I think the apartments ok for someone that wants something cheap with a decent look and can move in quickly. I just hate that instead of them replacing the tubs, they paint over it. Even after coming to fix the sink, it still leaks. There has been a guy looking in my window twice, which caused me to buy cameras. If youre bougie, this wont be the place for you lol. Im bougie myself so lesson learned.

The outside grounds and grooming look of the apartment caught my eye. Then when my uncle called to come in an get more info on qualifications of renting, Mrs. Thia was exceptional. The customer service and caring about what he need and when, is what won us over. She took her time and explained everything then she also took her time and went over the application. She didn’t rush at all. I really appreciate her patience and kindness. My uncle looks forward to moving in over there soon.

I have been here a little over a month and I really enjoy living here. The entire complex is being renovated which means it looks better and better everyday.

The apartments are great, and they do there jobs but they need to work on better safety! A couple weeks ago a man was standing outside of my back window at 2:00 am called the office and they did nothing about it !

So far am loving it a few minor things need to be fixed.

Ive been here since September they not too bad but they can do better. Apartments needs good maintenance men and some mexicans to get the vacant apartments up and running so they can rent them out. More lights around and real security because i dont never see no security

Quiet most of the time except weekends. High police presence around area. Of shelby county sheriffs

These apartments were ok when I first move in it was a lot more older people over there which made it better because the neighbors would watch out for you. Its new people in the office and things dont get fixed the way it should be.... I have been here going on three years and I am sick of them thinking about breaking my lease I have until next year and IM leaving.

New mgmt is outstanding. Very responsive to tenants needs. Ms. Grandberry is very professional and courteous. Ive been a tenant for 8 years and Ashton Hills has always been a quiet community.

Great security rode through there to see what it like. Be nice to have lights at night but the security makes it up

Dont waste your money

This was my first apt and my time here was terrible my ac has been out for months and they refuse to fix it even though its now summer time the apts next to me are vacant and theres always ppl going in and out of I told them about it but but once again they cant do anything about. Overall my experience here was horrible, take my advice look somewhere else..!

I HAVE TO FIND OUT HOW TO GET A RAMP FOR MYSELF TO GET AND MOVE MY POWER CHAIR IN OUT MY APARTMENT!!! WHAT ALL DO I HAVE TO DO?

For the sake of God do not move here.Read your lease with someone.Make sure you take a complete tour of the place,at night,and in the day time.Talk to tenants before you move in.Check with the police department,city health department,mlgw.You should just keep going.There are many horror stories,about this place.These apartments are sitting on top of water.There are molds and coach roaches everywhere.They do not clean heating and air filters.They use oil based paint to keep the mold down.These apartments are on their last leg from being torn down.You risk your own well being here.

I wouldnt give them a star....people in the office rude as hell,I had mold in my bathroom and kitchen I called the office at least twice a week for them to come fix it, they came to look at it but never fixed the problem, Everytime it would rain I would have to get two buckets to put in my bedroom because the roof was leaking,I dealt with this for about a year until I got tired,I shouldve got a lawyer and called code enforcement on them!!!!.....Do not move here!!!Oh and my air was out every summer and I stayed here for three years...
