My Cadillac has been worked on a few times at this dealership and Ive had great service. Today, I needed to have a front headlight replaced and the bumper has to be removed to change the light bulb. I was refused service. They no longer like the age of my Cadillac. I plan on getting a new car within the next year but it wont be from this dealership and it probably wont be a Cadillac.
Not very good experience with the repair center. very expensive without a guarantee. Spent 250 dollars without knowing what’s the problem with the car. Waited 20 min for someone returning the wrong car to me. people are nice but just not professional. Typical issue with the big brands.
Tammi Knott and Seletha Martin helped me to find the perfect vehicle to fit my style AND my budget. Carlos made sure everything was just right before delivering my car purchase, I would definitely consider a future purchase with this excellent team. Thanks again, ladies (and gentleman)!
The staff is so friendly. And they always take care of my car.
We are to have a Courtesy Deliver of a leased car at this dealership. Bobby, the Manager, would not, as a courtesy register the car, which has delayed the pickup for about 2 weeks. The car was delivered 1 1/2 weeks ago. Now it will be another 2 weeks. Bobby made it very clear that he wasnt making any money with this delivery. He mentioned it at least 3 times in the conversation. I think that is why they call it a Courtesy Delivery. So its all about the almighty dollar to the manager. We have purchased a Cadillac before and have had our vehicles serviced there, but that will be the last time. Too bad that he has missed the bigger picture!
Always have a good experience with them. Went to order vogue tires very economicle
My wife and I stopped by the dealer ship just shopping and came home with her a new car because of a good sales person and sales staff.
I was not satisfied with my car …The service was slow it took a whole month to fix my ac. When I was finally called to pick my car up they washed the car did not vacuum it or changed the Fluids was low and my tire was on flat …How could the company not know this…Bad business
Horrible service!! Will never go back!! They like to tell people their car is done and then an hour later your car wont be done until tomorrow 4 1/2 months later got it done and didnt clean it like they said and a light was missing in the trunk that they should have never touched! Horrible customer service also make you wait 20 minutes for them to bring your car out to you!
Don’t do it!! I had a paint issue with the car. No big deal. Things happen. The dealership agreed to cover 50% of a respray. I’ve received nothing but excuses. Cadillac corporate is aware of the issue, but they can’t even get them to comply. They blocked me on Facebook so I can’t comment their page. The sad part is they were a really good dealership before the buyout. They cheapen the Cadillac brand tbh.
Waited 4 hours for a simple battery replacement. Some guy named Joe called our home number to leave message even though he walked by us 3 times and said nothing to us. Bad!
Overall customer service experience is horrible. Nothing like Bud Davis use to deliver. We are a Cadillac family and have been for over 30 years and have never experienced such disappointment. We are optimistic that things will improve under the new ownership but if not I am willing to drive 2-3+ hours for a service department that treats their clients better!
Since Landers purchased Cadillac everything has went downhill. No loaner cars at all so don’t even ask. No great customer service from any individual up there. No call back from anyone. No urgency to repair vehicles or even let the customer know what is wrong with their vehicle. My vehicle was there for over a week and no diagnostic test had even been done. Every single older employee that was there when it was Bud Davis no longer works there since Landers cut their pay and doesn’t understand anything about Cadillac. The service provider JOE is the most incompetent service consultant I have ever experienced in my entire life. He is very rude for no apparent reason and lacks the number one characteristic of working with customers and that is customer service. The level of luxury that I’m pretty sure all true Cadillac customers are used to has been pushed to the side. Landers need to stick to what he knows and that is basic vehicles because Cadillac is not it. Oh and I don’t want a basic response to this review because Landers has already made their mark and I will continue to take my Cadillac elsewhere.
I recently had my 2018 Silverado in for service because my Chevy service could not look at my vehicle in a timely manner. Although it was not a Cadillac they were able to repair my truck under warranty and get it back to me in a timely manner. Great customer service!
