Professional, detailed, on time and provided excellent customer service. Willie knew exactly what was required after assessment of the problem, ordered the part and fixed the issue. He followed up until the part came in and kept us abreast of everything until the job was completed. Washer is working like new. Washer top had to be replaced on LG washer. Would definitely recommend this business and most definitely Willie.

Unfortunately, I am not able to recommend Denmark Appliance Repair and seem to be experiencing the same issues as previous customers. I contacted LG directly with a refrigerator issue and was given 2 companies to contact. Having met the owner of Denmark previously, I didn’t even think twice on who to call. I now wish I would have read the reviews prior to choosing this company. After completing our diagnostic testing for a refrigerator issue, we were told by Willie that his bid for our repair would likely be too high, and that it would be outsourced to a different company. Basically, he completed the diagnostic and collected our service fee knowing he would not take the job. We, too, did not receive a follow up call and did not find out the status until I followed up over a week later. After hours of back and forth on the phone, we discovered that not only had our profile been submitted with the incorrect name and contact information, but that when our repair had to be outsourced due to Denmark declining the service (with the labor costs referenced) the clock would essentially start all over. The new company would have to come out to perform a diagnostic test, then order parts, etc. Willie assured me that he corrected our information and I should receive a call in 3-5 days. At this point we are already at over 3 weeks without a refrigerator, paid for a diagnostic test, and back to square one. To add injury to insult, I received a text from the owner this morning that our work order was still submitted incorrectly using the name of one of his previous customers, and that I needed to call LG to correct my profile. We paid in full at the time of service for a completed job. I reminded him of this, and still have yet to receive a response, yet alone an apology or correction. We’ve once again lost another day waiting on Denmark to rectify the situation. I understand that we all make mistakes, but how an individual or business owns them and makes it right is what truly sets one apart.
This business is EXCELLENT! Highly organized, very professional and reasonable. You won’t go wrong with them. I’ll use them for everything.

Came for a leaking washer machine. Took five minutes and charged me 250$ for repair. It is still leaking. Took a week for them to call me back- after multiple attempts to contact their office. when he showed up the “next problem” was a couple dollars for the part- which they said they would cover. But they need to order it- a week and a half later it’s still leaking and am I still waiting... finally I called and got the excuse they had a problem and had to reorder from the distributor... no time frame yet. So three weeks working with this company to fix a valve leak and hose repair..??...

Mr.Howard Is an exceptional repair man. He came when he said he would. Told me exactly what it would cost and didn’t charge me more later. And then while he was working on my appliance he asked me if I had any cleaning solution as in 409, I said yes, why? He replied that he would clean the inside of my dryer as it was taken apart! I mean really does that. And then he checked with me a few days later to make sure everything was working. I ask him about repairing my icemaker in my refrigerator, he let me know there was a class action suit against the people who made my refrigerator and it could not be repaired. He was totally honest and up front about it. The company I bought the refrigerator from has come out 10 times to repair it knowing it could not be done. He gives Phenomenal service, Courteous, professional and honest. He went above and beyond. He will be doing all my repairs from this day forward and I will be recommending him to every in anyone who wants appliances repaired.

He called to let me know what time he would arrive, diagnosed the problem quickly and explained to me what was required for the necessary repair. He called to inform me the part had been ordered, and again when the part came in and we scheduled the repair. He arrived when he said he would, completed the repair in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself.I HIGHLY recommend this company. A 100% positive experience.

Our refrigerator broke down around July 18th, with a bad compressor.I contacted Denmark Appliance Repair on Monday, July 20th, and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday, July 22nd. I sent a picture of the plaque with the refrigerator model, a picture of the compressor itself.On the 22nd their tech confirmed we had a bad compressor. Estimate was over $800 for parts and labor, and a wait of 4 or 5 days for the parts. I told him that I would discuss with my wife, and would let them know later.We decided to go ahead, so I called their office, and told the lady who answered who I was, and that we had decided to go ahead and get our refrigerator repaired. I verified my name, address and numberWe didn’t hear back from DAR for the rest of the week, so I contacted them in the morning on Monday, July 27th I left a voice mail and the same tech called me back. He wasnt aware that we wanted to go ahead with the repairs. I was upset because I clearly confirmed with on my call on the 22nd. He asked for for 50% of the estimate upfront.He sent an invoice for the 50% upfront and I paid almost immediately.On the afternoon of Thursday, July 30th, I the tech by text message to get an update. He replied that he would get the parts later that day, and he would give me an update the next morning. I also asked him to schedule his visit as soon as possible.I called him aroud 2pm on Friday, July 31st, left a voice message. He indicated he wasn’t able to get me on the phone so he texted me to let me know that the earliest appointment available was on the morning of the next Friday, August 7th. Again, this was upsetting because by then we had been without a fridge for close to two full weeks, and we would have to wait one more week. I also asked him why didn’t they reserved/scheduled an earlier appointment the same day I had made the payment. He replied that it was a “tedious” repair and it was the only day they had open. With no other option, we got scheduled for the next Friday, at any time from 8am until noon.That day finally came, and he arrived around 9:30am. I was at work, but my wife told me, and she also said that he had overheard him talking to himself about how “the new compressor isn’t going to work”. He went back to his vehicle, and came back in and told my wife that the part wasn’t the right one. My wife asked him to call me, and he explained me that the part they had sent them wasn’t the right part. (I wonder why, if from day one I sent a clear picture of the compressor where the brand name and part number were visible, he didn’t verify if the part they sent him was correct or not.Finally he offered to reimburse our money, including $20 extra taken from the service visit charge. He wrote a check and left. The last thing he said on the phone was that they never had been asked to repair a fridge as old as ours.So, I cannot recommend DAR based on the quality of their work, because there wasn’t any work performed at all. But I suggest any future customers to make sure that, before they accept their estimate, you should ask them when will they be completing the repairs. We lost almost three weeks waiting on DAR. Three weeks without a fridge. It wasn’t their fault that it broke, of course, but if they had provided an estimate on how long it would have taken, we would have bought a new unit (Which at the end is what we did).

Denmark has always priced their services below other appliance repair companies we have previously used.Another quality that Ive appreciated about Denmark is that the fact that their employees wear uniforms, and use shoe covers when entering our home. We had a thunderstorm a while back and some lightning fried my microwave. It had severss issues and the technician researched and tried what was needed until it was good to go. Willie Howard with Denmark was the technician sent out by my warranty company. His level of professionalism and courtesy exceeded any other appliance repair technician dispatched by the company...and I have had a few claims as I own rental properties also and have warranties on them also.Willie presented himself in uniform (not typical for appliance repair techs dispatched through home warranty companies) and put on shoe coverings before entering my home. I am impressed with this company!!!
