Our upstairs unit was not cooling correctly. I called Brown Refrigeration and spoke to Mr. Brown himself. He was very polite and professional. He sent out a technician the same day I called. Paul Smith, the technician, was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took the time to explain the repairs and show me pictures of the state of my current systems. I truly appreciated his integrity and insight! I will recommend Brown Refrigeration to everyone I know!!

I had Brown Refrigeration completely gut my old R22 units and coils as well as remove my circa 1997 furnaces.We spoke with the company and decided to install 2 Trane units with 410a coolant, coils, new furnaces, all new electrical, new pans and drain lines, and new thermostats.In my opinion, this was a big job.The installers and techs were right on time both days. They were exceptionally polite and worked non-stop through the entire install.The precision installation looks beautiful. I can not imagine an install looking more professional.This company is the best of the best.5 Star service.I wish I could upload pics to show how well the installers did. Technician John C. arrived on time for our bi-annual maintenance of our HVAC system. He was friendly, but professional and went right to work. He was masked and applied shoe covers. He checked our outside unit, complementing us on how clean we keep it-no repairs necessary. We also purchased the ultraviolet lights that kill viruses and bacteria when the systems come on. This is relatively inexpensive and has been a real relief, especially in 2020. My sense of smell has also improved, as we have not been bothered by colds since the lights were installed. I highly recommend Brown Refrigeration for any service.

Unlike the previous company I had dealt with, he was honest, and up front about everything. He gave us 3 options and explained them well. They took care to protect my hardwood floors from damage and cleaned up everything when they were done. They even installed a vibration pad underneath the unit to minimize noise as it is in the attic. I am very happy with every part of the process and the fact that I have a 2 year labor warranty. The BRI representatives were excellent during installation of a replacement HVAC system a few months ago, and more recently while performing semi-annual maintenance on all of my HVAC systems. They were professional, courteous and answered any questions I had. During the maintenance visit, John C. was especially helpful. He showed me how to maintain the new CleanEffects filters and answered numerous questions about the device. He also provided a thorough update on the status of all my heating units. Please note that, in all instances, the workers wore masks, protective clothing and laid down material to minimize any mess. Afterwards, they performed a thorough cleanup of their work areas. I needed a new HVAC system in our home so we called Brown Refrigeration. Larry Brown came out to give us an estimate. When it was all said and done I felt comfortable with his proposal, we set a date for installation. The technicians showed up on time and did an outstanding job on the install. When its 100°F in the middle of summer and your a/c stops cooling call this contractor. They fix the problem quick the first time. If your equipment is dead they will install a brand new system at a reasonable price. Dont forget to ask about a seasonal maintenance contract as well... You will thank yourself later.

I wish I could add more stars to this review. I have been with Brown Refrigeration for around 12-15 years. I have never had a serviceman come out with a bad attitude or having to call them back because someone didnt do their job. They are superior in their services, prices and character. They have kept my a/c and heater running so good with their twice a year service with one charge. I recently had a problem with condensation and the need for duct work wrap. They showed me the problem and fixed it that day in a very short time. I better stop here but you could do no better Brown Refrigeration. Make them your first call.