I went to have my vehicle serviced at Cadillac of Memphis and inquired about a battery for car. Initially, I was told that there were batteries for my vehicle in their parts section. Mr. Joachim, the service advisor, did not ask if I would like to wait or leave my car. He wrote the invoice for my vehicle and asked for my car keys. Afterwards, the mechanic approached me because my car keys were not with the invoice. In an effort to locate my car keys, the mechanic went to find Mr. Joachim who realized that he had put them in his pocket. While waiting for my car to be serviced, Mr. Joachim walked past me several times. Instead of telling me directly that a battery was ordered for my vehicle, he called my home and left a voicemail nessage. His actions were disrespectful, did not meet my expectations, and made me feel unimportant. I waited over six hours at Cadillac of Memphis just to have a battery installed in my car.
We love Cadillac of Memphis (formerly Bud Davis). Keith Dial is the best sales rep and this is my second vehicle I have purchased from him. The 2021 Escalade is the most luxurious SUV on the market today. Once you Cadillac, you cant go back! I love that place!
Dear Landers Cadillac of Memphis...First of all, get out of the Cadillac business.Reincarnate Bud Davis. Stick to brands you can handle.Last time I was in for service you called me afterwards to see how I felt about the service I received. I am extremely unhappy with the way that I have been treated by the service department. Nikki Deloach and the service manager Bryant I believe is his name, have done everything possible to ensure that I never return to your dealership and tell everyone to never do business with Landers again. Nikki Deloach is the worst service advisor Ive ever had the displeasure of meeting. She would be better suited to a position that does not include dealing with customers. She never returns calls. Not even once. Even after the car was promised last Friday. At least 6 messages left with her over 2 days...not one callback. I had to take time off of work and drive up...after being told by a service manager that the car was ready to be picked up...only to find out that the car was not ready. Also...he Bryant tells me that there was absolutely no way that I could get a loaner car even after I told him I had to have a car for today and that he told me the car was ready. Terrible customer service. I rented a car today to take care of my business today. No thanks to your awful service department. I will be sure to write you a truthful review on every website I can find. . Truly sorry I ever gave Landers a chance. Im disgusted with Landers.Sincerely,Scott Edmiston
I truly am lost as where to being with this company. They do NOT deserve 1 star. The purchase of our vehicle (April 2021) we were treated like cattle being herded into a shoot. The salesman had no time for us. He was on his phone consistently texting and taking phone calls. The lack of professionalism was less than can be described. Hope you don’t intend to use a form of payment other than financing; they don’t know how to process that very well at all. Our vehicle we were to purchase was pre-owned certified and the whole entertainment area was scratched pretty bad. When we asked the salesman about the scratches he told us “just go over it with a BLACK SHARPIE!”If you can handle a salesman, and finance personal talking about you over the phone in front of you, than this is the place for you. Upped the purchase of our vehicle we left with zero paperwork of the purchase. Money was exchanged, we were given a receipt, and sent on our merry way. I had to reach out to the finance manager whom was off on the day of our purchase in order to receive. Any type of documentation. When purchasing a certified pre-owned Cadillac they are suppose to provide you with alternate transportation while your vehicle is being serviced. They claim to not have loaner vehicles available. Understandable. I am having a few electrical issues such as when in revere my truck slams on the breaks for no valid reason. Obviously this is not something which can not be fixed in a few house. I have been trying to get this issue resolved since the purchase of my vehicle. I waited a month (because they claimed to be able to provide a loaner at that time.) Upon arrival I was told there are no loaners I needed to call Darrell. When Darrel answered he stated he would get back with me, that never happened. After weeks of getting the run around I reach out to Serra Cadillac of Jackson they agreed that this matter needed to be handled ASAP, and they could get me in one week from the day I called. Serra also said they have no loaners on site but would have me an enterprise which was never offered my Cadillac of Memphis. After getting an appointment with the dealership in Jackson I contacted Brian at the Memphis dealership (the service manager) I have been trying to reach for over a month and lord and behold he was obtainable today. I informed him I needed proof of my vehicle was certified so I could have service done by Serra of Jackson. Brain stated he would like to help me, but he can’t offer me what Serra is offering me, He has a higher number of demands for loaners, and he can no meet my needs. I gave him our information in order for him to email us the certification information. Brain stated he had it pulled up, and would send it right over,m; that was 5 hours ago he never did so. This place is a circus. I truly will never do business with another landers dealerships as long as I shall live.
