They seem to Not care of your Well being when it comes to any crisis my next my neighbors apartment caught on fire, maintenance has not yet come to take the water out of her apartment now is water leaking in mine. I have smoke in my home, they have not insured me that they will get someone to come and clean it out its ridiculous over here they seem not to care

My friend has lived there and her unit has been invested with mice for a few months they keep making excuses instead of fixing the problem these are by far the worst apartments to live in . All they do is lie to get you in a afterwards everything they promised never happens . They do not look like the photos advertised, they truly should be shut down. The office staff has a very rude an unprofessional demeanor towards issues that they are supposed to handle as a leasing company .

Im ok with over there until tonight when I go to my car and the cardboard with plastic that my step dad made for me so my window wouldnt freeze up was taken smh. I never had a problem and I been in my apartment since ma y 2020. Its messed up ppl would still cardboard off someone car like Im not going to notice my stuff when I see it and I never have any place to park when I get off

I Loved the property and Wanted to join the community, however, that was proven to be a difficult process because they acted a bit rude. They told us to pay the application fee of $25 per applicant (me and my partner) and that we would know by the next day.We were planning to move before 10/15/2020 and we applied 2weeks before this date. We got a call that some things were missing from our application and we provided the necessary documents, The woman told us that we should know again within the week, but when I called that next week she said, (this is a direct quote), Im going to send it now and you should get a call knowing if you are approved or not tomorrow. The next WEEK came and we still heard nothing from the apartment. Now when I call the woman in the office (I think her name is Sarah) acts as if she has an attitude. If we werent approve then they should have just called and said that versus giving us the run around. Everyone else in the office seemed to be very helpful and professional whenever I called and had a question, but the young lady at the desk needs training on how she should speak to customers and apparently she needs training on organization if she can not keep applications updated.

Went to visit a friend here a couple of times. I usually feel comfortable and most places that I go to. This wasnt the nicest neighborhood but I never felt threatened. And I had a good time at my friends apartment

Put in my application today neighborhood looks good and the lady in the office was very understanding and friendly ❤️ update I have moved in been here about a week now and Im still loving it 😍 my comfort zone.🙌

I am a current tenant and have been for only 1 week!! This place is nasty!! The guy Moses tried to give me an apartment that had mold. When I refused to sign the lease he got angry and rude and told me he will just call someone else who will gladly take the apartment. After a heated conversation and me asking for me 1,300 deposit back he told me that it was none refundable. He showed me another apartment which had roaches in the refrigerator and he assured me that it will be taken care of. I have not officially moved in yet because the roach infested refrigerator is still in there. I went to the office again to see when they are going to remove it and give me a new one. Moses response was “ I don’t have time right now” . I was in total shock. Code enforcement will be called

I’ve been living in these apartments for two months now and they have did a wonderful job the staff is friendly and when I go in and say something needs to be fixed they have someone come fix it the same day or the next day it’s never long the only thing is I wish they had three bedrooms other than that living here is great I’m happy so far so good

DO NOT MOVE HERE. We paid a $900 deposit weeks ago, never got a move in date. We asked for our money back yesterday just for them to refuse to give us our deposit and said they will not be working with us. So now we’re stuck with no money, no apartment and a newborn child. I will be calling corporate and I will be suing this complex.

Maintenance will come and do repairs the same day. Maintenance team start early in the morning picking up paper and debris off the yards. No one bothers me. I work and mind my business and most tenants do the same. Armed guards will make sure ladies get in the house and patrol the area. More working young adults and students are moving here.There are security doors and security screens. Its a good starter apartment.All my appliances were new and clean.My only concern is that pest control come without having to be put on the list and ensure proper prior notice of pest control treatments.If they will repaint my unit I will renew.

*WARNING* do not rent from these scammers. I was told I had 30 days to pay my deposit which was 1,800. I brought in 500.00 and two days later I brought the remaining balance . The guy named Moses who I’m assuming is the owner told me they have no record of me paying, even though he was the one who took my money and I had my receipt. After threatening to call the police my money was all of a sudden found and given back to me. These people are scammers. Be careful

Been there a couple of months. If i have any issues by the time I’m done talking with the young lady on the office it’s fixed. Very understandable staff. Love my apartment. I downsized and didn’t think i would like it but so far so good!!! Would recommend if you’re downsizing!!

I have been here about going on 4 years now. Sam is always amazing and so are the maintenance personnel. However the office person who has been there at this current date of 05/12/2020. Is very very rude, has no customer service in her blood. Anytime you ask a question she has a bad attitude. She either needs to straighten up or be removed.

Its terrible the parents let there kids do what ever, basketball goal in the parking lot, they throws the ball at your door, window, vehicles etc,the so call security making free money,they are no help at all, they see these kids doing this, instead they are playing basketball with the kids.. this is unbelievable...I recommend no one I know...

I HAVENT BEEN HERE 24 hours, TRASH EVERYWHERE LOUD NOISE, BUGS EVERYWHERE, Bad MOLD ODOR!!! THEY QUICK TO STOP ANSWERING THE PHONE! UNPROFESSIONAL IS THE WORD . Properties LLC I’m Reporting this issue. Don’t STAY AT THIS PLACE !! You will regret it !

I will say from what I could see the inside looks nice BUT they gave us keys to go tour two of their open units... as soon as I opened the door to the first one roaches started FALLING DOWN and crawling out the door and it had a bad odor. The second one we went in dead roaches were just laying around, me personally I’m terrified of bugs so that was a deal breaker for me.

Been having issues here, its 7PM these kids are out of control there parents sit up in the house knowing they kids are out here jumping up on peoples vehicles it just like ants outside here, this place would be a wonderful place to live here, but the owners dont care at all how you pay your rent on time, thats all they care about, security is no where around when these kids are leaning on your vehicle on sitting on your vehicle, but when something happens here comes security, Im so tired of these kids and there parents, but really I dont fault the kids, its there parents fault, but some one is paying these security people, I wish they would check the parking lots and issue citations for these kids parents, this is really uncalled for, and I should not have to live like this,..

I’ve been a resident for a year &half now and the experience has been less than satisfactory. I’ve watched office personnel change over 3 times (Alethia, women whose name I didnt catch, &now “Kay”). Almost every time I put in a work order I have to call them for weeks to follow for it to get done. For example, I called Kay Nov 7th about the living room vent falling from ceiling, her response was “I got you”.. still waiting. When I first moved in my oven was broken, waited 3 months.. because it wasn’t a “priority”. Shower wall still growing mold from a leak that they just painted over. Same story in my living room by window AND second bedroom wall.. it leaks EVERY time it rains and service orders include painting over. To make matters worst, every season I have an insect problem which I haven’t even bothered them with (spring brought flies from window cracks, summer brought ants from sink that wasn’t calked, winter/fall brought roaches, I’ve even had a snake &a lizard after construction started across the street). But let rent not be in the office on time &watch how quickly they make it over to stick a red flag on your door. CAN NOT WAIT TO MOVE!

Ive been living here for a few months now no issues work orders get put in, things get fixed as fast as their put in. The part I stay in is not loud the only noise u hear is the trains, planes . There is police in the morning, security after that. Had a mouse, roaches but my house was sprayed with no issues now I NO longer see a bug or mouse

They will tell you that your deposit is non refundable. That is not true. Ask them for a copy of your application (the second page says it’s non refundable ) that is not legal!! Security deposits is for damaged property or unpaid rent. YOU CAN GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. !!!
