something serious to your tires. My tire was losing pressure at a quick rate. My tire went from 40psi to 30psi to 20psi to 16psi all within 15 minutes. I looked up Gateway tire while driving and went straight there. I pulled up and told them what was going on. They got me right in, checked my tire and found sidewall damage...go figure smh. They changed out my tire and had me rolling in less than 30 min. Now thats great customer service! I will be going again to replace my other tires as well!

The team was very patient, fast and informative. They explained which tire was best and told us why. I purchased 2 new tires and an all wheel alignment. Earlier I purchased a front tire.I went out and hit a pothole the next day and had to return, they didn’t charge me for the replacement tire. I trust this business even when I have to go in without my husband. I don’t feel like they are trying to get over on me.

I wanted to give this place no stars but had to in order to make a review. We took our car to this place for a water coolant outlet replacement in November 2018. The first time we came with our own brand new auto part (order 2 days prior to service at gateway). They serviced our vehicle and things seemed to work fine.However within weeks of our first service we had to return for the same issue in December 2018. So, we had it service by them again and allowed them to use their part that time. Again, everything has appeared to work fine.However today (January 2019) we are having the same issue. I’m stuck between wondering if they have no clue of what they are really doing here. Or if they are crooks that temporarily fix cars to have them return again and again for service by them. Either way, it is truly sad for anyone to take advantage of someone. We will not be returning our car here for service. I do not recommend this place to anyone!! If you want your car properly serviced take it somewhere else because you will not here!!

Brought my car in because I picked up a nail in a tire. They were able to plug it for me. Even though they were backed up and busy they were still able to work my vehicle in in a reasonable amount of time. The staff was very courteous. I would definitely come back if I didnt live out of town.

My coworker recommended this place to me. We had great service from the manager who explained everything to us. The mechanic was knowledgeable and showed us what was wrong with our car. We came in for a tire alignment and a suspected coolant leak. They checked for a leak and it ended up being no charge since no leak was found. Our tires were old and was recommended new tires. The price we paid were fair and the car is no longer shaky and it drives straight. I would come back here again.

Took my vehicle in Thursday February 28th for a check engine light and radiation problems the staff did a wonderful job they were very nice and very Pleasant good location right near my home I will be going back again thank you all

They have great customer service. I distrust mechanics but they are always honest and helpful here. I previously came in for a headlight because another mechanic told me $400 and it would take hours that I didnt have because I was traveling out of town. I took it to Gateway and he tightened the connector and said it was fine and I didnt need anything...no charge. Im now here for a complete diagnostic before I ship my car and they told me not to get a lot of things done because I may have to redo it when I get there. They also told me I could only get two tires because the front werent too bad but I chose to get them all done. I appreciate their honesty because they could have taken advantage of me since I didnt know what was really needed.

I would give 10 stars if I could! I had a blowout at the intersection of E. Raines Rd and Riverdale Rd. on March 14th. Roger at Gateway was super kind and professional. They did not have my odd tire size in stock. He treated me like family and quickly located me a tire and told me that my car would be ready the next day. He also told me the total price. The next morning he called me to say that he had a problem getting that particular tire (if failed to get shipped) but that he found me another tire and that they were sending someone to pick it up. My car would still be ready on this day. I asked if there was a price difference - and yes there was..... $60.00 LESS!When I got there to pick up my car, I still received the same great customer service as the day before. Everyone at the store was A+ in professionalism, kindness, and friendliness! I made sure to speak to the manager to let him know my feelings!! He was super friendly also, even though I am sure he thought i was going to complain (no on asks for the manager unless they want to complain!!!) I hope my review makes it to their superiors! They deserve a pat on the back for a job VERY well done!

I have been going to this location for years and I went to get my oil change on 11/4/16 and when they look at my car they notice that my belts were worn and crack so they changed my belts they service was great. I received a call from the location on 11/7/16 and I was informed that they made a mistake on my bill and that they owe me some money back. I really appreciate that they caught the error and informed me about it. Great employees and Great service!

I get here at 7:30am. They dont have enough people to service the cars. Tell me I they cant get to me until 9:45. I say can I come back at 9:45 he says no. Wth. Whats the difference in me waiting in the lobby until 9:45 and coming back at 9:45. Smdh. They need qualified workers and more staff.Update. They were able to get me out by 9:30. I guess they could see my frustration. So I changed my stars. Yall need some help though. Thanks for getting me out.

This place is a joke, not a knock knock type joke but a full on drop your truck off at 7:30 am and not get a call back until 2:45 to say they cant fix it even though you supplied the part needed because they want to sell you more parts you dont need type of joke. So after leaving my truck with them all day Saturday I received a call at 2:45 saying they close at 4 and my truck will take 2.5 hours to complete. So I took my truck to steepleton tire . Mr. Phillip put the trac bar on the truck and had me rolling by 12:00 . Gateway wanted to charge me 400 + dollars for a repair with me supplying the part . Steepleton tire did the repair and lubed the front end for 81.94 .... My truck goes down the road straight as an arrow now . In the end jokes on you gateway because youve lost a repeat customer do to your greed, poor customer service, and unwillingness to go the extra mile.

Told customer to come early and when they get there they tell them may be tomorrow before the can do wheel alignment

Very professional and prompt service

I was told my car was going to be serviced in a few minutes by the service desk after being checked in. I waited 30 to 45 minutes before my car was moved. I told myself I would just come back Saturday early in the morning. I told him that he then says my car is going in next. They move a truck that was just sitting there that the tech was leaning on talking to someone and wheel my car in. The service could use a little work if we already have to pay nearly an arm and a leg.

Service guy was kind of rude at check out.

In and out fast service I will continue to come back there.

Very displeased. I dropped my car off for 2 hours. I was told the work would take an hour. When I returned my car was in the same spot, hmmm. I go in and was told, everything was done but the tire patch. Waited then was called by the wrong name because they had did the work on another white Nissan and never started on mine. The man at the front desk suggested to come during the week for what I wanted done. Wasted Saturday

I have been to this location several times. They have always been very friendly and very helpful. I have been to a couple of other locations that I will not return to!

I bought my vehicle at Keras Car Center $500 down and 188.00 every two weeks and got free oil changes for a year I think Keras changed to 3 years I thinkgateway tire is the best friendly service in and out in no time

Took forever for a front end alignment n single ball joint replacemt. almost 7 hours! Now my vehicles pulls to one side! Never again.

I went to get a front wheel alignment and I was told it couldnt be done because I need a rod replacement while I was away from the establishment. Once returning to pickup my vehicle, I was informed that a 4 wheel alignment had be done. Work was done without my permission. I will never go back there again.

Was told that they could not patch my rear, right tire (I simply ran over a nail) at this location. I pleaded and asked if they could do so, as I was a paying customer, because I did not want to risk having a blow out with my 11 month old in the car. They told me since I was not buying a brand new tire there was nothing that they could do. Called and checked with other Gateway Tires (Collierville and Olive Branch) and they told me it was absolutely fixable. Do not waste your time at this location.

I waited 2 hours to get my battery charged and 2 quarts of oil. My car was never serviced. I spoke with a representative about the long wait time as I noticed customers after me being serviced. The manager/operator Caesar was rude when I spoke to him about the unprofessional service. He made excuses - none of which resolved the issue - so I ultimately ended up leaving.

The day I bought my car I went to gateway to get 2 new tires, a wheel alignment, and a oil change. that Saturday took a look at my oil and it was still black/ dark. they charged me for it but my oil was never changed. I will never go back to them not even for the warranty thats on my tires.