When this dealership was Bud Davis you could count on a top notch service experience. Now under new ownership not so much. Recently I went online to book a service appointment and never received an email confirmation. I called 4 days in a row multiple times each day to try to speak with a service rep to get confirmation of the appointment. Not once was the phone answered. A few days ago I received an email from the service manager that my car might be in need of scheduled maintenance. I emailed him back about what had transpired and heard not a peep back from him. I have been contemplating purchasing a 2021 CT4 but have now put that on the back burner given the lack of customer service/responsiveness that has crept into the service department. A highly regarded customer service department is key for me in any car purchase.
I recently bought a 04 cts drive it for about 2 months and then I take it to Cadillac of Memphis to have the work done, just for to tell me they dont work in cars older than 10 years. So I just paid for a tow truck there and back for nothing, they could have told me on the phone dont bring it there I just say if I cant take my car to San authorized dealership than that crazy never again
This dealership had its issues when it was named Bud Davis. But its new owner has no clue about a Cadillac Dealership (my opinion only) there are so many other brands of vehicles on the lot that it just over takes the excitement and feeling that you get when driving on the lot. They have removed the Beauty, Glory and Prestige that Cadillac gives you. When our lease is up were going to buy or lease a Mercedes Benz. A Landers Dealership (Cadillac of Memphis) shame on you for pull down that great name CADILLAC in the Memphis TN area.
Had a Bunch of vehicles being Serviced! Not a Good Look!
Service department is horrible! I wish it was still under Bud Davis Cadillac….I don’t like the new changes at all!
Poor service I would go somewhere else😞
The Cadillac service team was very helpful and pointed me in the right direction in finding what I was searching for.
April 2, 2021: I could not give Landers anything but a 1 star. I made an appointment online one week ago. Today I took my vehicle to the service department to check out a rattling noise inside my vehicle and check my battery because I received a diagnostic report from OnStar. Well the service rep JULIA HUNT was very friendly at first. This process started at 0815. Well I decided to call at 1400 to get a vehicle status update. Can you believe it that my vehicle had not been looked at. WTH!!!!!! I took my happy A$$ up to the dealer and got my vehicle. The service rep JULIA HUNT made up every dang excuse you could think of (the technician has lots of vehicles today, I will call you back in 30 minutes-never did, IDK was one of her excuses). By the way, I asked for a loaner vehicle. Guess what, that did not happen. Long story short, I will not return to this dealer. I will head to an area dealer to get my vehicle serviced. I will drive an hour or so to get better customer service. First impression is a lasting impression. Service Department needs an overhaul from top to bottom.
Great experience, knowledgeable staff, and everyone was so nice!!
Carlos will find a ride for you if youre looking to buy.
Don’t service there. These people kept my car for 6 days. It took me a hour and a half to get a call through to the service department and then I was fed a bunch of excuses. I will never go back again.
These folks done had my car almost a week and they haven’t even looked at my car or nothing
We took our truck for an oil change last Wednesday 10/21/20 today its been a week and they still have not communicated with me to let me know whats going on with my vehicle. When we dropped it of on Wednesday our service advisor Robert Ashwander told us the truck was going to be ready that same afternoon, we left work early to pick up our truck and when we got there at 5:00 pm the service department was closed and nobody called us to let us know that way we wouldnt have left work early to pick up our truck. For the past 2 days Ive called to try to speak to my service advisor but they tell me he has left for the day or his not here and I dont know what to tell you. I finally got a hold of him on Monday and he told me let me see whats going on with your vehicle Ill get back to you and today is Wednesday and nobody has contacted me, Ive tried to get a hold of the service department manager for the past 2 days Ive left messages and he hasnt returned my call his name is Bruce Levi . I wish they would have tell me it was going to take this long to have my truck ready I only have this vehicle they didnt even offer a car while I wait on mine . HORRIBLE SERVICE NEVER TAKING MY TRUCK FOR SERVICE THERE AGAIN !
