I have used them in the past with great results but recently I dropped off turbochef oven for repair. Quote came back much higher than expected. Sales at this time do not validate cost of repair. Told them I would have to pick it up and bring it back in the spring for repair. Went to pick it up and was charged 192.07 for troubleshooting and estimate. Very surprised since they have been so good in the past. I will look for more reasonable company to service my stores equipment.

Not sure why this place even came up its no appliance store

0 state for this company I call them to fix my pizza own first visit technician came he said assemble chain was loose he said its needs to be tight he didBut owen was burning the product because there some other problems but technician couldnt figure out. I call again they charge me around $600.00 to come and tight that chain.he came again .now he said there is one part need to be order.i said ok order it and 3rt time he came and installed new part .now wahat ?? He give up he said he couldnt fix it need other parts .I said ok what its is he said you need whole fram need to be change .but there is no guarantee that it will fix it. I am still waiting for my refund. And manager should call meStill waiting for it and its still burning the product I have to hold one person near to own, just for watch the product will cook right
