Climate King was sent out via my home warranty company (First American). You know home warranties can be difficult but Climate King was awesome. They were very responsive, very easy to get in touch with, very quick to address all issues, and ultimately they helped me get a full A/C replacement through my warranty. Special props to Holly in the office and Jacob in the field for taking care of me.

I work with A LOT of different service providers for my job, and I can’t hype up Climate King enough. All of the buzz words that you see people use in these google reviews that make you think the company hired someone to write them, well they actually apply here. These guys are simply the best around. 6 stars people.

The company did an excellent job overall. The technician was friendly and respected me as a homeowner. He answered any questions I had. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is the availability of my appointment...they were short-handed, so I could not schedule an appointment as quickly as I needed it. The customer service was excellent also. Each time I called, the customer service person was always friendly and willing to assist me.I would use this company again. If I could, my true rating would be a 4+...

Our home was 90° in the middle of the summer in Memphis, Tn and I can honestly say Climate King saved our lives. We could barely make it to the bathroom without breaking a sweat.These guys provided exceptional service and our Tech Paul was extremely punctual and professional. My AC recently went out, Climate King was contacted and at my home for service within 48 hours!!The two representatives were professional and pleasant - great customer service gets a 10 all day from me.Within 10 minutes, I began to feel cool air blowing!! THANK YOU CLIMATE KING.

The service and professionalism were great. My only complaint was that I requested an hour notification before arrival due to my drive time from work. I was told that wasn’t a problem but I didn’t receive a call until the technician was 10 minutes away from my home.

I was not at the property so did not meet the repairmen. My husband was there and I was waiting for him to answer but he is not here. I just asked him did he like the repairmen and he said yes, very nice. I guess the problem was corrected as we have not heard from the tenant.By the way, repairman said he would send us a ticket and so far, we have not received one. It was a very pleasant experience. Technician was very knowledgeable and explained his findings. So glad I called them for a 2nd opinion. Will definitely use them for all my AC/Heating needs.

They were prompt in getting back with me and scheduled an appointment. But the air conditioning did not work after they came to do annual maintenance.. it was working in top shape prior to them coming out. Then later in the evening after they left it was hot in my home and blowing warm air, went outside and the motor was not coming on and clicking on and off.. so I called to get them to come back out and they scheduled for 3 days later so no not happy with that service at all

The service technician was was very knowledgeable and professional. The service vehicle was very clean and well equipped with everything needed. He quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it. My experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Climate King!

Climate King was the company chosen by our Home Warranty. The HW was slow but once Climate King was quick to respond initially and as soon as they had approval and the parts from HW they got us taken care of the next day. Initially they were supposed to be at our home early in the day but had an emergency that took most of the day. They still came and worked until 10 pm to finish and make sure we had cooling - for the first time in almost 2 weeks!

Great people did everything they said they would when they said they would . From the moment they pulled up it was all about taking care of my family, went above and beyond to do what they could to keep my family cool until they could make it back with new equipment through my home warranty ..cannot express how happy my entire household is!! Never got there names two males, came to access the problem, I explained the house isnt cooling properly and 5 years this year was the worst . So one went into the attic and came down the first time and damage the molding by the attic no problem with that. The other start tell how the duct work was old how it was ran was through the wall . Never gave me a quote on a better solution to help, he started talking over my head like I was a contractor . Ill be calling a couple other companies to get a price range or to see a different result in service. Yes I have AHS really seem like I just a waste of time my utility bill was 900 last month and got fans running throughout the house. They went to crawl space under the house and look at the duct work was torn and missing came back and saw under the furnace where duct should guess they didnt want to crawl underneath the house. Went back to attic and said they did something now house is hotter than before....

They could greatly improve on scheduling time so that no one should be trapped at home all day without air. Wouldn’t be so bad if it wasn’t summer time. Technician was great when he showed up at 7:00 pm at night.

The tech from Climate King was great. He quickly found the problem. My A/C was back on line about 30 minutes after he arrived. A+ service.

Replace A/C and heating unit in a timely, professional manner. The technician, David, was courteous, and did an excellent job.

They were timely and after reporting my findings the technician was confident of the issue. And, sure enough, after a few minutes, our A/C was up and running again!

Very quick to get to the house. Diagnosed issue with outside a/c unit and replaced part in what seemed like only minutes. Unit works great now.

I do not recommend Climate King. Their pricing included replacement of items that did not need replacement and the prices were inflated. When asked to explain the necessity of the additional items and justify the inflated prices, they just said its company policy. This company was automatically assigned to our air conditioner replacement by our home warranty company. Fortunately, we had other options and were not forced to use Climate King.

This was my first experience with Climate King. I highly recommend them, my heat went out on Tuesday night and early Wednesday morning I received a call for service. The technician was friendly, efficient and resolved the issue in 30 minutes. I will be a repeat customer when needed.

Highly recommended. We had routine service performed on our HVAC system by another company and were told that there were some issues that would need repaired soon (for several hundred dollars). Since the system was under warranty, we had technicians from Climate King come to our house to follow up and give a second opinion. They found nothing wrong with the system (and even showed us the readings!), ultimately saving us a ton of money! I will only call Climate King for any future HVAC needs.

The service I received was all the above: on time, quick response, good work with quality. The reason I agree with quality and value of work they did a quick diagnostic and fixed the problem less the 15 minutes, and I believe in giving credit where due. At this point there nothing I can say I dislike, and people sent courteous, completing job and quickly.

The tech called 25 minutes ahead to let me know he was en route. When he arrived, he introduced himself and I let him in. He went straight to work and gave me a thorough explanation of what the problem was and how he repaired it. He asked me if I had any questions and left.

First American Home Warranty assigned Climate King to look at our air handler that was leaking water into our master bedroom. Had to wait a week for an appointment. Tech arrived and advised the condensation line did not have enough fall for water to drain and supposedly corrected it. I advised the Tech its never been a problem before why now. i told the Tech that isnt the problem and I believe it something more to it. Tech checked the freon and said it was with normal limits. Tech wasnt at residence but 30 mins or less. 12 hours later water is leaking down from ceiling on to my dresser. Called 1st thing next morning and Tech had already closed work order. First American Home Warranty was advised the problem and called Climate King. Climate King advised First American they were not taking any recalls. FAHW then had to call another company which will be another 3-4 days without AC. Temps reaching high 80s. Hot and frustrated customer.

Diagnosed the issue with my a/c and even took the time to explain everything that would be needed to repair the problem. Installed needed components to fix the unit and minor upgrades to bring it up to current code. Right now a/c running great!!

Our insurers send out Climate King. We were told that they had to replace copper coils and a condenser and also that we needed coolant. Even with our home insurance covering the cost of the condenser and also paying for $10 per pound of the coolant we were told we would have to pay for $650+ due to the required maintenance, coils and coolant.Climate King was not flexible and would not work with us when we requested that they just fix the condenser and let us go elsewhere for the other repairs. We decided to get a 2nd opinion and were told that our coils were fine and maintenance was included with condenser repair. We saved $400 going with B&A HVAC. I would advise others to go elsewhere do not allow them to scam you out of your money!!!

The service team was courteous. They located and fixed the problem within minutes of their arrival.

Climate King is an AWESOME provider of Support for AC and Heating System. Additionally, they are an Approved Vendor for my First American Home Warranty.

Came out via Home Warranty did the work but messed up one of my duct systems. They came back out 3 months later and said they were not at fault but it was working fine prior to them replacing the system. They are too expensive and don’t guarantee their work. They didn’t even provide the filter requirements for the new install. I will never recommend them to any of my family or friends.