My husband took our Cadillac to get serviced here and they lost our car. Then they lost the key fob. All in all it took them over a month to get something minor fixed on our car.
This place is really horrible. My husband and I purchased a vehicle from here 2 years ago. We took it here to have several of things done to it and they kept our vehicle for about 4 months leaving us with nothing to drive. We finally received a loaner car that last month. When we received it back we noticed one of the problems that we were having with it was still there plus new problems. We didnt even have it back a week but we spent $3,000 for the services. They still have our vehicle now. Its been two weeks and they have yet to call to tell us anything. Its sad that we are paying a car note on this vehicle and they had it longer than we have. Its a must that I speak to the CEO or I will be going to the news Monday!!!@@
I just bought a Cadillac ct5 from Cadillac of Memphis every one was so nice not painful at all . The best car buying experience i have ever had.
I have really begun to hate this place along with my salesman Gerald and everyone I have dealt with. My husband and I went on Dec 26th to buy ME a XT5. We found nice 2017 XT5 that had everything I was looking for. We test drove it and the went and discussed buying it over dinner. During the looking process Gerald was our salesman and was very nice and well behaved considering others weve had in the past. We went back to the dealership to purchase the XT5. Everything was ok. We still paid about 4000 more than other places about an hour away were asking for the same vehicle but my husband was leaving for a month so we decided to just go ahead with this one. Of course my husband was listed as buyer. Apparently making more money and having a few more points on your credit makes your spouse invisible when buying a vehicle. Even though we are both on the paperwork, my name is on the registration and title and I am equally responsible for the payments, as co buyer I am nothing. Every single communication on MY new vehicle has gone to just and only my husband. From satellite radio, onstar, the dealership, their service department, Cadillac themselves and even our service agreement are all just in my husbands name. I did manage to fix OnStar and the radio stuff but even after MULTIPLE attempts with my salesman. The finance manager, and other employees, even with Cadillac.....not ONE of them has fixed anything. I am beyond sick or being treated as a nobody with my own vehicle purchase. But wait it doesnt stop there. My salesman promised to have my vehicle cleaned and detailed since we got it at night, also to show me how things work with my vehicle and the fix the already present dent in my door. It has now been over a month and even after taking time off work and three trips to the dealership, none of those have been done either. Promises to call me to let me know when I can come in so no more wasted trips have been broken and I have received no calls or communication period. My advice if you want a Cadillac....drive that hour to another Cadillac dealership where they might actually care about you and if youre a women, you might actually get treated with some respect.Cadillac of Memphis, do better. Treat your customers with respect and keep your word. Fix their problems, even the minor ones. problems, even the minor ones.I really didnt want to leave a bad review or complain but a person should not have to beg just to receive information or to have their name to be on everything regarding their vehicle. I shouldnt have to chase down getting a promise completed either.
Scheduled an appt for routine oil change/tire rotation/etc. Spent three hours (no exaggeration) waiting on-site and the vehicle was never touched. Staff super friendly and apologetic, but completely unsatisfactory service and disrespectful waste of my time. Previous oil changes have averaged 2+ hours over the last two years. Cannot continue to use this dealership.
The service was horrible I brought my car in because it was running hot and my air was not working I called Mr. Robert 6 to 7 times The day of pick up it took him all day to call me back after I drove off I noticed my car has start smoking and my power stern was making a weird noise I paid 1468 and my car was not fixed now I got to take it back and they might charge me again that is absolutely The worst service ever
My last two visits with Cadillac have been absolutely Horrible just to get an oil change! First they lie and say only 1 hour for an oil change and when I went to the desk to ask about my car it seem to be a bother to the employee! Then 3 hours later I get my car back not to be washed nor vacuumed at all, No employee tells me that everything is under renovation for over 4 months!! Sad the service is not the same as Bud Davis!!
