We had 2 complete HVAC systems replaced. They did great work, were courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend their services.

Landmark is an exceptional company. I will use them for the rest of my life. We knew our home needed a complete overhaul of our units and ducts. But when the heat went out in the house Feb 10th 2021, Lawrence and his team did everything they could to keep me and my family warm over the 10 days of Snowmaggedon 2021 while we waited on temporary replacement parts and the new unit to come in. Their customer service is VIP level and they treat you like family.

Our technician is Austin. Knowledgeable, courteous, punctual, efficient, exactly what I want as someone servicing my home mechanical systems.His technical college and training was paid for by his employer, for which he is grateful. This speaks to the ownership of the company. Over the past six years, we have seen 3 different technicians, all polite and prompt. We have had some issues over this time but Landmark has been fair and open in resolving these issues. They do not offer the cheapest service but they are fair and reasonable.I recommend Landmark Heating & Air Conditioning.

Have used this company for 14 years for maintenance and service and they are reliable, honest and responsive. On this service call the technician was Austin. He was prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He serviced my 3 heating units and fully advised me of the condition of the units and brought to my attention a potential future problem. Typical of all their technicians I have dealt with over the years.

I’ve been using Landmark for 20 years. They have been honest, knowledgeable and reliable. I love all the technicians and the folks in the office. We have a service agreement with them where they come out twice a year to change filters and clean/check the systems. In 20 years we’ve had to call them for a service call maybe two or three times. It pays to keep up your equipment

When we bought our house 8 years ago, our inspector recommended Landmark to service our HVAC due to the systems the previous owner had put in. We’re very happy with their service. Technician is always prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and personable. We’ve never had to have any work done.

Issue diagnosed quickly. Quote given for parts and labor. Had to leave to get part. Once back, took about 20 minutes to replace part. Charged over $100 more than quote for labor! Over $400 to replace faulty valve!
