He mailed me two separate quotes on home insurance coverage. When I emailed him telling him I was interested, he then emailed me 2 more...much higher quotes. When I asked him about the two he mailed to me he said they were estimates. They were literally $300/month higher in price. I then said if he could get me between the two quote sin price I would go with his offer. That was 2 and a half weeks ago.with no response.

I have used Joseph Alexander for a few years now. Him and his team are always courteous and prompt. They had the best rates for the area at the time I started doing business with him and the rates just got even better. If you are looking for coverage in the TN/MS area, give him a call and see what he can do for you. He will do his best to get you great rates for all your insurance needs. I only have one negative thing to say and that is they wont insure a vehicle with a salvage title. That has nothing to do with him or his firm, it is strictly to do with the underwriters. Joseph Alexander, its been a pleasure doing business with you sir!

Called for QUOTE ONLY at 9AM. Alexander said he was busy, would call me back. Never called back till late evening! Had selected another company by then. WE NEVER TALKED. He sent in a BAD CREDIT REPORT TO LEXIS NEXIS STATING HE WAS UNABLE TO INSURE ME! MAD AS HELL. ALL LIES! I HAVE A 800+ CREDIT SCORE! ALLSTATE GENERATES BAD CREDIT REPORTS IF YOU DO NOT GO WITH THEM!! CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!

I called to take 2 cars of my policy, and he said ok. 2 months later, my policy still had vehicles on it. I was also charged. When i called him, his response was that his license lapsed. He tells me this 2 months after I called HIM. He still to this day cant help due to no license. Allstate also cant help due to no proof that I asked him, even though i feel they should just ask him.He also doesnt respond promptly or even at all. I would give 0 stars if i could.

One thing I can say about Allstate is that they are highly loyal to their customers. I know what they say about that other carrier, but Allstate really is on my side. As well as my front, rear, better yet all around me!

The lack of communication and follow through with communication is not ok with me. I originally switched to Allstate for price reasons (nothing to do with my previous insurance agent) as this is strictly a business decision for me. From having to reach out multiple times to get things taken care of that I know should have been done immediately (sending over policies to lender etc) to leaving voicemails and emails asking for calls back.

Every time I have needed to contact them for anything it takes multiple phone calls to get something accomplished. They tell you they will call you back and then do not. This was even before the virus outbreak. Very unprofessional.

Joseph Alexander has been a wonderful representative for us in our new home and always has been a helpful, available resource and guide. As a single mother with a six year old daughter, I have found his expertise to be invaluable and feel truly that Im being taken care of in case anything were to go sideways. You cant put a price tag on these sorts of things.

Unfortunately friendliness doesnt make up for incompetence for the agent or his staff. Great at signing up for first policy, however very difficult for follow up or help with a problem. Promises for call backs and emails constantly went unfulfilled. I was told I was covered for a property and had to find out from my mortgage company that I was not. This agent cost me time and most importantly money wasted on the policy my mortgage company forced me to buy because he didnt follow through on his end.Communication is key, so is customer service, this office lacks it.

Joseph and his team have always been responsive and when matters werent clear Joseph picked up the phone and sorted the situation, which was much appreciated.Joseph typically comes with a proposal on how to support the customer which I think is good business practice. In my case the rates increased for several reasons and I would have preferred to hear about that in advance, but thats the only constructive feedback I can give.

The worst agent and worst experience I have ever had! Will not return calls, will not cancel my policy, gave me a price for my homeowners policy, the policy price increased two months later by $400. I was never contacted about it. They simply charged my mortgage company. I found out that the price increased by logging into to my mortgage account. Terrible agent!