The service was efficient, the cost was ridiculous!
GOOD PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
Need the SNACKS BACK when waiting in the service area! When it was BUD DAVIS CADILLAC, BUT NOW LANDERS they had snacks for the people!!! Landers is SLIPPING!
Car hS been there for service for two weeks. Ive card them, no update. No call from them.
My salesman was Tammi Knott. She was so kind and courteous during my test drive. No constant pressure to buy like some dealerships. I was relaxed the entire time as if riding with a friend. I definitely recommend Tammi, as I myself, if I am to buy, will ask for her. Thank you, Tammi.
I love the attention and atmosphere...it was like I got service of a Cadillac owner...never got that attention before with other dealerships like Ford, Toyota, Chevrolet. I felt like I was respected as a Cadillac owner...I appreciate it.
Great customer service very attentive too my needs
Bad customer severice
The service has went down!!! I have been a loyal customer for 13 years! This place since they sold the company has went down the customer service is subpar!! Unbelievable from a Cadillac dealership! Had appointment to get oil change at 7am when they open, they did not even open till 7:20 am!! This is so unprofessional!! Never have I been this unsatisfied with this company!!
Very satisfied with my car and their service! Had a flat tire last week and was totally lost about what to do... I called the service department and they sent someone to change the tire within 5 minutes... and they gave another car to drive so I dont have to drive my car with spare tire! Absolutely perfect service!
Im sad to say when Bud Davis retired and Landers took over, the dealership went down hill. I dropped my vehicle off in the early bird box in November 2020. Called around noon. Found out it was no longer Bud Davis and they hadnt even looked in the early box!! My service advisor and many others left Cadillac of Memphis. Finally someone called me and told me I didnt have an appointment. So disgustly I went and pick my car up with NO SERVICE DONE. How about the next day the service manager calls me to tell me my car was ready.....AND MY VEHICLE WASNT EVEN THERE!! Cadillac of Memphis has lost my business.
What was once an awesome dealership with wonderful service has now changed to one of the worst in Memphis. My wifes Escalade needed service and the truck was purchased with the expectation that, when you take your $85k luxury vehicle in for service that you would not only have a pleasant experience, but you would receive a loaner vehicle. I called service to get our truck in in November 2020. I was given a new service advisor since the one that Id been working with in the past was no longer there. I was told the loaner program was running behind but he could get us in a loaner in a couple weeks and he would call me. Although the truck is still running, the service advisor was aware that the transmission was slipping, sunroof leaking, radio/nav glitching, and we would get the oil changed while it was there. As you may guess, here we are in January 2021 and we call for an update and there is no list and of course we arent on it. This is totally unacceptable and defeats the purpose of even buying a luxury car. This is the type of customer service I would expect if I drove a Kia.Ever since Landers group bought Bud Davis, it has turned in to a disaster just like every one of their dealerships that Ive ever dealt with in the past. I have a fleet of Fords and will not darken the door of the Landers Ford dealership that is two miles from my house because of their incompetence and shady dealings. I have to drive to another Ford dealership on the other side of town if I need anything serviced at a dealership. If you are in the market for a Cadillac, please take time to look at other options before you buy. At this point, there is a good chance we will trade to a Lincoln where we can have the peace of mind of knowing that we will be treated with respect when we need something from a dealership because Landers has shown me time and time again that theyre incompetent.
This was my first experience as a Cadillac owner for service. I contacted my dealership (I bought the vehicle from) and they said they could do my oil change but probably wouldn’t have the oil filter and best to go to a Cadillac dealership. I had an awesome experience. Andrew was amazing. He showed me how to use some of the features on my car that I asked and answered all questions I had about service. The waiting room was great for guests waiting on service. I’m really glad I decided to come here and form a great relationship with the people that will be servicing my vehicle!
They lost my car, key and paperwork. Two days to get an oil change. I know they can do better they simply didnt this time.
