Im loving me and my babies new space... Some people will find anything to complain about.. but no complaints right now.. and The manager she is awesome and gets things addressed quickly as possible... Nowhere is PERFECT but its nice here

If you truly care about where you live this it not the place to move. Been here a month the Ceiling constantly leaks in the bathroom and kitchen, heat and air didn’t work, bad roach infestation and you have to literally beg the people in the office to fix your maintenance not to mention the lady in office ( K. Mills) is very rude .! Can barely even get anyone on the phone but we will be breaking our lease soon . Maintenance will fix some issues but only temporarily the problem and leaks just keep happening.(UPDATE!!!)) my ceiling is in fact still leaking and it’s been over two weeks this don’t make no sense .! And the owner replying back telling us to call the office but they always have the phones off the hook and don’t answer as well as barely be in the office .! Code enforcement it is!!

I called and no one answers? The line was answered once, I could hear my voice echo back to me when I said hello. Then was hung up on. Called back again twice and no answer.

They keep raising the rent but I see no upgrades. I cant even get a screen for my window. Grounds need to be kept on weekends and holidays. Too much trash during those times.

Very bad bugs, and roaches ! Ladies in office and management are nice and very respectful .

You need a gym and a swimming pool, a parquet floor for dogs and a small park for children to play