Cadillac of Memphis. The best
My experience at Cadillac of Memphis was not a pleasant one.
Dear Landers,I know its cliche, but Im not a leave-a-review person. If you couldnt deliver the same (or better) quality/service provided by Bud Davis Cadillac, you should not have purchased the dealership. Someone go knock on Bud Davis Jr.s door and let him know Landers has ruined the only Cadillac dealership in the city! Is it too late to renege??I dropped my car off for an oil-leak diagnosis on December 4. I was told they were busy and would reach out by December 8, at the lastest, due to being backed up. Understandable, thanks for the notice. After no communication by the 8th, called on the 9th, no answer; 10th, no answer; 11th, FINALLY got someone on the phone with promises of an answer on the 12th. You guessed it, no answer on the 12th. At this point, I could enroll in technical school, graduate, diagnose, order parts, and fix my own car before they get to it.Did I mention Im calling the service directors cell and leaving voicemails and no returned calls? Im initiating all communication. I should also mention, calling the main line is just as trash. You get transferred to service, kicked back to the reception desk because no one answers, transferred back to service and no one answers so youre forced to leave yet another voicemail.Back to the dates: called on the 14th, no answer. At this point, I decided to go pick up my car on the 14th and take it elsewhere. Miraculously, when I get to the shop there is a diagnosis that the car needs a new transmission. Uhmm, okay, even though it was a minor leak and driving it didnt indicate needing a new transmission. I decided to take the car anyway because at this point, theyve lost a customer. I take it to another shop, and Im told no new transmission is necessary. Its basically leaking transmission fluid because of a bad seal.Ive had a Cadillac since 2011, gone to Bud Davis for all service or repair events. Ill miss the good ole days.Signed,You should highly consider selling to Bud at a significant discount because there is much work to do to restore the customer service expectations
After buying 7 vehicles here, will not be back. Not customer friendly when dealing with service department cashiers and whomever the unseen boss is that gives them their orders. Big change (decline) from the Davis family. Fortunately good Cadillac dealers in Arkansas.
This place is doing great. The new manager is very concerned about the customers and quality of service.
Horrible experience. Not sure what has changed but the service level at this shop has gone down.
We purchased a vehicle from Cadillac of Memphis in April 2020. Our seller was Jerry Fiveash, he could not have given us a better experience at this dealership. Amazing!!! It was fast, no run around and silly car salesman nonsense. We will definitely be repeat customers.
This place is very good. See Chad....he is great at what he does!!!!😊😊😊
I know that I will always have a good experience at Cadillac of Memphis. I trust them with the care of my car!
Great customer service! Very attentive to customer satisfaction
They differently have some kinks to work out with the new owners. Its not the same as the Davis family
Second time buying a Cadillac from sales person Mr.Oscar as Big O good job. Thanks
I wish Bud Davis was still around. Landers is really running this place into the ground. They have cut techs, fired the service manager, and even cut their loaner fleet vehicles. I been trying for 9 months to get an issue fixed that was never fixed on my last service 10 months ago.
Service was very slowfull. i came a week ago to irder radio and technician still had not got it approved until i came back a week later. that is unacceptable.
Send does not Bud Davis anymore and its Landers its bad real bad service bad real bad
Beautiful and great Customer service! My 1st time to visit!😊
I had an appointment for service. Two hours later I’m still waiting. This is certainly not Bud Davis Cadillac anymore. Very unhappy with service.
1. I did not know that my warranty had expired. I was surprised that I had to pay money to get my oil changed. I told the person who was waiting on me that I was not expecting this, he then told me that, you can take it home if you want, in a very smart manner. I said no thanks, I am here now, I will go on and get the oil changed. When I arrived I had to wait for him for the longest. Someone from the service department tried to find someone to help me. He, the man who made my appointment jumps up and says, I was the one who made the appointment. The man from the service department, the one who does the oil change was very nice to me. Not a good experience on yesterday with this agent who made my appointment and took my information. I told him that I would go someplace else next oil change. I did not feel valued on yesterday. The advisor name is Chad.Sincerely,Emma Gordon
Oscar was great! He totally worked with us and got the job done. One of the better experiences we have had with dealerships. Everyone was very nice!
The agent, (Sean) who assisted me were very helpful in handling my issue. Sean is my go to guy. The Bud Davis people are great.
Customer service is awesome👍! I shouldve been in the Cadillac family ( ownership of vehicle) years ago but I love my 2012 SRX but looking to upgrade sooner than later. Thanks & keep making your customers smiling.😃
The service dept was very helpful and very curtious
Most of time its n & out. Always a great time talking with my saleman Keno Spring also with the tech that are working on Ur car. GM asking how Ur day going & do we need help. Keep up the great work!!!
We contacted Bud Davis with a problem of a key in our Cadillac SRX. We did not buy the car there and were stranded. Mike Chalfant from service was AMAZING! He treated us like we had purchased 100 cars from the dealership. He gave me his cell phone and best of all, helped navigate our key problem and even offered to find me a donut (by 7 p.m. they had run out!). I would totally buy another Cadillac from this dealership if I got this kind of service every time!!! Thank you Mike!
I was giving a car to keep while my truck was in the service shop to make sure I could go to work during that time.
Purchased my vehicle at Bud Davis almost 2 years ago and have not had any problems whatsoever. The few times I have taken my vehicle for an oil change, tire rotation, etc., nothing but excellent service. The professionalism exhibited from the service department is noteworthy!! Never have I felt so deserving as a valued customer/person at a dealership. Thanks again for a job always well done.
Awesome service associates, especially Chad. Scheduling and re-scheduling was easy. They were very responsive through phone and email. Best of all, they had great attitudes, competent, and werent trying to over charge you. I highly reccomend!
I can not put into words how happy I am to be apart of the Cadillac family now . I took my SRX that was given to me as a gift. Shawn in the service department was the most honest service person I have ever had. He not only told me what was wrong with my SRX he showed me. Shawn even took the time to sit down and help me to decide would the best and most financially best for me. I was then introduced to Alex Milbright and I recommend that if you chose to purchase as I did go see Alex. He is the first salesman that I have ever had that listened to what I wanted and needed. Then he went above and beyond. I would also like to say that i had the pleasure of working with Andrew in the service department as well . If I have to go in for any reason to the service the department if I can not find Shawn and will only want Andrew . These three men are the best and the reason I look forward to being in the Cadillac family from this point on. I never have had such great service from any other dealership ever.
The service guy never returned my calls
If I could give a 0 zero, I would. The service was terrible.
Very nice and polite Service Center. Was in and out in no time. I definitely recommend them.
Terrible all I can say will not be going back there....
I Took my car to Bud Davis Monday, last week, because the service tire monitor system light was on with the horseshoe. The service tech turned it off but before I got home it was back on again. So I called for an appointment to bring my car in, I took it in Friday morning and showed him the lights that was on. Tony Said the tire was leaking air and that was the reason it was on so I told him to fix it, Then he came back in and said I needed brakes so I took that as being a part of the problem I ended up with $909.30 bill. But before I could get home the service tire monitoring system and horseshoe light was back on. I went back again this morning which is Saturday. He cut the light off again and the lights are back on. Now he’s told me to bring him $130 to get a new sensor? I don’t think that’s fair.
So so so slow
They have some amazing vehicles and even more amazing people. Jerry Fiveash was extremely helpful and courteous as my wife and I couldnt make up our mind which one we wanted. He never once got frustrated by our indecisiveness and was perfectly willing to give us all the time we needed. Once weve nailed down what we want, well go back.
Poor service. Wish Bud Davis was alive
Incompetent and dishonest; deserves zero stars.I took my car to Bud Davis Cadillac on Monday, March 18 because I had a bad oil leak. I initially spoke to Mike in the service department, but he was so rude and unprofessional that I refused him as my service advisor, submitted a complaint about his rudeness, and ended up with Tony as my advisor.Tony presented me with a handwritten estimate. This was before the technician had arrived so I was confused as to how he came up with this list of needed repairs. He told me that he would call me after the tech looked at my vehicle to confirm needed repairs, and that it would be a couple of days before they could look at it. I was okay with this because they provided me with a loaner car.So, Thursday rolls around and I hadnt heard from Tony or anyone else from Bud Davis Cadillac, so I called and asked Tony if theyd looked at my car and what did they find. He told me that the tech didnt tell him anything so I guess he didnt find anything else. I asked Tony why didnt he call me to inform. He claims he didnt remember telling me that...Ive attached a pic of the handwritten estimate Tony provided me before the tech even looked at my car, plus pics of the repairs and costs, final cost was $3670.32. I picked my car up on Friday, March 22.When I got home, I noticed a large amount of oil leaking on my garage floor (see pic). So, Monday morning, March 25, I was back at Bud Davis Cadillac. I showed Tony the pic and asked if they REALLY did any of these listed repairs to my car? He just said it shouldnt be leaking. They kept my car again and I was in another loaner. So today, March 28, I finally hear from them. Tony told me that the oil pan was leaking and my car was ready. So wait, after ALL that work that they CLAIMED to have done on my car the 1st week, you mean to tell me that they CLAIM TO HAVE changed the oil pan gasket, changed the oil, rear main seal, etc., but didnt notice that the oil pan itself had a crack down the side of the pan around the middle section...? I dont believe they did ANY of those repairs. Why wasnt this oil pan the FIRST thing they checked? All of the other repairs that they claim they did was probably not even necessary. The puddle of oil that leaked on my garage floor was clean oil, so I really believe that they ONLY changed the oil and scammed me out of $3670.32. Youd have to be completely incompetent to have done all of that work at and around the oil pan, but not notice the large amount of oil leaking from the oil pan itself. I would have been better off taking my car to a shade tree mechanic. Bud Davis Cadillac was more concerned about washing my car than they were about making sure that the repairs were done. I cant believe that NOBODY checked to make sure my car wasnt leaking oil anymore before giving it back to me. REALLY???Bud Davis Cadillacs service department is completely dishonest and incompetent. If you look at the reviews (even the low rated ones) its obvious that they have no concern about their customers. Their responses to the reviews are obviously scripted because they all basically say the same thing. I will be looking further into what I can do about being scammed by Bud Davis Cadillac because this is unacceptable.Oh, I forgot to mention that they also put a dent in the hood of my vehicle. They claimed to have fixed it, BUT its still there. They made it less noticeable, but its definitely still visible.
My wife and I bought a new 2016 Cadillac CTS Tuesday. Our sales person Barbara Wright was the most professional sales woman weve ever met! She went above and beyond anything we expected. It was by far the best experience purchasing a new vehicle for either of us! The finance director,Jon Neal went through several loan companies to get the best deal possible for us and was very professional also. Thank you both so much for all your help and making us feel as if we were the most important people there. We appreciate all you guys did. I highly recommend Bud Davis Cadillac for your vehicle purchase! Carlton and Laura Matthews.

Great car dealership
A Great Place
Took my car in on Thursday March 28th after experiencing vibrations in the steering. Tony was our service intake representative. The took the car on a test drive and told us it was a wheel balance issue. After a short wait Tony told us that the car was ready and fixed. The also removed a nail the found in one of the tires. Total bill was less than $80. Great. When headed back to Louisville on Sunday and found the vibrations were still there. When we got back home we took it to our local car repair shop. Who fixed the problem and said the wheels were out of balance. So what did your mechanic do? Very disappointed.
The service department is always outstanding. My wife and I both drive Cadillacs because they take care of us 100% every time. Also Kudos to Mike (all of the service coordinators are good) but he is outstanding. Happy customer for 5 + years.
Cold in the waiting room, no tv, my appointment was at 10 am and I didnt leave until after 2. People that had no appointment got waited on before me. On had tire check and cabin filter replaced. Ridiculous.
